Recommended services at my previous shop exceeded $2000 for each of my last three oil changes, so I was on a quest to find a service provider I can trust for routine maintenance. Express Oil Change is the type of shop that you stay in the vehicle while oil changes are performed. My service technician was courteous and professional. He complimented me on how well my vehicle has been maintained and explained the additional services he recommended. One recommendation was a $99.99 Injector Cleaner Service. I declined because the recommended service internal is 15k mi and I had this done 5k miles ago for a cost of $299. Their price was $200 less than I was charged by my previous auto shop! My out-the-door price for a full synthetic oil change was $115.35 ($108.16 + taxes & fees). Only time will tell if this is my go-to shop, but I will be back when service is needed for my vehicles.

I called Hyundai, 3 week wait just to get an analysis, a couple other places gave me 5-7 days before they could analyze it and told me it would be north of $400 to fix (minimum). Then I talked to Tyler at Christian Brothers. He was willing to set up a time to check out the SUV but he also asked me a couple questions. He told me the Hyundai was known to be an internal oil burner and asked when I had my last oil change. Ironically, it was a little overdue but no warnings or anything. He said if it was a little low it could set off that solenoid issue and he advised me to get a good oil change, drive the vehicle a couple of days and see if it resets itself. If not, they would be happy to look at it. Guess what? He was 100% accurate. I changed the oil, the check engine light went off. I even had the vehicle scanned again to check and there was no code error. Imagine that, a company giving sound advice to help you and not keeping their knowledge for profit. Thanks Tyler for being inquisitive, helpful and saving me an expense that would have been unnecessary. That customer care alone made me a loyal customer.

Very pricey, but the shop was supposed to be a good place for repairs, so I purchased them. After driving the truck for a few days, the same noise was there.
