My manager who closed out the ticket gave me a 10% discount. I was happy...or so I thought. I called and spoke to the nice lady about Tires for my truck. Specifically Michelin Defenders. She had 4! Perfect! As they were inspecting they informed I needed new rotors and breaks on the front. No biggie. Let's knock it out. I also got a front end alignment and had them change out the windshield wipers. Everything was going well. I had the chance to watch them replace the tires and from a distance they looked great. We paid and left but had to get gas and I noticed how dirty the BRAND NEW TIRES LOOKED. All of them. $300+ for each tire and you'd hope they looked new or that the installer "cleaned" them up. I went to the car wash next door. Hoping that's all they need.

I've gotten my Emissions test done on both cars. Service was professional and quick. I've had my oil changed on both cars, same great service. I went over there in my Mercedes thinking I needed all these services done, after speaking with Terry, he said it didn't sound like I needed those services at that time. He said he also drives a Mercedes. So I trusted him when he said I didn't need those services. The oil change for my Mercedes was way cheaper than going to the dealership. I would definitely recommend this location and I will definitely be going back.

They charged me $320 for "ac maintenance", fully aware that there was a leak and I would have to return. Terry told me that the Freon in my vehicle was all gone, knowing it doesn't just dissipate, as he is the professional in this situation. I asked him about a possible leak and he told me they didn't locate one and my car did not indicate one when they scanned it digitally. He failed to provide me with the typical "digital diagnostic paperwork" normally given. When I returned, approximately 3 weeks later, Terry quoted me $1200 to fix the "leak" that they didn't discover during my initial visit 3 weeks prior, stating that "it passed the test and no leaks were discovered". I decided to get a second opinion. I noticed when I left their location that day my AC was blowing hot air and making a loud noise, which was not occurring when I took it in that morning. I was able to purchase the part needed directly from Volvo for $250, the same part Terry quoted me $633 for. I then took my vehicle to another, more reputable mechanic, who observed another broken piece that could have only been caused by the previous mechanic during the diagnostic phase of the before mentioned problem. I contacted Terry, informed him of this, and he agreed to reimburse me but later recanted. So not only did I lose $320 for a service that should have NEVER been completed but I'm also out of an additional $200 for a part Terry's technicians broke and tried to cover up. Do NOT trust these people. They are unethical and take advantage of those they deem as vulnerable and ill informed. It should be noted that even with the $320 I wasted with Terry, the problem being fixed and the additional $200 I was out of pocket because of Terry's technician's negligence, I still spent less than the $1200 Terry quoted me. It appears that Terry was aware of the broken piece and attempted to replace it in the overquoted $1200 price he gave me. I've contacted corporate as well as BBB.

This is the hose that was supposed to be replaced. Instead of replacing the hose he made a make shift one out of PVC pipe. Also charged me over 500$ for the faulty mess. I'm now having to take my car somewhere else to get the work done. This mechanic is not worth the time nor the money.

I went to Firestone on 12/20 to have a set of four new tires installed along with an alignment. I…read morearrived with an appointment scheduled for 3:00 PM, but service did not actually begin until around 3:30 PM and wasn't completed until a little after 6:30 PM. Even after waiting that long, the alignment was not done. I returned on 12/24 to complete the alignment and have the TPMS sensors fixed. Before coming in, I verified that the two rear sensors were out and made that clear to the staff upon arrival. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but service didn't begin until approximately 10:15-10:20 AM. After about three hours, I was told the car was almost finished. Shortly after that, I was informed that the right front TPMS sensor was also out. This was not the case--it was working when I arrived, and I had specifically explained which sensors were out beforehand. The staff did not seem apologetic, and this issue should have been verified by them before starting work on the vehicle. Overall, the customer service could have been much better, and the lack of communication and verification caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
