Walmart super center is my main store to shop in for groceries and other items, this store has everything I'm looking for and has been keeping up with shelves stocked well for their customers, friendly staff and hard workers I see doing the best they can. This Walmart has it worked out for essential items like sanitizing wipes or sprays, they have a cart filled by entry way inside with whatever items that come in that morning to hand out to customers one by one which I love that they do this because it's safer instead of before people rushing past in a hurry to the shelves where they would stock them and no one could get through . It was crazy before done that way , now Walmart has a better system of doing things in a safer manner and fair way. Thank to the staff at Walmart for doing things safely. Great job!!! read more

This is a very large Walmart and a huge parking lot. I just stopped to pick up Hydrogen peroxide . They have a excellent grade of H202 and I use this to brush my teeth , the results are white teeth and I have not needed to go to a dentist for plaque cleaning as the H202 gets rid of all plaque. You wake up with a fresh smell of breath in your mouth. With toothpaste you have a rancid smell inn the morning. Since I used H202 to wash my hands too I have lost all the hair on my hands. This is a excellent hair remover. To permanently remove hair you have to apply this frequently. This also gets rids of acne. Will also remove nail fungus. If you apply in ears will clean was easily. I love the Walmarts H202 product and its only a dollar. read more

Went to the Garden Center there today to see if there were cheaper plants we could get. Instead, what we found were plants, all plants, that have not been watered for sometime that the soil was very dry already. Spoke to a Ms. Naomi who is in charge of the Garden Center. According to her, there is an issue with water, that they do not have water to water the plants, and that they know about this issue already. She also said that the plants have not been watered for 2 days, but the plants have obviously not been watered for much longer than two days since the soil in all of the plants were extremely dry. I would guess that the plants have not been watered for at least over a week or longer. Many of the plants are dying and wilted. It was sad to see. Plants are living things, so something should be done to keep these plants watered and alive. read more

At night this place becomes at the very least tolerable. During the day, on the other hand... I'd rather be facing a zombie Apocalypse. They have self check outs working at night so you don't have to deal with the annoyed worker who clearly would want to be there less than you do. Which is saying a lot given how shitty it is to be in a walmart in general. I have to admit though, given the fact that they have a plentiful supply of Fat Tire Ranger IPA, that's gotta say something about this companies ability to at least entertain the idea of a non-big name beer. Though New Belgium is a fairly big name in the micro brew world these days. Now, I've only attempted coming here during the day once and it was a mistake I will never ever make again. One would think they were in the deep south.. or Fontana. The place is laid out.. well, it's your standard Wal Mart. What did you expect? The food selection has cheap prices, but that's probably because the Chinese kids took a 5% pay cut. The only reason why this gets more than one star is because it is open at all hours and at the very least the late night run in here allows you to not be seen by many in a wal mart while also avoiding 99.9999999% of the crowds that makes this place such an unbearable pit of shame. read more

Good for really cheap household items but I'd steer clear of most of the fresh produce and especially the milk. My roommate and I have found that it goes rotten really fast. Blueberries have gone moldy on her within two days, half an onion that I had rinsed with cold water went moldy really fast in the fridge, and the same happened with a honeydew melon that her family had purchased from this Walmart. I've bought sweet potato from here that was great, so just pick and choose what you get here wisely (ie potatoes and whole garlic cloves are probably a safe bet). With milk I get from Trader Joe's it normally is good even a week past the best by date whereas with Walmart milk you can only expect it to make it by the stamped date. I always get butter and eggs here because it's cheap. (Eggs cost twice as much at Vons unfortunately.) If you come after 10pm, you might be surprised by how long the lines still are. For some stupid reason they close the self checkout machines then. Also, about 80% of the time if you ask for help because you're looking for an item, either they won't know what you're talking about or they don't speak English. read more

My stepmom had a Groupon for a photo package from one of these PictureMe locations. The last time I took photos was for my senior year of high school, which was about 10 years ago! Since I'm living away from home, I thought it would be nice to have photos to send back to my family. It was a blast! First of all, the Groupon expired on New Years Eve and that is when my flight was due to arrive. I called when I got back into LA and the man over the phone said it would be no problem for me to reschedule and he would be able to extend the Groupon for me! I'm incredibly outgoing, but taking photos has always been a little awkward...being put in poses and trying to put on a geniune smile. My photographer and I had fun with breaking the traditional poses and we truly captured my energy through the photos. She also took a couple candid shots when I was naturally laughing and I was happy with several of the shots she took. I can honestly say it was an all-around FUN experience and I would recommend checking it out. read more

