I really irritated at the services of this pharmacist at this pharmacy. As my husband went to fill my prescription I was on the phone with him and hear the response of this pharmacist who seem to be not knowledgeable or have any customer service skills. In the end he told her based on the policy at Wal-Mart she can't fill the prescription. Yet still other locations did . She did this to me once and I walked away as usual but it's just not ok the way she reacts to customers. Especially the elderly. read more

My first time at this Walmart. I was there about 10am on a Thursday. I had a return and some shopping to do....Walmart is not one of my favorite stores, as I am sure that needs no explanation. I drove from Benicia, as Fairfield was a close option. Lines were minimal at customer service and at check out. I really can't believe that I am about to say this...but WOW, so impressed with the folks that work here. Very helpful, and pleasant. The greeter was very nice, shared with me she just started her new job, 2-3 staffers asked me if I needed help with anything and at least 2-3 more, just smiled or said good morning. My checker was very nice and the gal that checked my receipt, was smiling and nice. I commend this stores workers, for doing such a great job. Walmart Supercenter on North Texas St is one of the best Walmarts I have ever visited. Store is very clean and organized. The employees are so nice and helpful. True, there are some new employees who are still unfamiliar with the store layouts but they certainly go the extra mile to make sure another employee helps get the right info. For workers who make close to minimum, these guys really put a lot of effort. The store offers a wide variety of choices unmatched by other competitors. Prices are very reasonable. I especially like the apparels section. There are plenty of parking for all shoppers. The location is desirable. Not a lot of people hangin out outside asking for change. The store is always sufficiently staffed with at least 5 checkout stands open in addition to plenty of self service checkout booths. I love shopping here. read more

I'll start this off with a disclaimer. I am not a fan of Walmart. I try to avoid shopping there as much as possible. My roommate and I went to this location around midnight or so, looking for a game that was suppose to release that day. They did not have it on display at all so we asked the woman at the register in electronics about it. She didn't have any luck but got her manager to help in the search. They looked all over the store in their storage areas looking for it, apparently having it in their system just no luck finding it. Sadly they couldn't find the game, but the fact they both looked all over the store for us really was shocking and impressive. It's rare to get customer service like that ANYWHERE, and yet a store infamous for horrible service, provided outstanding service! read more

The last time I will do business with this Walmart. 2 of the last 3 grocery delivery orders were shorted items that they said were fulfilled. I have ordered groceries from other grocery chains with no problems. On one order I was shorted over $30.00 worth of items which I did receive credit for a few days later. So I gave them another chance. On one occasion I purchased wiper blades for my car, and found out when I got home they were used and returned by someone for a refund. I did take them back for a refund. I hear that theft is out of control at this location. I am done being a victim. No more, I am finished with this Walmart store location! read more

