We had an unpleasant experience with your customer service department. We returned to batteries because they didn't fit our truck. After being questioned and explaining the batteries didn't fit, the girls seemed to think we were returning dead batteries. After checking to see they weren't dead. After they finally refunded our money, my husband asked a question about refunding the core charge. The girl didn't seem to understand and my husband made a flippant remark about her nose ring. Nothing obscene at all. She responded with GO FUCK YOURSELF. This happened today about 7 pm. The girl also had two studs in her tongue. (Just to help identify her) She needs to be fired! read more

Their curbside pickup in response to COVID is excellent. Their Walmart app required to order curbside pickup... Not as much. Nevertheless curbside pickup is fast and efficient, and I make an extra long trip to go to this Walmart location for their wider selection of products. Curbside pickup via app is easy. You select the products you want, add it into the cart, and select an hour time slot to pickup your groceries. The early morning time slots are reserved for high-risk groups for Covid-19. If they run out of an item you wanted, then they will substitute the out of stock item for a similar item. The only item I ordered that later became out of stock was Topo Chico, which I can live without. The order minimum is $35, which is reasonable. At the start of your time slot, Walmart will notify you, and will ask you to notify them in the app when you leave whatever location you're at. You'll need to give their app permission to use your GPS. Once you arrive, you'll need to park your car at a curbside pickup parking space and open your trunk for the employees to load your groceries. After that, notify Walmart via their app what your parking spot is, and what color your car is. The employees usually come out quickly - I waited no more than 10 minutes these past few times I have used their pickup service. My only complaint is that during my last visit, one of the eggs in my carton was cracked. The cracked egg was even discreetly turned toward one side to make the crack less obvious when looking from above. read more

In the middle of the night they were searching somebody at the door. There seems to be a lot of negative attitudes going around. Suspicion. And a lot of the things I wanted they were out of. They didn't have any of the chocolate milk I needed. They didn't have any good bananas. Having said that it's nice to have a store open 24 hours and selling pretty much everything in the middle of the night - so I can't possibly give it a one star. Plus it's cheap. I'm using grocery pickup because I'm in the high-risk group for Covid-19. The first order I picked up went flawlessly. The second order is a disaster. Rotten tomatoes and bell peppers, shrivelled up jalapenos, and frozen bread that went out of date seven months ago. Yuck! I went online to get a refund and they refunded the tomatoes and jalapenos, but they want me to go in the store for a refund on the bread and bell peppers during a pandemic. Really? Okay. Please do not have a curbside pick up if the wait time is over an hour. Parked and waited. After 30 mins went inside and no one would even acknowledge me. Kept getting passed by workers. TERRIBLE!! Sat outside over an hour in an online pickup spot after checking in and even speaking with a passing by employee to then have to walk in to customer service and be told pick up was moved and I needed to go back behind lawn and garden to get my groceries. Spots are clearly marked and there are even signs with arrows pointing to were I was parked. I am infuriated and now have to wait I'm not ceeta how much longer for someone to deliver my groceries to my car. It is Walmart either you love them or hate them I love them. This is a very nice Walmart very clean always stocked. I come to this location on occasions not in my area. They have a good plant department. You can get some good deals on outside plants. It is set up like all the other stores. They do not have an automotive department to get oil changes or tires. Walmart...your store to go to for items when you don't want to go to the mall. Stopped here on 12-15 around 5:00pm. Needed to pick up a few last second Christmas items and I was in and out in a flash. Of course the checkout lines were all full, but I detest the self check out lines that do not have a maximum amount of items. The line was so long, filled with people that never had the opportunity in their life to be a cashier, so I guess this is their opportunity to scan their 856 items, while the rest of us stand in line and marvel at their scanning skills. It's not Walmart's fault, as I think they use the self checkout to identify future cashiers. All in all, good selection, and I really was in and out in less than 30 minutes. read more

This is the only Walmart I'll go to. It's the one closest to my apartment, but even if I'm out and about in town, I'll drive back closer to home for this one. There's always security and visible police in the parking lot, so I rarely see anything suspicious like I do at other Walmart's in the area (like people trying to sell stuff out of their cars!) They have a ton of self checkout here so there's never a line longer than a five minute wait.. even on the weekends! I also never wait more than five minutes at the customer service desk to make returns. They just seem to have figured out efficiency at this store.. either that, or it's not as crowded than the other stores. read more

