I paid $50 for one tire, including install. I was in & out in about 10-15 minutes. This shop is owned by Harold, and his son. Harold had originally thought he didn't have my tire size, then called me back about 2 hours later, letting me know he did and I could come anytime. When I pulled up, his son took care of me and was so friendly and funny in the process, I forgot I was getting my tire changed, it felt like I was hanging out with a friend. For me, (30 y. F) that was huge, as most auto shops can be rude or patronizing if you're female and go in alone. I felt safe the entire time, and wasn't taken advantage of financially. He taught me a few things about tires in the process, and didn't push any sales. I would definitely come back if i'm in need of a tire. One thing to note, they do not have a CC payment system, so call ahead for a quote, bring cash or make sure you have Zelle, Venmo or something similar. 10/10

Well that's what happened with me and Action Gator Tire. I just had that vibe that told me 'one day you'll do business there and it'll be great!' Well that day has arrived. I was calling around a bunch of local tire spots because I'm in dire need of new tires and when I called AGT, the manger Marvin answered. His phone etiquette and customer service skills were top notch and I could tell he made it a point to make me a new customer. I just felt this was the place for me after my phone call confirmed it. My tires were ordered and came in a business day later. I returned back to the shop to have my new tires installed and was welcomed by Michael who immediately took my car keys and wheel lock and after a bit of a wait, I was on my way! He seemed a little out of it like he was either hungover or stoned. Thank goodness my friend was with me because he forgot to put my Chrome cap back on. But John saw it laying on the ground. Fast forward about a week and a half My car chimed and told me that my tire was low again. The same tire that had been plugged. I went back up there and told them what happened and they asked me for my receipt. I searched high and low for it but could not find it I said I should be in your records I was just here 10 days ago. But I guess they don't have anything digital it's all on paper? He said I would have to pay the $27 again to get it repaired again. So I decided just to take it up to Green's Auto repair to have him plug it again which by the way is fabulous located on 1792.! I just heard a man call a lady in the office a Wh0r3 bc she paged him for a phone call. They also never seem to have enough people working so the wait time is always outrageous.