Lines, lines and more lines. If you like to wait, this is your place. So many registers, so few cashiers. Long wait for returns, too. The return line had no apparent holdup, but it took forever. The checkout line, which only had a couple of people, took over ten minutes. The cashier had a problem with a WIC customer. She had to void out the entire transaction and re-ring everything. I had one item. One. So frustrating. My friend and I went looking for three items. They had two of the three. Why aren't all the hair products lock up in a glass case? I asked for a Summer eve product that was locked away in a glass case. Once I found a store clerk to come open & unlock the case. I was told that my $2.84 cents summer eve product would be left at register 9 or 10 check out-stand. Where to start... They are paying bottom dollar to the employees and as a result customers get bottom of the Barrel customer service. I have seen meat sit out on the end of aisles for half an hour during the fourth of July rush. A clerk came by and put it in their go back cart. I let the person know that the meat had been out far too long to put back. The employee looked as if they could care less and dismissed my statement with a passive nod. My companion decoded to follow person through store to see what happened to the fatty pack of room temp chicken. Sure enough, after a few stops along the way, not only did the pack of chicken go back to be resold but another pack of meat as well. We brought this up to the cashier and then to the manager. .. Avoid this place if you can. Only been there once. And that was one too many times. Okay, so the liquor is locked up. But the toothbrushes? And some laundry detergents! But why aren't all the laundry detergents locked up? I didn't bother to wait for someone to unlock the toothbrushes. And I chose one of the detergents that was apparently on parole. Waited eight minutes for someone to come unlock the Vodka. Then I was told it would be waiting for me at register thirteen. Apparently anyone who bails out a toothbrush, detergent or liquor is directed to register thirteen. So I didn't have a choice of a shorter line. And register thirteen doesn't even have a full conveyor belt or bagging area. Like, it should be for 15 items or less. And behind the guy are containers of laundry detergent. I dread going to this Walmart! The only reason I go here is because I can get all my shopping done in 1 trip & its close. Besides that, this Walmart blows! After having waited somewhat patiently but always politely in the "Express Lines" since the birth of this store, I've finally decided to write a review. I have a bone to pick, and it's not with Walmart-- it's with (most) Walmart customers. Before I go there, can I just say the maintenance/janitorial team deserves a raise? Considering it's busy from morning to sunset, My God, this place is clean. Products are fairly inexpensive. I buy all of my personal hygiene supplies here, not so much clothing or grocery. Parking is aplenty. Yes, you just may get hit on in the parking lot and asked, "Are you registered to vote? No? ...You got any plans tonight?" from a solicitor-- but you'll survive and get a good laugh out of it. Hopefully. Like I mentioned, my bone to pick is not with Walmart-- it's with Walmart customers. My request? Stop hating on the employees, and show them a little bit ---okay, a lot--- more respect. It upsets me just as much as you that we have to wait 10-15 minutes (gasp!) in the "Express Line". It occasionally bothers me, but the world isn't going to end and I now find it hilarious. Just accept it. The lines will be long. And If you're such in a huge rush, just walk out of the store with your goods. I dare you. All funny business aside, there is absolutely, positively no need to bad-mouth these cashiers. I waited some time in line tonight and these two, dare I say, ladies, would not shut up about waiting. Hey, it was 10PM on a Thursday so it's not like I/we had any other exciting place to be. The poor cashier looked overwhelmed, tired, and sweating like he'd just finished a marathon. He was looking and looking for help and it didn't come for some time. These employees are underpaid, short-staffed, minimally supervised, and they are not in control of who works in what area or when. Emphasis on "underpaid" and "not in control". My suggestion? Vent/cuss/swear/complain all you want in your head, but when you get up to the register to pay, be respectful. Because that's exactly how you'd want to be treated if you were in that situation. Went o go buy my kids some bicycles, and got offered no help. No signage saying whether or not you need to bring the bicycles to the register or what? Get to the cash register, and she offers me a warranty but doesn't know what it covers. Then she adds it and cant delete the line on the register. It really is the most ghetto Walmart you will ever go to. Especially if you go after 10 pm. The night stock people apparently have no rules and listen to music on their phones at top volume..even some cashiers do. I know it's Walmart but still not very professional. The workers will also be yelling and laughing with each other as if they are at a party. And if you have a question about anything you should probably keep it to yourself because they don't care and will be rude to you. This Walmart has been there for a few years and at first I thought because it was at a better location and larger in size that it would have more things and maybe more organized. So this is in its own shopping plaza with LOTS of parking. This is also a super Walmart meaning it has produce and so forth. I've come here a few times and I have to say customer service could be better. There are millions of employees but RARELY they will ask if you need help. I've seen some chatting away with other employees instead of helping someone. Also organization could be a tad better. I've been in some aisles that I know weren't the employees fault but some look like a hurricane hit them. Most things are disheveled and on the ground. I'm OCD so I would be going thru each place trying to everything back. Overall, typical Walmart. Employees are abundant but disorganized and I know they are quite over worked and underpaid so kind of not surprised. I come to this walmart sometimes because it is closer than American Canyon, but NOT better. I find it to have a much smaller selection of food and pharmacy items. Every time I have attempted to shop here I end up having to go to a different store to get the thing they don't have. The employees are terrible as well, I needed some information about where an item was and had to wait 5 mins for 2 employees to finish their discussion about how their hours have been cut! WTF!!! NEVER AGAIN! I hate going to this Walmart and every time I go in I get even more upset and ask myself why... I am here to purchase one of those prepaid phone or sim card if they have it. Go to the electronic section to their phone section and wouldn't you know it... it is totaly unorginized and doesn't even look like they have any stock. I look around and go to the two employees at the counter. I ask if they have any more of the go phone sim cards or the $14 phones. One girl asks who makes it. I tell her AT&T... she is looking through a book at this time and states... we only have Verizon phones... and leaves at that. So I am standing there waiting for more of an explination or some more help and she just keeps flipping through her book. I ask well can you show me where those phones are at? Flipping through her book and she says yeah she will be over there in a minute. By now I feel like closing her book and throw it across the store so she can pay some attention to her customer. Back in the summer of 2015, around end of June, beginning of July, I was at this location around 11pm, headed back to my car. As I unlock the car and begin loading my trunk with groceries and whatnot, I hear heavy breathing coming from the opposite side of the truck next to me. Two dudes are getting it on right there! Now, I have nothing against gay or bisexual people or whatever. But keep that shit in your home. I would say the same if they were straight. Nobody wants to see you kissing anyone. Nice, Big and New! I'm sure kmart is not happy they are next door. Pretty nice store and better stocked than the American Canyon one, this is the first time I went in, found the items I needed and was checked out quickly. I was shopping for new cushions for our patio furniture and lucked out that they were already clearance priced. They also have a lot of new pation furniture in stock and cheaper than walmart.com. I think they hire their employee's at the little bus stop.They know nothing about what they are selling. Rudeness must be in the employee handbook as a requirement because that's all I get from these morons. I called to ask if they carry an item, they say let me check and put the phone down. 10 minutes later, another person picked up the phone, asked me what I was holding for I told her, she said they didn't carry it. Grocery prices...good. Service....abysmal. WalMart: home of 24 checkout lanes and never more than 6 open. Seriously, on the last visit it took us over 30 minutes to check out. The lines were so bad it was twisted around and into the clothing section. People couldn't even pass through without acting like it was the NYC Subway during rush hour. Staff allowed people to move to the front of the line because their friends had just finished (separate transactions). Even after the folks behind them protested....nearly started a fight. I would have left my two cart fulls to melt in the aisleway. But my wife insisted we check out. HIRE MORE CASHIERS....especially on weekends, 1st of the month, etc. Just bought a new HDTV...paid a bit more at Best Buy but I was able to pay, load, and leave within about 5 minutes. This store is decent compare to other Walmarts. I just hate dealing with the people hanging out in front of the store and in the parking lot. Every time I get out or in of my car, there's always a guy from Lake County that needs money for gas. Since I'm Asian, I walk right pass the signature gathers, telling them I can't vote. **There's this 'Daily Republic' newspaper meth head that tries to sell subscriptions on Sunday in front of the entrance. He offers me a free Sunday paper and gives me this speech about delivering to my house. I tell him no thanks but accepts his sample. A month passes by and I see him there again. He doesn't say anything to me but I ask him if I could get a paper. He goes onto reprimand me about how he gave me one before and that was going to be my last paper. I tell the guy if he didn't want to give me one, just tell me. I didn't need him to lecture me, in front of my daughter, about this shit. I walked away. But then I said, "Fuck this shit." I went back inside got the store manager and told him about what had happened. He tells me that he had no control of the independent contractor outside of the store. I pointed out to him that he was under the store awning, using a Walmart shopping cart, taking your newspaper sales from your store and interacting with your customers; so it is a Walmart issue. It's Walmart so what do u expect when you walk in but when I come in I only come in for the yarn and fabric for my hobbies since micheals doesn't have fabric. but last time I got fabric here me and another customer waited 30 minutes for someone to be there! So annoying. And when I saw someone I asked if he can cut the fabric or call someone to do it so he calls someone and it took him 8 try's before manager came and acted like we were bugging him ok sorry. I was shopping for Gorilla Tape, in White. Lowes, Home Depot, Ace didn't carry it (go figure!) I checked the Walmart online and it indicated this place carried it. It did! Walmart Vacaville does have many items to choose from. Unfortunately, many times they are out of specific brand names. It makes me wonder if they might be pushing their store brand. The employees are quite helpful and polite at my local store. I shop here at least weekly and can usually find exactly what I want. But I have noticed that Walmart quality and services seems to change from location to location depending on the size the store and the demos. Here they have lower quality clothing and less varieties of food. An example I'm trying to find a fresh corned beef. impossible! Cheap prices are appreciated but at what cost...Supporting the China imports may not be worth it in the long run. read more

