This is my favorite W! Today while I was shopping, someone stole one of my red vintage shopping baskets from my cart. I've had them forever and like using them instead of bags. I asked Rosanna by the door if she had seen anyone with it. I looked a bit while I finished my shopping but couldn't find it. As I was walking out, Rosanna called to me and she had my basket! This is a bit long but IMPORTANT! So, I don't know if anyone else uses their membership/subscription for deliveries, but I have given several chances to Walmart for their membership services mainly deliveries. I finally cancelled as we have had to go drive around our mobile home park in search of groceries left at the wrong addresses or not placed where we've requested, at our home, and never ring the doorbell to let you know they were even delivered when they do, when they have the correct address. How do I know because some don't have trouble finding our home, and I have checked our address and notes. It's there in black and white. I am not a racist, but when you send drivers that can't talk to you in English which I speak, or they don't respond back when you text them that's one problem. At least texting translates, although, once they drop your groceries off at the wrong home without fully contacting you, you then, lose contacting with the driver at all any more. I am walking around my home with my phone in my hand every time. We have out of consideration, gone and met drivers at the location they're at or on a few deliveries, had to go in search at our own mobile home park to find and pick up our groceries. Why then am I paying for a service to deliver to us? Last evening was the final straw. No contact with the driver not answering even his phone, he left at the wrong home and left right out side the other persons home and pretty much at the street. So done with Walmart. Let alone most the time what I order at the last moment, I get back from them after order placed they don't have the item. We ordered ice cream last night with our delivery, by the time we located it, the ice cream was half melted. So I have tipped a driver maybe 2 times for delivery for getting it right, both times females. Lol doesn't say much for the males they hire that's for sure. My husband and I heard one of Walmarts shoppers while training another in store, if you can't find the item they order in 30 seconds you are to move on to the next item really??? 11/20/24 It is definitely beginning to feel a lot like Christmas! Especially walking to a LARGE decorated Christmas tree! Adore! Checked out all of the holiday goods! Workers were happy to offer help finding what I wanted too. Got many stocking stuffers, a cute unicorn ornament to add when the tree goes up, almond butter, etc. Checked out after after that and the worker was very kind! Good service & GREAT store! Pleasantly shocked. This mall has absolutely no curb appeal. From the outside it's ugly and it looks like it's completely abandoned. Get inside, and you find all open stores fully stocked, and plenty of people walking about. And there is an electrify America charging station in the parking lot. Were it not for electrify america, one of the worst companies in the United states, I would have never discovered this mall. I'd say the selection here was pretty good, and the service was great in every store I visited. Value seemed pretty decent also. Plenty of sales. All in all I was quite impressed. read more

Just went to the Walmart superstore on Ingram for the first time and it will be our last. Went looking for a crib and mattress which we found in stock and asked for help to get it to the front, an associate was kind enough to get on the radio and ask for a stock person to assist, another assistant replied find someone else to assist you can't use my stock person. An item can be found anywhere but customer service is what makes the grade with me and my wife and their customer service at this location of Walmart on Ingram Ave. Sucks, we won't be back. read more

Came in at 2:25 PM to have our battery changed. At 3:45 PM I asked how much longer. They had not started on our vehicle yet. I was given excuses of lunch times and shift changes. This one woman refused to transfer me from auto to hardware... Also she pretended to be an Hispanic woman with a thick accent which was very rude to me as a customer because I could clearly tell she wasn't even from the deepest parts in Mexico.. she didn't have an accent when she pretended with a very well practiced accent only the employees you have suck at their jobs apparently the customers are nice their but I know I'm not allowed to rate them though and I won't. read more

I began writing this review from the hardware aisle, where I waited for over ten minutes, after having asked three associates for help unsuccessfully, with help getting a screw driver which cost one dollar and twenty four cents. Just to be clear, the employees wanted to help, but none of them had keys, or could find anyone who did. Their efforts were thwarted by terrible corporate policies. Also, the first help button I pushed was broken, as many of them usually are. I tried to ask a different associate for help looking for a metal art pencil sharpener that I couldn't find. She glared at me so hard that I physically recoiled and walked the other way. I got so frustrated I gave up looking for the third item. I also had to wait a few minutes to leave the building because there was a line to have receipts checked, which doesn't seem entirely legal. I'm pretty sure I could legally just walk around the line, but I try to be polite. I'm now leaving to go somewhere else to buy the three items I came here for. read more

