While on our way to an appointment in Winter Haven we barely left our development when we got a flat tire. I changed it to the spare (just as the rains came) and immediately drove to Tires Plus. When we arrived all of the bay doors were open and there was a line at the counter. We then prepared ourselves for a long wait or an appointment for another day. We then spoke with Jose at the desk who went out in the downpour to get the dimensions, confirmed they had a compatible tire, goes into the shop and immediately returns to tell us they will take car of it right away. We were beyond elated with their outstanding customer service. Fredrick swapped the tires and even took the time to restock my spare. I know they believe that they were just doing the job they were paid to do, but to us they went above and beyond. We truly appreciate the team at Tires Plus.

They arrived tire was changed and I resumed my OTown journey. Arriving late in the evening, prevented me from addressing the tire issue until the next day. Next morning I found the nearest Wally World Auto Center and purchased two new tires. Suddenly I'm summoned to the auto bay because the (clearing my throat) gentleman who changed the tire over torqued the lug, stripped it and broke the bolt! Amigo's Tire was recommended to fix the problem. I went for it because they had a pretty good rating and they just down the street. A little congested out front but I was quickly directed to the rear of the shop apparently that's where the magic happens. The mechanic told me what I needed and how much it would cost. He took care of everything right away. I was less than an hour. I went back to Wally World and had my tiers installed. Thanks to Amigo's Tires I was able to return to South Florida without needing to give up a kidney or any other vital body parts.

BE AWARE AND GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!!!…read more I brought my car (Hyundai Sonata) in to have my air conditioning system looked at because it wasn't blowing cold air let alone cool air just air. I had a thought of what it MIGHT be, but I wanted to have it looked at to discover the root of the problem. After like thirty or forty minutes they told me it was low on Freon. So I'm no expert I just have experience with cars' AC systems and what could happen over periods of time, they could reload the Freon and I be on my way in about an hour, they also offered to clean out the tube to clean out any mold that might be there, but I respectfully declined, they waived the diagnostic fee of $185, I paid $504 for the Freon refill, and I was on my way. Now a week later, my car's air conditioning was starting to blow cold air only on the passenger side and now just air like it did before I had the Freon refilled. So I took my car to the dealership and asked for a diagnostic of the air conditioning system along with a safety recall and we had an answer. It turns out it was the AC evaporator, which was the initial problem because they did a full check. What I mean is that in order to get this figured out they had to run dye through the system to find leaks and remove the windshield and dashboard in order to find the problem. Now this Goodyear, their technician ran dye through the system and DID NOT advise me further about it possibly being something more. When I brought this to them, they did not take me seriously, acted like they saved the dealership an extra step, and told me that they do not do this kind of extensive check because they don't like to throw parts at their customers or due to the size of my car (I have a Hyundai Sonata it not huge but not like a coupe or a Fiat), they also said the dealership cheated on their diagnosis because they used their dye that was still there in order to find the problem, and because of them waiving the diagnostic fee one of their guys did not get paid properly (and based on the technician's response to that it sounds like it had happen before). The technician that was helping me took the quote from the dealership and worked the numbers to beat the quote given and the best they would do was $300 less than the dealership which was almost $3000 and they could do it in one day instead of two days which they probably thought would seal the deal with me and the fact that the manufacturer's guide says it only takes less than a day. All I could think was "NO WAY", they already tried to hide an issue that they decided not to check despite putting dye in my car to check it but refused to touch the inside of my car to possibly find the issue before I even spent the money, when they also claimed their AC technician is the best in the company, well you're not touching my car again and potentially squeezing me for more money. All they cared about was citing their own policy and gloating in the fact that the dealership "got help" from them because they had already put the dye in my car to find the problem.

I ended up sitting in their office and doing some work while they looked at my car, and their space was clean and had ample room for me to set up. They were quick with getting to my car, and easily explained the issue to me - I actually needed a new tire as part of mine had broken and caused the shaking. The folks working on my car were kind, efficient, and got me on my way within a couple hours total.