The store is always dirty. The pharmacy is the worst, my insurance does everything by phone and I told them they had to call my insurance. Last night at this location a couple came up behind my husband and tried to clip clothes pins on his clothes while we were shopping and film it with their phone. I saw them and told my husband so they explained what they were doing and left. I don't think that pranks like this are funny. Most pranks are designed to humiliate the one who is being pranked and filming it and posting it on the internet just adds another level to the humiliation. I loved the old Wal Mart, but this one is bad! You can't find anything, even if you are standing in the department, and the employees can't find it either. They cut back on the departments, but made the electronics bigger and added the groceries. The craft department sucks, half of it is located in one place the other is in another department.( scrapbooking) If you go on line and find it to be in stock in the store- you will not find it in the store. I was looking for Harley Davidson sheets. they were suppose to be in stock. When I got there they couldn't be found. The shelfs were a mess, and the employee wasn't very helpful either. Today I saw a lady at the self check out right next to me, she could not get the plastic bags to part from each other so she grabbed the bunch and stuck the very top part that usually holds the bags together in her mouth and gave it a good lick or something. That's super nasty and the only reason this is an Walmart issue is that the idiots working the self check out did not tell her anything nor did they replace the bags with clean ones. They have alot of check outs but not all are open at all times. We came here at around 11:45 and shop for about 10 mins and was checking out and there's only 1 check out open.
