Store 3494, assistant manager Audrey. I have never seen a store reluctant to stand behind the products they sell. I was stuck on an off ramp on I 15 today when the battery in my Harley died. A friend of mine went to this Walmart and bought me a new one. My bike wouldn't start. We tired for two hours to find the problem. I then had it towed to my friends home. We hooked up the battery to a tender to find it was at 0%. Off of the shelf. Walmart refunded my money, now I have a two hundred dollar towing bill because they sold a defective product. I spoke to the assistant manager Audrey and was told that my towing bill is not there problem. They sell a lot of products and sometimes some are faulty and that is not there fault. If I had put that bike in and been on a backroad and my engine had died it's possible I would have been in an accident. But that would not have been there fault. Customer service and Walmart are two words that SHOULD go together. Not my problem should NOT be in a managers vocabulary when it is regarding a product in their store. read more

Searching for Nintendo switch oled, everywhere was the same price, we came across "walmarts" website they were having a labor day sale for $333.33 we went there and they wouldn't honor the price because it was a third party vendor but it was on "their" website, never heard of that before, even my wife who is a general store manager at a retail business believes that it is wrong. Updating my previous review here. Four star service in the garden center!! Grabbed some propane tanks and the associate here put them in a cart for me to take to my truck in the parking lot. Very nice and great customer service. Daniel inside garden was friendly and efficient at the check out. Easy breezy is how I like my propane exchange to be!!! read more

I went in to buy a few things that we needed. One of which was an Electric Toothbrush. I was in a lock case. Finally found a button to push for help, of course they don't put it where you can find the darn thing. I must have pushed it at least three times and nobody came. Finally, an employee walked buy and I asked for help. He said in a minute. Then he came back again. Then again. On the fourth time I said sir, he said in a mintue. By this time, I had waited a half hour, and I was done within a minute. So, I left and as I left, I ran into him. He didn't even ask if I still needed help. The Customer service here is none, there is no customer service at all. If you can find someone to help you, they are rude and treat you like you are stupid. I wouldn't shop here if you paid me. I will use another Walmart before I come to this one again. read more

February 23,2020: Today u went in to return a couple items . I waited patiently in line for 10 minutes, when it was my turn, the salesperson could not even look at me when she said how can I help you. She did not look at me the entire transaction. I am very disappointed with the quality of sales people Walmart is hiring. OR IS IT POOR MANAGEMENT. I explained what I experienced, and stated that I have a lot of options for shopping and Mmatter where I am shopping, Walmart or Nordstrom, I do not accept the unfriendly, rude customer service I received fromJade. Opened their doors LATE. Again. Last Thursday they didn't open until 6:13 a.m., Friday: 6:09, today (December 8, 2022) they opened at 6:11. Adding insult to injury is the fact that the TWENTY or so of us who were standing outside at 38 degrees were forced to watch as three Walmart employees stood around (just inside the store) yakking and laughing while we stood like idiots out in the cold. Sadly, not a happy experience. Customer SERVICE was anything but. I bought an item online at walmart.com. You would think you are dealing with Walmart and if you need to you can go to Walmart to get a refund. Come to find out NO!!! Even though all the email communications were from Wal-Mart signed "The Wal-Mart Team" there is no "Team" work at all. I was told that the item was some third party market seller or some such thing and that they cannot refund the money and that i have to email the seller direct. Turns out the so called seller I did not even know I was buying from except for one communication in small print is called "Luxe Beauty Corner". And surprise surprise they are not cooperating. The item I bought is totally untouched and still in the same packaging. The "seller" sent me the wrong product. Why should I be having this kind of problem when I was led to believe I was dealing with Wal-Mart. I supect this is a Chinese company that has entered into an agreement with WalMart and from several past negative personal experiences with Chinese companies their business practices are less than ethical and to get a refund is like pulling teeth if you can succeed at all. . But whoever or whatever it is WalMart should rethink their association with them (btw they have terrible reviews many with the same complaint as mine) SHould this not be a red flag for WalMart and should they not make it right by all those who got duped by this ocmpany? Trashier today than usual. Of course every entrance and exit is blocked by someone wanting your money, and the woman in line line in front of me did a price check on 3 of the 9 items she had, then searched slowly thru her stack of 50 credit cards after receiving the total bill, that's all par for the course. This Walmart reduced the width of all the consumer aisles (candy, TP, laundry detergent ect.) so that you cannot shop in the aisle unless you are blocking somebody. If you want to get thru the aisle, you have to wait, or hope the person in front of you moves their cart way over to the side. Yes I know some genius measured the width of 2 carts exactly, but maybe they should get advice from somebody that actually pushed a cart thru the store. Also it doesn't help to have a 8' tall display of lint cleaners in front of the check out line either, just my 2 cents. read more

