Curbside pick up is an joke. There's one heavy set big young girl with blue in the ends of her hair who has an attitude that's so disrespectful. She will just leave the groceries outside in the sun and just sit there like the lazy person she is. Our order was ready at 12pm and we had arrived at 12:10pm. When we pulled up there was a big cart of groceries sitting there and so we waited thinking our order was about to come out. We waited for 25mins and turns out it was the groceries that were sitting outside the whole time. She literally just kicks the bins and will just leave customers sitting waiting for their orders. Literally she will just sit there on her chair and only does it when she feels like she should. As if we the customers can be waiting around all day and possibly have spoiled food from it just being out in the sun. Some manager needs to check the way she handles customer. Don't know what her problem is but it seems like she's just very miserable in life and needs an attitude check. I wish I would have gotten her name. Why are Wal-Mart employees so sad and unfriendly and unhelpful working at this walmart not a hello from the checkers or the people who scan your receipt or even going inside. if you ask an employee for help they don't even help you you just a flat out no we don't have it. This is usually my go-to supermarket cuz it's organized & closest to home. My recent encounter w/a pale pudgy dude in the electronics section really needs to take his excessive pompous & berating attitude elsewhere. I just wanted to know where they kept their adapter & aux cord but his condescending tone just caught me off-guard. I wanted to ask for another associate's help but he was the only one working there. I thought I could escape his doom-and-gloom cloud but he came to find me again & mock me even more. I honestly wanted to leave w/o buying anything if I didn't need it for work. I really needed spare keys and went to Walmart because it was more convenient. While in an isle, an employee rushed by and bumped into me pretty abruptly and rudely. When I got to the paint and hardware and found an employee and said excuse me, she immediately turned away and said that she couldn't help us because she only worked in the back and to just go find a button some where that rang for help. Mid sentence shes rolling here eyes and walking away clearly bothered. A passerby watched and looked at me shocked at how rude she was. We waited the span of 15 minutes and rang the bell at least 3 times. No one came. Later at check out Melissa who couldn't help us because she worked in the back only, was working a cashier... Never got the spare keys we needed today for our new house. And really think the employees here could brush up on customer service. The extra time, miles and gas money are worth it to just go to Home-depot instead. read more

06/11/23 First of all, I love Walmart products. Prices are great for the qualities and its variety. As my neighborhood supermarket, I wish Walmart stays here forever. With the new stupid California law prohibiting their employees from acting on to help people like me, this law one of the many stupid laws this State has destroying the goodness of humanity which LAWS PROHIBITING PEOPLE FROM "HELPING PEOPLE WHEN THEY DESPERATELY ASKED FOR HELP". At 0839 PM today, I could not find my phone that I was holding 2 minute ago. I asked a random person around to help me call to look for it. For some reasons, that person told me " Your phone got disconnected." I thought someone took my phone, so I hurried to run to the people around asking for help because I thought at least the phone is still inside the store. No customers helped me. I ran to customer services. They looked like nothing important. even though I told them I have my credit card also lost. They told me " if there is no police report, we can't do anything." I ran to the people (check out service) in the front door. The young guy says " I cannot let you use my phone." Then he says he calls security... security refused to act. I asked customer services if I could borrow the phone to look for my phone, they directed me to walk to fitting room to use that phone. " How could i look for my phone if I has to stay there to call me?" Customer services is the worse. They look like " I don't care. I don't want to do anything." They showed no emotions and even look down on me like I am bothering them. I came back and forth to customer services to ask to borrow the phone just to call myself and they did not help me. The guy who was standing in the front looked at me suffering and smiling. This Country is becoming a very terrible place to live. It was better 10 and 20 years ago. Humans do not treat each other like this. I feel scary thinking about the future. I don't say Walmart is bad. 2 stars for all kinds staff I could buy at one place then 3 stars dropped for the service! Walmart's service is getting worse and worse! When I check out at this location around 7:20pm, cashier at number 8 (big white lady with golden long hair) was all complaining and blaming on others,also didn't done her own part well. The customer before me had some scanner problems and the big lady spend(wasted) some time on this case to ask others to help her. When I asked her I might need three bags, she said there's no bags the entire store. I saw bags at cashier 6 and other numbers and she confirmed to me "yes no bags entire store". I didn't want to bring on any argument wasting other customers time AGAIN like the one before me did, so I said: the other cashier have some we can use. OK! SHE STARTED HER COMPLAINING. "I ordered bags no one delivered (to me)" "I told you you should blah blah blah OK?!" "She (the other cashier would not let me take hers" （actually she did allowed） "The place is blah blah blah" HELLO?! I am not the store manager and any part of your management, why you say all sort of things to a customer who just come here shopping? I finally got my two bags(although I asked for three), while she's none stop talking! She also put laundry soap powder inside my food bag(which I already divided from each other.) I am not saying being a cashier is a easy job, but if you could not doing your own job well, how could you blame on other your co-workers on the supply chain?(at this point, I assume she is not lying) BUT ANYWAY. I tried Walmart online order to pick up service 3 times, employees attitudes were ok BUT there shortage of things on every time and customer only could know at arrival!It didn't save my time at all! I would leave 0 or negative stars if I could. Their curbside pick up is a joke! Every time I come here they make me wait over 20 mins for curbside. Today was a last straw. I am still livid. I waited for 45 mins to get my groceries. My wife checked in for curbside and they say she never did which was the first lie, then as I continue to wait they never came out making me and the 8 cars ahead of me wait. Then to add insult to injury they bring orders for other people who showed up after me before they bring out my order. Then proceed to make excuses. Then when I ask for a manager they ghost me. And no one comes out. I while I have food and a cake from Porto's that is beginning to melt and spoil because they can't seem to do their job correctly. They also never answer the phone posted on their signs. Why? Because the phone connected to that number is "lost". Don't do your curbside with this location. They don't deserve your business. I fucking hate Walmart and also this side of town, so why do I keep coming back?!?!?! I guess I just don't learn, now do I? lol. Well, it is open 24/7 which is good for weird adventures at all sorts of hours. If you show up at any hour before 10pm the parking lot is like downtown LA: full of traffic, people selling a variety of items from bootleg movies, tamales, fireworks, etc., and of course the entire Latino population of the city of Baldwin Park. I happen to end up at Walmart on a Sunday night around 11pm, because Target and the 99 cent store were already closed. We were on the search for a kitty litter scoop, dust pan, small shovel, or something to pick stuff up with, and the only place I can think of is the damn 24 hour Walmart, haha.! Don't bother asking why on a Sunday at 11pm we needed that, not worth the story, I swear, lol! Well, like I was saying the parking lot is always an adventure in itself. If you come before 10pm its usually nothing but Mexicans and/or cholos, but if you come later than that, it's usually kids about my age, buying munchies, booze, and/or schools supplies, lol. I know I've run here to buy last minute sewing supplies or fabric for projects at some insane hour of the night, because I'm an idiot and never learned how to not procrastinate, haha. Minus one million stars to all the Walmarts' that have since then taken out their fabric sections, boo!!! Back to the point, they were out of kitty litter scoops, didn't have any small gardening shovels or whatever they're called, so we found a $4.99 dust pan. A little pricey for a dust pan, if you ask me, but it had some crazy type of grip so whatever we got it. So while we were there we decided to go check out the electronics section for some cheap movies and I was looking for an iPod car charger. Not only did they not have a fucking iPod car charger, but all the cheap movies were lame, total fail! We did find the black comedy section though with some awesome selections from Sinbad and the Queens of Comedy, lol! We also found some meat rotting away in one the shelves next to some Keanu Reeves movie, which is right where it belongs if you ask me. We had then had enough of our Walmart adventure, my friend had her dust pan, my other friend picked up a Father's Day card, and I picked up an ice cream next to the check out line. In that freezer next to the check out someone left a very sad and busted up 6 pack of Newcastle, what a shame. We were all very pleased with our random and pointless Walmart purchases. God Bless Walmart, not only does it help you "save money and live better," but also always smells like homeless people and piss. Yet somehow we all keep coming back. I mean where else can you buy groceries and guns in the same place, how convenient, right? So overall Walmart gets 2.5 stars for being a freakshow yet convenient at all hours of the day. :) read more

