I first approached the man with long ass hair because he wasn't doing anything just talking to the female coworker and the rudely told me to go ask the cashier. I didn't let it bother me at first. She helped me get the game so when she ranged me up the price was different on the website so I showed her that the price on the website then she rudely tells me I should of told her before she ranged me up. I've called here twice, once because I was looking for prices on tires and another time looking for a video game, and the customer service was terrible both times. The first time I was on hold for forever, the second time they transferred me to the appropriate department and nobody picked up the phone. The workers were extremely slow at the cashier (A worker took more than 10 mins to ring up a couple of shirts from some customers in front of me and when it was my turn, she scanned the persons things behind me as if they were mine -.-) Also at the door the receipt checker blatantly allowed a hispanic women to pass through with out checking her receipt and went straight on to checking mine, which i found sort of offensive. Pros: Open late. Cons: Half the store is filled with pallets and getting around is a rat maze at night. Pros: Cheap prices... and Walmart now has a app that will refund you if THEY find a cheaper price for an item with their competior you purchased from them AUTOMATICALLY. Wow... who does that? This place is so big, that my friends and I come here late at night for fun. Not kidding! Total adventure time here! Size and 24 hour schedule are the pluses! Super convenient! All the special sections are closed at midnight tho, that includes cosmetics and electronics and whatnot. The only thing I dislike is how you have to pay for your cosmetics items in the cosmetics section. I don't understand why =.= I've come into contact with several workers here and most were very nice. The Pharmacy here also offers fast and friendly services too! Fear long lines at check-out? Fear not! There's various well kept secret register such as at the pharmacy, electronics, photo, sporting goods, gardens, jewelry that can help check u out when there are long lines at the front registers. :) read more

The only thing I like about this location is that it is opened 24 hours and there is self-check out. There are always great deals and if I ever need to come here late at night, I like coming around midnight because they are restocking the shelves and you get the deals because sometimes they are marking things for clearance around this time. Self-check out is not always open after 10-11pm and is usually based out of luck if they open it. You can not purchase alcohol at self-check out so be sure to stand in the regular line. Just like any other Walmart, the lines are always super long regardless of what time of the day you are there. read more

I come to this store to get fabric and sewing supplies but I'm looking for an affordable alternative. There's never anyone at the fabric department to cut fabric and more often than not they're moody. As for the rest of the store, employees whiz past customers as quickly as they can and avoid eye contact so you won't ask them for anything. The most common responses are "I don't know " and I "probably not" but no actual help in locating anything. I was looking for vegetable glycerin last night and the worker thought I needed Vegetable Listerine. Said they probably didn't carry it even though she didn't know what it was. read more

I generally try and avoid this place but since I live pretty close, I find myself here more often than I would like. This is your typical crappy Walmart. If you've been in one, you've been in them all. This location seems to have some sort of black hole in the checkout lines because it's next to impossible to get out in a timely manner. It doesn't matter if 10 registers are open, you WILL be waiting in line for at least 15 minutes, probably more. (A LOT more) I have never been treated so rudely by a cashier for bringing my reusable bags as I have at this store. Nine times out of ten I have a rude cashier who either throws my items in my bag because they are pissed about having to use them, or they force me to bag myself. Yes, I've been asked to bag my own stuff on several occasions. The only shining star of this establishment is the Wetzels at the front, those pretzels are magical and definitely better made than the ones at the mall. Ah, Walmart. The granddaddy of selection. Where else can you find bras, pork rinds, and Pennzoil motor oil under one roof? That being said, I try to avoid coming here all costs. If you need to run down to the store to pick up, say, sunblock before you go to the beach, don't come here. Don't go to ANY Walmart really. The Walmart chain is not for single I'll-just-go-in-really-quick-and-be-out-in-a-flash purchases. If you do stop, the lines alone will keep you waiting a good 20 minutes. (They do have self-checkout here but it seems to take longer than just waiting in a regular line). You go to Walmart if you have a list of things you need to buy and are mentally prepared for the chaos. This superstore is like a small, overpopulated village. People that shop here have an odd sort of "tunnel vision" syndrome that causes them not to pay attention those around them. (More than once, the backs of my ankles have been run into by cart-pushers tailgating me as I shop - ouch). Every time I come here I feel like I am in the 80s video game Frogger...having to quickly navigate among the steady stream of carts, pull-carts stacked high with new product being brought out to the floor and aisles jammed with people, people everywhere. Does the chain inherently attract a lower class of customers or do the low prices just bring out the survival instinct in all of us? Hmmm. From a consumer's perspective, I readily admit Walmart is a necessary evil. They do offer a greater selection and better prices (sometimes only a few cents) then say, Target. I have done my grocery shopping here on more than one occasion and have been satisfied with the price and selection, but at times it seems like the demand for product exceeds the supply. (For instance, lean ground turkey never seems to be something they can keep in stock). So it's a trade off. If you can handle the crowds, the overpopulated aisles, and the waiting in line, go here for selection and slightly lower prices. If any of the above just makes your stomach turn, then go to Target. read more

Store selection is beyond amazing. They've got everything that they sell online basically and then some. My only problem is with the sales associates. Long story short one associate wouldn't honor their price match guarantee even though I'd done it before at different stores. She forced me to make my purchase online and wait for in store pickup to get the price I desired. I spoke with customer service manager and they had everything settled for me but still 2 stars. It took me nearly 2 hours to just get one phone case that was on sale. read more

This store SUCKS! I tried returning an item that i purchased a few days ago. I told the lady I didn't have the receipt. As soon as she scanned the item she said I can't proceed without a receipt since the item is valued over $25. I told her I bought it there in this store she still wouldn't accept it. WALMART needs to advertise THROUGHOUT the entire store that they do not except returns over $25 WITHOUT a receipt even though the Item was purchased by YOU at their location.