Visited this Subway located in the Walmart super store on Nov 27th, what rude azz staff. Apparently the computer was downed, while myself & 2 other patrons were there yet I wasn't made aware of this. After 20 mins, the 1st sandwich maker/cashier told me that her system was down, that I was on the house, that she couldn't ring me up. By this time the entrance enclosure was drawn, the 1st patron was dining in, the 2nd was stating her honesty while adding to her meal --that she lives down the street & could return with . Fair, but I wasn't asked if I was paying cash (or not) even though I was told to my face that it was on the house or so I thought. After the 2nd patron received her meal, by this time the 1st employee, apparently frustrated, stepped away to talk to her manager. I had been patient & polite, why she chose to share the downed machine issue instead of just directing me out of the establishment in the first place???? Why that just threw me, totally unjustified, undignified, and tacky as hell!!! The other sandwich maker (a sista) told me they were closed, and she wasn't going to serve me & seemed delighted to share that fact. I stated that the other employee told me that my meal was on the house. Rude, ugly faced MF's both of y'all, gonna close me up in there then deny me service well bunk you both & I'd strongly recommend that you both brush up on customer service skill, better yet--indulge in charm school because you both effin need it!!! What lousy azz service, SMH y'all were something This isn't even my home state, I'm just traveling to see my family, and stopped in for a bite to eat before concluding my business with family. Worst pick-up experience ever! When I showed up (at 9:50 am) to pick up my order I was told their system was down. No email or text ahead of time telling me not to come. I was told they'd send an email when the system was back up. They did not. I finally called them at 3:50 pm and they said their system was back up. I drove there for a 2nd time and was told that they "misplaced" two of my items and it would be another 3-5 min. until they re-picked them. About 10-15 min. later someone else came out to tell me they "misplaced" two whole bins of my groceries so they had to re-pick them and it would be about another 15 min. Over 45 min. later I was still waiting!! I finally flagged down one of the guys and told him to just bring me whatever they had. I wasn't waiting any longer. Another 10-15 min. passed before they finally brought my few items out. They didn't care. They didn't offer me any compensation. I asked about them delivering the items that they shorted me and was told that he already took them off so they couldn't do that. Absolute incompetence and NO customer service whatsoever! I called the store when I got home and asked to speak to a manager. He was useless as well. Just made excuses about their system being down. Um, no, it wasn't the computer's fault. It's yours for not being a good manager. This location ought to get rid of whoever is in charge of the grocery pick-up. He/she is not fit to do the job. Bringing groceries out to someone's car isn't rocket science. Other stores do it just fine. Why can't this one? read more

I've been shopping there for 4 years now. Last year the door greater and I became friendly and asked he if I would go to a fish fry with him. I asked where and he told me at a southern baptist church. I'm transgender so I knew where that was going and declined. A couple weeks later he called me a 'devil' when I walked in the store. I waited an hour, but a manager never showed up. Today a cashier walked straight into me even as I was trying to avoid her. The CSM I talked to acted like it was a big joke. We ask an associate to get some lawn cushion down where it shows 20 each it was going to buy all four. But when it rang up they all rang up for 38.98. The checker called the manager "Billie" to see if he would override. The checker even told us that he usually would because it was in the wrong spot. Now keep in mind there was four hanging in the spot and the longer exact cushion were below. He said we could only get 3.00 off. Even "Eric" said it showed 20. We were not happy so we were going to call the Regional manager "Billie" would not give us his last name. read more

Walmart appears to have a new scam they have implemented on their unsuspecting customers. Prices marked clearly on the shelf are as much as 38% higher at check out. When caught in this fraud they only agree to sell one at that price. Management has apparently implemented this practice, they have instructed subordinate employee to follow policy. This has been recently experienced at 121 & Beach Fort Worth Texas, and 4800 US 287 Hwy Arlington Texas. Employees are unapologetic and somewhat brusque in their dismissal of clearly a preventable mistake. I have never seen a price lower at checkout than on the shelf. read more

My truck was damaged by a shopping cart while at Wal Mart In Arlington Texas. I contacted the manager who gave me a wrong claim number to my case.I had to call again and ask to speak to the manager again and he finally gave me the correct claim number. I finally called corporate and spoke to Anthony, he was very rude and told me they would not cover the damage and the incident was my lost. I tried to reason with him but he was just being short and finally raised his voice.They refused to accept responsibility and pay for my truck damage. The damage is over 1,000 dollars. read more

Tonight 11-4-18 a very kind woman at the vision center saw me coming just as she was about put the stanchions out to close the area up on a Sunday evening. She asked me what I needed. I told her my glasses needed a lens put back in. She did it without a second thought. I thanked her and explained that I was staying at a nearby hotel and the next day was driving more than 15 hours home to Arizona. I really needed my sunglasses. I can't explain how much this meant to me. She represents Texas and Walmart extremely well. read more

Awful service!!!!! I always go to the self checkout here because unfortunately us untrained customers can scan and bag our items faster than the 3 cashiers they have at the front. Well today really did me in! I needed a money order, aware of the fact that it's the first of the month so I expected there to be a line, which there was. But that's not the problem!!!! The problem was, I was 4 people from the front of that line and stood there for almost an HOUR!!!! But that's not even the worst part, all the while my blood is starting to boil because there's two employees up at the front and one is just standing there doing absolutely nothing and the other who's actually working is aware that there are now about 15 people in line but she's showing no sense of urgency, both were really milking those minutes on their paychecks. It took me, and the 2 woman behind me to start acting impatient and in a hurry for the other cashier to even get her behind in gear and call up the next customer (after standing there doing nothing for 45 minutes besides watching us all grow increasingly impatient.) Which instead of calling the next customer up with a purpose to get the line going she basically whispered "next" 5 times you could tell she didn't really want to call her up but she did it because she could tell me and the rest of the customers waiting were ready to ask her what she was doing at the money center if all she was going to do was take up space and convert oxygen into carbon dioxide. read more