Now to be fair, this is coming from an elitist who shops @ American Rag, Fred Segal, Undefeated, X-large, etc...so, for me, this place is pure culture shock! But those places don't sale a six pack of Guinness Stout for $6.99 or Listerine 2 for 1. Ahhh...yeah, the things we do for the Yankee dollar. The help is adult school literate at best, but they're too busy telling their co-workers about "how bomb" the kush was from last nite to help you. My best advice for this place is to treat it like a bank robbery: 3 minutes tops, get in, get out. Go in w/ a strategy and keep the car running! My experience with 2 of the customer service ladies about 20-30 minutes ago was very unpleasant. As i was waiting in line, one of the girls (white, chubby) was letting the gentleman before me know that he will not be able to return his item(s) in a very rude way..even calling him "sweety" at one point at the end of her defense when he asked why he couldnt be helped when he had returned something similar previously. Who do you ladies think you are speaking to paying customers like this?? Very very condescending, disrespectful and unprofessional. After he left and i was next, the girl helping me (light skin hispanic black hair skinny) continued to tell the girl who had helped him (again, the white chubby girl) that he wasnt allowed in anymore and they continued to gossip and talk down on him WHILE HELPING ME. Just an ok Walmart location. Centrally located near businesses and residential areas. The store is huge and relatively organized. Service was just ok as well. They had everything we were searching for so left happy for the most part. Stay away during peak hours for obvious reasons. There are worse Walmarts and better ones. read more

BF & I LOVE this place. We come here for Disneyland quality fun when it's 12 am and we got nowhere else to go. We'll make the 30 min drive and stroll hand-in-hand down every aisle. The whole process usually takes 2 hrs and makes for a good night out. =) All goofing aside, this Walmart Supercenter has everything under ONE roof. If I want bananas and he wants to checkout fishing gear, to WALMART we go ! If I want face wash and he wants some towel, to WALAMRT we go! You get the point. Once again I am disappointed after coming to this Walmart. I was turned away by a cashier who claimed her line was closed and she continued to take people in the line. I had ONE ITEM and I couldn't even get rung up and out of there. So while waiting in an even longer line and voicing my problem to another cashier tells me to wait in this other vacated line as they all switch cashiers at midnight (which is completely stupid by the way as it wastes so much more time). I ask to speak to a manager about this problem and the supposed "manager" says she understands and that that one particular cashier probably didn't understand. She then walks away from me because I "cursed." Yeah, great way to deal with the problem. The store managers name is supposed to be Dwight. So you have lowly employees pretending to be the manager. Good job. I go back in line to wait, and another 5 minutes pass by and still nothing because we are waiting for the computers to load up. I said forget this and leave the item. Overall I probably waited 15 minutes for one item. Screw this Walmart. Go somewhere else. Unless of course you like bad customer service. read more

worst customer service EVER!!!!! bought a toy online for $25, which we found later that it is only worse for $7 in the same Walmart store. so we went to get a refund, but lady who working at customer service only refund $7 which she is stating the barcode in their system is only $7, with really bad attitude !!! and it was shipped by a third party, we should call and get the refund for the third party. but point is, product was purchased FROM walmart, I have the right to return/refund full amount from you and you deal with third party, like Amazon does. Anyways, we are willing to call the third party to get my money back from them, but the lady will NOT give back our product and stated refund is already done and can't be canceled ! which we are only getting $7 back. what the hell ??????? This is a pretty great place when you are looking for great prices on most of the ordinary consumer goods and some foods (fruits and veggies I would not buy at Walmart because their prices tend to be much higher). I've done my comparison shopping and usually find Walmart to have the lowest overall for the item I am looking for (especially for household name brand products), which makes my job easy since I can cut out the running around to so many places. I can just go to one place and get my items. The selection they have is usually wide enough that I can find something that meets my taste. There is always so much to see and do. I've also purchased their hot deli chickens to make some quick and easy dish, and the chickens are quite flavorful for the price. Good tip: One curious thing I noticed is that pricing at Walmarts differ depending on location. For instance, when I compare prices at this location versus the one at Rosemead, this one tends to be priced slightly lower (maybe 5-20 cents) less than the same item at Rosemead. read more

Like they were waiting for something to happen near a walmart to show off the new logo. the next story showed a map of a sexual assault by USC, but the USC map didn't have the USC logo on the school!