An associate named Doreen (from her name tag) it also said she has worked there for 5 years. She was able to expedite the help I needed. Showed a true sense of urgency with customers. Doreen was also working the same check stand that I happened to purchase my groceries... In my experience of working in the service industry. Customer service has changed a lot since I started working. Doreen is one of the few employees that I have experienced great service. This is my walmart I shop at and it was an absolute pleasure to have that opportunity to be helped out. I wish there were employees just like her. Thank You Doreen. Placed an order to be delivered on Monday, October 6, 2025, and received a text message telling me that the driver would be arriving around 6:46 p.m. I waited and kept looking out the window for the delivery and nothing. Then I received another text message that said that my order couldn't be delivered and that it was returned to the store. No one ever came to my door but my Walmart account says that delivery was attempted. I verified my address for my order and it was correct. I checked our security cameras from our front yard and no cars even came through our neighborhood at that time let alone anyone walk up to my door. I have tried all day to find out through Walmart.com, if and when, this order will be delivered and I cannot get through to anyone. The chat is a joke...it won't let me type in the problem and keeps telling me that the delivery was attempted and was returned to the store...nothing more...there's no email address to try to contact customer service. The customer service part of Walmart.com just answers typical questions but doesn't allow you to get in touch with a live person. I can't refund the order per Walmart policies and I still haven't received my order although my credit card still shows a charge pending. Don't use the delivery...the delivery person NEVER even attempted to bring my order and now I am in limbo. read more

Beware of price differences at the register than what is posted on their signs. Today I was at the Walmart on Herndon. I went specifically to purchase the mini lights as we had someone that was wrapping our Olive Trees. In the garden shop they had a display with pallets of the mini lights. The sign right in front of the lights said $9.94 for each box of 300 lights. I grabbed six of the boxes. I proceeded to the area that had other Xmas displays. An entire display as you enter had small Santa Clauses. The sign on that display said $9.97. I grabbed one Santa Clause. I then went to the self check out to complete my purchase. As I rang up the lights the register said $14.99 or 14.97. I asked for assistance and pointed out the huge discrepancy. The clerk went to get a manager (Jessica)who after a long wait finally verified that the sign said $9.94. However, even though I had six boxes in my basket she stated she could only give me one at the price that was displayed ($9.94.) the rest I would have to pay the 14.97 price. Now, I would totally understand if I went to get additional boxes, but I already had the six boxes in my basket. I asked to speak to a manager and she responded with "I am the manager". Never offered an apology for the price difference and actually walked away as if she didn't care. The story does not end there-the Santa Clause that I had grabbed and had a price display of $9.97 rang up at $19.96. She did change that price because, again, I was correct in stating that, that was the price that was displayed (she went to look ). What is going on that Walmart feels it's OK to cheat their customers. If I had not been paying attention I would have paid an extra $40.00 for my purchase. IF (doubtful) I return to that particular Walmart, I will be extra careful about checking prices. However, I don't think I will return, as I don't enjoy leaving a store upset. Especially, with a manager that doesn't care whether you leave upset or not. This was a store error not my error. If I would have been wrong I would have at least apologized. So, again, if you shop there be sure to check your prices that ring up. They may not be what you intended to pay. read more

