Picked up oil and oil filter for my car. Reception guy helped me to look for right filter ( subaru OEM) for my car. Very helpful (Miguel) and took the time. Price is good, about same as dealership (saved me time & gas). He told me he'll hold my filter while I get my oil. Got my oil, came back to pay but he was gone (probably helping another customer-I understand). Waited a while but no show. I find this long wait situation almost all the time coming here .I wish they keep a counter person/s more available to customers than they do now. Avoid Walmart Tire Services - Especially for Specialty Vehicles Ordered new tires for my Tesla through Walmart's website. When I showed up for installation, the techs told me the tires were "too big for their machine" - even though I watched them mount 24" wheels on the car ahead of me. After some back-and-forth, the manager agreed to do the work. Big mistake. The tech overloaded my wheels with over two pounds of balancing weights per wheel. That left my car shaking violently, with possible suspension damage. I had to take it to another Walmart just to get the issue corrected - and even there the techs were hesitant and tried to feed me the same excuses. If you value your vehicle, do not trust Walmart with tire installation. The lack of training and care from their staff can leave you with bigger problems than you started with. read more

Seems like they are understaffed or something to 2 and half hours for a oil change. And when they're done it takes another 30 min to get someone at the register so I can pay and leave. Seriously don't bring your car here. read more

Horrible customer service as soon as I pulled up. I have never had service here so I asked Ron the check in attendant if that was the service line he looked at me, turned back around and mumbled whatever answer he gave. I did not hear him so I went inside to ask. They confirmed that was the line and when I went back and got in line he was rude again :). No greeting he just says "phone number". And when he pulled up the profile he couldn't even tell that the truck was a Chevy Silverado as it said on the profile. He told me that their machine scuffs 20" rims (not sure how true that is) so I said ok I'll take it somewhere else and he rudely walked off. I'm not sure if he's having a bad day or what but he was rude and should choose a different job if he doesn't wish to answer questions/ help people. read more

I came here the other day to get an oil change .. I got there at about 4pm and there were other cars infront of me .. now I knew there would be a wait time and I didn't have an appointment ... mind you it's hot as hell outside and I have kids in the car .. so I'm chilling waiting and I keep seeing the attendants walking in an out .. not even coming to the car to say anything .. about 45 minutes later (mind you there's like 3 other cars ahead ) dude comes out and says they can't get to my car .. now I didn't mind I get it they are busy but communication goes a long way especially on a hot day and ol boy was low key combative when I said well nobody said anything till 45 min later he gonna say "well I'm telling you now " like no shit bro !! Horrible customer service .. so luckily I had made an appointment for today .. and my concern is imma be sitting there for 45 minutes once again until they get to me in order for them to even know I have an appointment .. I'm not even upset about not being able to be seen but more upset they had people waiting just to tell them they couldn't service us that day ! Get your communication skills up buddy ! Just like a man can't communicate for nothing .. just having people sitting there assuming you can take cars since they do close at 6pm and i got there at 4.. Just like everyone else has already stated if it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Don't bother bringing your vehicle here. Very unprofessional rude associates. Especially Ron. It's not my fault he hates his job. Walmart needs to do better and hire more professional courteous employees I didn't feel comfortable leaving my vehicle after my interaction with Ron. If I could I will give a zero,I will... came for oil change. I was on my way, turn on the air and smells like oil. So I got home the the cap of my oil was missing. Call and came to the store. The website says the automotive department opens at 8:00 am. I have been parked in line behind 4 or 5 other vehicles and we haven't moved. No one has come out to start checking us in. It is now 8:47 am. I don't mind waiting but it doesn't look like they're even open yet. No one is answering the phone. I have onstar on my car I got a report in February on the 5th was told my oil level was at 47% I went in to the the Walmart auto service center in Rialto ca on February 10th 2024 for a oil change to get a full service change and filter paid almost $50 got a report in March my oil is at 37% and now in April still in the 30% if the oil chang was done my level should not be this low within this short time Thank God for ONSTAR I was at this Location for 2 1/2 hour's for no service but I paid the money and got some false paper work saying I got 4.2 quarts of oil and an oil filter with no leaks where is that oil it's not in my car There should be a no star for a true rating now I will be back there tomorrow with all onstar reports and the false receipt read more

Horrible!!! So I go today to get an oil change. When I get there, There were like 2 or 3 cars infront of me waiting in line. We all stay in line for about 20min. And no one gets seen... not one person comes to greet or check anyone in. So I then ask the guy in front of me how long has he been waiting, he says he was waiting 20min in line before I came, and no one has helped him at all! I then go inside and ask what is going on. The girl at the front is so rude and says "I dont know you have to talk to them" with her attitude and points to the mechanics. I go to them and they say they are working on a problem. They could have attempted to notify all the people in line and let them know instead of ignoring them!!! (BUT APPARENTLY NON OF THE EMPLOYEES HAVE COMMON COURTESY!!!!) They cant give an estimated time or anything just an "I dont know" and go back to ignoring people. After 20 more minutes (so by this time iv been waiting for 40min and the guy in front of me 1hr without being helped) they finally come out and start checking people in. They cant even give an estimate at how long it will take. They just say "we will get started right away". So u think ok about an hour wait. I shop around an go back after more then an hour. And they inform me "well they all went to lunch and got just got back so they havent even worked on your car" So they went from "WE WILL GET STARTED RIGHT AWAY" to "THEY HAVENT EVEN WORKED ON YOUR CAR!!!!" Went to get tires. Waited 20 minutes just for someone to attend me... Associate Breanna asked me for tire size. I went to my car to get size and as I came back in, she was speaking to a customer outside (that had nothing to do with customer service) and I waited another 15-20 minutes before she was even done speaking to them... thought she'd be back in so I could get my car into the shop to get new tires... she disappeared and didn't come back in!! Disgusting and disturbing level of customer care. My idiot ass got towed there thinking they'd have a tire for my truck since I have the hazard warranty on all 4 of my Goodyear tires....boy was I wrong to get towed there. Despite being first in line I was put to the back and basically ignored. Then when they did help, they didn't have a tire even for purchase for my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and have some respect for your car by not getting it serviced her...Definitely try calling first or go elsewhere. read more

Their Auto Center customer service is really bad. The cashiers are never there and when you need access to their items behind the glass shelves they are never available. Also one time i asked for a specific cable for an led light bar and she gave me the wrong one, so i had to go back and change it. What a waste if time. So if you go to walmart's automotive center expect to wait about half an hour to check out on item. read more