My husband and I waited for 45 minutes in the Lego sections asked 4 different employees who can help us they all said they didn't have walkie talkies it's almost like they don't care. One of the worst Walmart store anywhere. The store is dirty, poor layout and really awful checkout services. Usually there is only 1 cashier so unless you want to stand in line a long time, you have to use the self checkout. So much for their "save American jobs". I don't think the place for eye exams or glasses is actually Walmart but that service is awful as well. I spent over $300 on several pair of glasses. The sunglasses won't stay on my head as soon as I look down (I've been back SEVERAL times) and the distance glassed won't stay straight. The associate jammed them on my ears and said I need to do that to keep them straight. The only pair that didn't cause a problem was a frame I took in. Because I am required still to wear a mask they couldn't fit them properly. I have NO issue with wearing a mask but without the ear loops to hold the glasses, they don't fit. They will not do ANYTHING to fix this issue because it's been over 90 days. I will NEVER go back there and won't shop Walmart unless it's some sort of emergency (like being totally out of TP) read more

This is the closest Walmart to me. I absolutely despise coming here unless absolutely necessary. I have been here several times in the past for emergency items and the traffic here is horrible. I'm not sure what's up with the drivers here. People are not courteous and do not have driver mannerisms. The parking lot is usually dirty with trash everywhere and people not watching where they are walking. I had to make a return of some home improvement items. Luckily there wasn't a line and my return was processed without a problem. Walked around to check out the remodel, but didn't really change my perception of this place. I did notice, however, that the aisles are wider here then the other Walmarts I've visited. There's a lot of foot traffic here even for a late weekend night. I want to say that this Walmart is 24 hours, but not sure. Only for emergencies... read more

I mean, its Walmart... but... THIS Walmart seems to have the best selection of everything Walmart. While it is not cleaner or more organized than any other Walmart.. well most of the Walmarts the selection is great!. The staff here is normally friendly, and again definitely better than the much newer Walmart in Escondido which is way closer to where I live. read more

Horrible customer service skills from some of their associates and even worse from the manager that I had to deal with tonight "Adrien". Very rude and unprofessional and disrespectful with absolutely no customer service skills. It Appearance Walmart is hiring anybody regardless of their experience and skills and don't even train them the basic. One of the associates was very rude to me right front of the manager and when I asked her name, the manager just kept looking at me without opening his month and then I looked at the associate, she gave me the ugliest smurk and turn her badge around so I don't see it, and much more. What a clean Walmart! It's rare that you go into a Walmart that is clean with fresh signage. Don't buy their generic milk. Starting at the beginning of the pandemic I noticed that their generic milk would leak from the cap and go bad a few days after I bought it. after going through half a dozen quarts going bad a few days after I bought them I got fed up and switched to Hollandia. About twice the price and problem solved, no more milk going bad within a few days. Last week they were out of Hollandia so I picked up the generic milk and guess what it leaked from the cap and went bad three days after I opened it. Not even giving the Walmart it self a 5 star (already did that) I'm giving it to an employee of theirs. Went to buy some ammunition but no one was around to help (same thing happened last time I left a review) except a young dude name Jeremiah. Usually an employee will phone someone then leave. But this dude stayed around. Noticed I wasn't being helped yet and phoned a couple more times to make sure I was assisted. Definitely appreciated his customer service. This dudes a great employee and Walmart needs to recognize him. #GIVEJEREMIAHARAISE2018 jk but for real he was a great help.