Boy, we're getting spoiled in this culture and I'm loving some of it. Enter Curb Side Pickup via the Walmart app. There are some items Walmart carries that other places don't. I'm thrilled at most opportunities to bypass parking, wading through sometimes sketchy parking lots, pushing through crowds and the time savings (over a month, year, lifetime) that these things take. It all adds up and have you ever walked out from shopping to find flyers on your windshield, bird crap, a ding or scratch on your car from some idiot not paying attention? All great reasons to check it out! At 7:30PM I ordered 8 gallons of distilled water (Nespresso machine wants it), 8 cans of Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup (the king of casserole creations), Shake and Bake, Kitchen Bouquet and having done the other shopping elsewhere, that's all that I needed. On the application, I specified "NO substations." That means they won't change anything out to a lessor brand if it's not in stock. Good. This pickup slot was between 9PM-10PM. Lining up the runs: Headed over to Costco Gas station at 8PM and then hit the store: No lines and FEW people... Somehow, trading off 'samples' for convenience and efficiency was worth it! At 8:45 PM I headed a few blocks away to pick the Walmart order up. Located on the West side of the store, no one else was waiting and I pulled in the closest stall marked #1. With a couple clicks on the app, I plugged in the stall # and the silver color of my car.... In about 1 minute, two employees rolled out the goods and loaded them in my trunk. And off I went... No hunting, loading gallon jugs, parking or hassles. No bird poop, flyers, dings or scratches or BEGGING from folks subsisting in the parking lot. Honestly, there are times when you want to walk in a place but with the type of shopping I do at Walmart, it just isn't one of them. Around the world, folks scratch and dig for a grain of rice to eat and here, in this country, we 'struggle' with what to add to the list and what time to pick this stuff up. How very fortunate. How Blessed! From app based banking to mail order, to curbside pickup, things seem to just be getting more efficient and for someone like myself who loves that, makes 'games of efficiency,' I like playing this game! Thank you Lord always for even these things that I too can take for granted. Thank you for the resources, the ability and the awareness of all that you have provided! As always, I'm truly grateful! Not a super big fan of Walmart but I noticed online that they carry some of my favorite protein shake flavors so I had to make a pit stop since I was in the area. It must've been the time I went because it wasn't over the top busy but there was still a crowd or two. This Walmart was cluttered like most others but the clutter was out of the way and a bit more organize than what's expected from this national retailer. I did find some other foods that fit my dietary needs, so that was a good surprise. Parking wasn't bad either and the line to pay was non-existent, unlike their reputations hold their standards to. I asked 3 associates and one called it in in their speaker..no one showed... Asked 2 more and once again they called it in, but NO ONE SHOWED. I had to become a Karen walk all the way to the entrance and ask for a manager (something I dont do). It was too much. Pharmacy review. Walmart pharmacist REFUSED to fill prescription today simply because he said NO. Previously filled by mail order but the mail order pharmacy is out of stock so they requested it be transferred to the local pharmacy and my doctor sent it there. Regardless, this jerk says NO! He just won't fill it. So he's yelling at me about how the mail order needs to order their stock differently. I'm out of meds, feeling like crap on a cracker, and now on with my health insurance filing a grievance to get this sorted out. They aren't happy with them either. What a jerk. read more

I shop at this Walmart weekly. They usually have the products I desire in stock and the prices are affordable. Occasionally my favorite sparkling water has been completely sold out and they had a hard time keeping the Oikos Pumpkin Pie flavor in stock (probably because it simply is the best pumpkin pie flavored yogurt on the market), but other than than things have been available to me. Produce is pretty good quality with lots of organic available. All in all, I would give this Walmart a decent rating. But 2 weekends ago when I shopped here, there was an entire bin of moldly and overly ripe tomatoes that should not have been on the floor. So unfortunately I am lowering my rating due to poor quality assurance. Someone should have spotted those rotten tomatoes by late afternoon (which was when I was shopping there). read more

While shopping with my younger sister for food items and such we were followers and harassed by an employee. it first started with a complaint then turned into the employee following us threw isles. The employee stopped us at the meat section and wanted to complement me on my shirt and then ask for my number, after declining the employee then looked at my younger sister and said she had an RBF, (resting bitch face, my sisters 11...) and it didn't end there. As we were trying to exit, this door lady stuck her hand out in front of us to check our recipe after allowing two other women to walk out with out stopping them. I understand having to check recipes every other person but the lady literally stiff armed us. The Walmart is huge which is great but the customer service sucks. read more
