It is extremely clean, has many items to choose from, and has many products on sale. The pharmacist, Janice, is super nice and attentive. She goes out of her way to make her patients feel comfortable, and I felt like I was really taken care of in her pharmacy. Her assistants were also professional and kind as well. I'll definitely visit Earth Village Pharmacy again.

As I was pulling out of my parking space, their delivery driver, operating a minivan, was driving erratically in the parking lot and nearly hit my vehicle. I have dash cam footage to back this up. The delivery driver was parked in front of the pharmacy in a red zone, blocking traffic. When I confronted him about his reckless driving, he became very aggressive, using foul language and challenging me. His attitude was entirely unacceptable, disturbing and he seemed eager for a confrontation rather than taking responsibility. I tried reaching out to the pharmacy to report this behavior, but the staff was unhelpful. The woman who answered the phone told me to call back on Monday, and when I called again, she hung up on me. This lack of accountability is troubling, especially when the pharmacy seemingly protects their drivers regardless of their actions. I contacted the police, who advised me to speak to the manager or owner about the situation. It's disappointing to see such non-apologetic behavior from a business. I hope they take steps to address this issue, as it reflects a great deal on their establishment. Beware of the this aggressive person.

I've visited a few times and even gone through the drive-thru in the past. So onto attempt #1: I came to the pharmacy on a weeknight and immediately after entering, I see from the entrance a half dozen people in line. Ugh. Nevermind. I turned around and left. Attempt #2: Came back the next morning and it was thankfully not crowded. There was just another person talking to a pharmacist as I got into line. Waited a minute and was able to talk to the pharmacist. Asked a few questions and paid for what I needed and left. Free at last! So overall, couldn't get what I needed immediately but just being flexible can save some aggravation.

This was my first time using any pharmacy for my new prescription for my recent diagnosis with ADHD. When I stoped by on Aug. 15th, Saturday, around 4:00pm, Bryan C. helped me at the Consultant window inside the store. He looked me up and down like I was a criminal, and I felt judged and profiled. It is my first time picking up a prescription for this medication as I was only recently diagnosed by my doctor. Bryan C. asked me personal questions like, "Why is my doctor so far away?" "Where do you live now?" "Have you lived with near your doctor before?" He seemed like he wanted to play detective instead of help me with filling my prescription. He basically told me "Since you don'y have medical insurance, I don't trust you." He told me I NEED to get medical insurance. He told me he doesn't trust my doctor based off the 2 minutes of speaking to me, as if he knows more than an actual psychiatric doctor. Bryan C. denied my prescription even though it was in the CVS system. He verified it, but since my doctor is not close by, Bryan chose to judge and profile me. I already have a new appt. to see my doctor now because I need my prescription sent somewhere else. I will never use CVS for my future medication because of this guy Bryan C.

She has to start taking antibiotics for an infection & the doctor told us to give her probiotics. Only issue with that is that she's an extremely picky toddler that does not like yogurt or other probiotic foods & so she recommended these drops. Since she was complaining of her tummy hurting off on a hunt we went trying to find this. This pharmacy was our 5th stop & before going we called spoke to Gabe & we asked if this was in stock & not only was it in stock but Gabe actually pulled it for us & held it in the front for us, when we arrived not only was he friendly but he wished us well. Thank you Gabe for being an extraordinary sales associate & helping us by checking if this item was in stock & holding it for us. My husband & I don't play when it comes to our goddaughter & this act of service you did made our nights better. You helped ease our minds & the well wishes made me go home & tear up a little knowing there's still some good people in this world. You're amazing, thank you.

I have a strange relationship with this Rite Aid. It's not the closest one to where I grew up, but…read moreback when it was a Thrifty, we would come for the ice cream sometimes. The Rite Aid transformation happened whenever it happened, and despite that, this Rite Aid seemed less like a drugstore and more like a large convenience store or small general store. Of course, most Walgreenses and CVSes feel like that now, but this was back in the day, and it was a little bit surprising. I've bought replacement Christmas-light bulbs here more often than I'd like to mention. (Our family continued using the old large incandescent bulbs long after everyone else had switched to faux icicle strings and early LEDs, and Rite Aid was the only place we could find the colored bulbs in the right size.) I've also bought a rake, dill (on sale--for some reason they often have sales on spices), water balloons, water guns, super bouncy balls, and all kinds of candy from here. The store looks like a supermarket without the produce. It's been years since I've come for the original ice-cream experience, although I did buy a half-gallon of Thrifty ice cream from the freezer in 2020, at the height of the pandemic. There never seem to be enough employees working, and the ones who are working tend to take their time. They're friendly enough, and just based on the strange questions and customer behavior I've seen here, I don't think this is the most enjoyable place to work. Did I mention the candy? Like most places these days, they have a really wide selection, especially of the largest sizes. But if you come immediately after Halloween, you'll be amazed at just how badly they want to get this candy off their shelves. The deals feel almost criminal, like you're buying stolen merchandise.
