Do not go here. Tgey had four people standing around while three cars wee in line. No ine talked to us. They tired to overcharge me from what was in the internet. Then they made me wait an hour at which point I find out they didn't replace my tires because the lug nuts were rounded. They didn't text me. Didn't offer to have me buy new ones. Nothing. My car needed an oil change as it was a little overdue. I drove up to the stall and a Walmart Rep met me promptly. Asked what type oil change I needed and the type. He said it would take about 30-45 minutes. I walked around the store for a bit and received a call that the work was completed. It took about 40 minutes... The WORST auto center for customer service. Years ago I came here and they damaged my oil pan. This time, no person came to assist me at the oil line. I finally approached someone outside and he told me to wait and someone would come to me. Will, Service Manager had no excuse why I was not addressed as a customer waiting in line for over 20 minutes. I asked to speak to Auto Care Center Coach: Amber was summoned to address the issue. Go somewhere else!!!!! I have them 5+ years to get this in order and thought I'd stop in for an oil change while I shopped, SAME HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and issues. read more

I made an online appointment to get four tires put on our Dodge Journey. We arrived at 8:45 and by 11:30 they still had not even mounted the tires onto the rims. They were not able to get the rear tires off so they could only put two tires. The manager and employees were making fun of the customers as they were walking in. There were four employees on floor just chit chatting while my vehicle was still parked without tires. I was even able to take a picture of one of the mechanics riding around the handicapped carts. Honestly the worst Walmart auto center in the East valley. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here especially if you need quick service. The mechanics were even taking in walk in customers before servicing my vehicle. read more

This location is good for the services they provide, but their customer service is grade A trash. I get they close at 1p, but I needed a simple question answered. For the phone to constantly ring only for someone to disconnect the phone is just... wow. But hey, if Walmart likes it, I love it. I had an oil change performed April 5th. Notice that I now left a large oil puddle where parked, not good. Saw that the oil filter didn't fit correctly, not good. Checked the part number that was installed, is not correct for my vehicle, not good! Have used Walmart for oil changes for years am not a happy customer at the moment. I have not driven the vehicle since I got home living in rural Arizona I can't drive with low/no oil to nearest Highway to go to the nearest Walmart service 100 miles away. Have purchased replacement oil and Filter from an online retailer waiting for shipment to arrive. NOT HAPPY!!!!! read more

My car battery died and I had received the car battery from Walmart within the warranty timeline on country club and baseline. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Today 3/17/18. I've been told over and over too give them a try for oil change. My reply is always " Walmart doesn't believe in good customer service". I was process correctly again. It opens at 7 am. I'm there at 6:50 am,I wait. Never bring there before, I take a parking spot and wait. I go to the door at 6:58 and wait until 7. No one opens the door, or walking around. I see other cars drive up, park their car in oil change line and wait. I think, ok I'll do the same, now I'm 3 Rd car back. I wait, then many other cars drive up, park, go to the door that says open at 7 am, they knock, try to get attention of someone, they leave. This happens for 7 other people. I'm one of now 5 cars sitting in line in my car waiting. It's 7:15 , still not open. I then see a man at 7:20 am go inside the door. I stay parked in line but get out, go to the door. I see that I'm now about 4 people back. Meanwhile I'm waiting for a manager on the phone. They don't open the doors for cars until 7:25. My turn at the counter, they say they can't open because the manager is the only one with the keys. She's useless, says she has other things in the store to attend to the come to the back . I explain they could have opened the doors and apologized to the crowd of people waiting. They could have offered discounts to anyone waiting for them to open when their sign says they open. They could have offered many things to the many people who they angered by not opening in time. They offered nothing but a bad excuse. This is my only experience in general with Walmart. They only offer bad excuses for bad customer service. Walmart employees in general, don't think about the customer. They know tons of people will continue to wait for bad customer service because it's cheap. I won't give them another dime. I showed up a little late in my motor home for an oil change but Will and the staff still took care of me. You could tell they where still backed up a bit but they decided to take care of my oil change. Thanks for great customer service Will and the guys in the shop!