Walmart that opens 24 hrs!! Other services available inside includes nail and hair salon, bank, optometrist and a 24 hr Subway. They have a very large grocery department along with home, school supplies, etc. You can find everything here for cheap. I have been here during various times of the day and I have noticed that the store usually has 3-4 check out stands open. The self checkout lanes are usually closed most of the day, so expect very, long lines. The store is fairly clean. Overall, the store carries majority of my necessities and opens 24 hours. No customer service; so don't expect much. read more

I love the Walmart Pick-Up service! Since the COVID pandemic started, it is hard to find items or have to stand in long lines for checkout. With this service, I order online and check-in at the store. One of the associates bring me my order and I'm on my way. You just need to make sure you really need it as some items are restricted on returns as I have found out on one of my orders. read more

As of this month, August 2015, when my boyfriend and I came to pick up some little items late at night, we were informed that this Walmart and all Walmarts are no longer open 24/7. As of this writing, this is the second time I drove 40 mins to this location to puchase an avertised item, which on thier store website was on sale in stock, at this location. After driving there, and waiting in lines, not only was the item not there, but others similar were over twice the advertised price. I only drove there to buy several USB drives. Ok, this place is pretty awesome since they are 24 hours. I've been here quite a few times at odd hours of the night. You still get greeted at the door like you always do. I've been here before by myself and a few times with Mia L. The last time was with Mia L. and Lily T. when they called me out of the blue. I have to start writing stuff down because I keep forgetting what I need to get each time I come here. So I was just running around the place with Mia at one point through the travel size area by the shampoo and body washes. Then I didn't know where she went and Lily was here so I went with her to the Super area which is like the supermarket. I checked out the beef section as I keep seeing commercials about it. Descent looking cuts but I still get meat from a local place I usually do. (it's a secret) By the time, Lily has enough supplies for lunch the next day and then some. Mia has what she is looking for to go on her upcoming trip. I ended up grabbing a drink and a pack of Trident gum. I'm totally against those self-check-outs. It's cool when people know what they are doing but I've gave it a chance one time and got stuck behind someone for 10 minutes while the other check-outs had long lines. I was next dammit!! I think these self-check-out counters will get rid of the cashiers. I'm all against that. What's not to like about here. You weren't expecting customer service at this hour, no one here to bother you, find the odd things you've been looking for, Target is already closed by this hour. Good stuff. read more

I just have to point out the disrespect I received on the money services counter. First of all, there was a long wait with only one person at the counter. A long line started to form behind me and one by one everyone starts to give up. Finally another person came behind the counter. She yelled, "Can I help who's next?" I went in front of the counter and stated my request. Not only did she ignored me, she turned around and started conversation with a completely different person. Then she didn't even address me but address the person next to her and said she's going on her lunch break. Not only was I left behind with no answers I was treated as if I was invisible. Went in to buy some workout clothes and some alcohol. Lady working in the area was kind of helpful but also not really. Just ended up figuring it out myself. The selection in clothes that i wanted was inconsistent. Med sized shirts had pockets, but the other sizes didnt. After buying what i could i went to buy some alcohol. I ended up waiting 20-25 minutes for someone to come help me buy a bottle in the glass cabinet before i decided to just leave.
