This rating is for the auto care center. There is a lack of professionalism between staff which leads to confusion. I was told that I have to wait behind any appointments that come in but I am unable to schedule an appointment for my service (tire balance) due to the fact it is walk ins only. I don't think that methodology is appropriate or respectful of my time. While waiting for my car the a mechanic was yelling and arguing with the employee that checks in the cars. He even told her to go complain to the manager which implies that she had reported him before. Just makes for a long day. read more

Walmarts tend to always induce stress for me - the moment I enter the parking lot until leaving - thankfully this one is one of the easier ones to get in and out of. I will celebrate I always seem to find good deals - we like to get our sparkling water, Cafe Bustelo Espresso in bulk, Applegate chicken maple breakfast sausages, and ice cream here! I am a long-time Walmart shopper. However, it has become impossible to get any assistance due to the fact that employees do not speak English. This is now a store-wide problem and reflects poorly on Walmart. Also, I will no longer purchase any salad type greens as they are not fresh. My sister took 2 disposable cameras to get her prints at the Walmart photo department. She went back 2 weeks later (as was said on the receipt) and somehow the staff had know idea where the cameras were or if they had even sent it to get the pictures developed. Please explain that to me. THEN the supposed team lead in charge of all departments (Trisha) who my sister encountered on multiple occasions seemed confused and had no solutions whatsoever. She would always "call" the photo team lead and he was NEVER there and she would always be joking on the phone and being completely unserious. I purchased tires with that purchased free tire rotation, which has turned out to be a complete line of (BS).I made a oil change appointment and tired to do a tire rotation on-line. There was no options for tire rotation at all but it didn't stop from getting a ton of emails about it was time for my rotation. So I showed up early for my 1st appointment and asked the lady about a tire rotation and she went on and about having an appointment to do tires that they don't do them on walk ins. So today ( 6/25 ) I called spoke to the same lady on the phone told her I would like to schedule appointment Friday (6/27) for an oil change and tire rotation, So she proceeded to tell me that she couldn't guarantee tire rotation because you have to be there early in the morning to drop off to have it done and then they will do an oil change. Completely this employee has no Idea what she is doing there in the automotive section. I purchased these tires for the rotation and they have not held up to their end. I used the automotive center/ Walmart in Florida many many times for all my vehicles and never once had an issue with lies and no standing behind what they sold. It would be expected to have a store manager email or text at some point and make good on promises no kept with a very long term customer. Not satisfied at all with the double talk from this employee. If I could give this location a negative start I would absolutely do it. Ball is in your court Management! read more

Three years after my one-star review, yup, this Walmart is still atrocious! I needed one item. Just one item! But that could easily take 15 minutes just to locate this item in their massive store. IDEA! I'll order it online for pickup 24 hours in advance, show up the following day, walk in the store, and retrieve my one item. I've done that before. Their competition Target still does something similar, very efficiently I might add. You see, this Walmart used to have a system similar to Amazon's clever Hub Lockers that are placed all over Nashville. You could walk in, snag your purchase(s) without assistance, and walk out. Not anymore! Now, you park in a numbered space, call a number on the sign, and they'll bring your purchase(s) out to your car. It sounds easy. This MUST be faster than searching for one item inside the store, right? WRONG! It was a nightmare! I parked in space 3 right in front of the delivery door and clicked on the text I had received to notify employees of my arrival. Oh, you MUST have the Walmart app to check in. Really? No thank you, because I don't shop there very often. Back-up plan: I called the number on the sign and selected "4, pickup department." In fact, I called that number nearly 50 times in 30 minutes, and no employee in the pickup department ever answered. Only once did someone actually answer the phone. But she was in the store's electronics department where my call had been forwarded. She retorted, "Space 3, I don't even know what that means. You called the wrong department because I'm in electronics!" Nope, I selected pickup, not electronics. A few minutes into this debacle, I realized I'd better download that stupid Walmart app. "App will download in 6 minutes and 25 seconds." Oh great. So I kept calling the number while downloading. What else could I do? Nobody would answer the phone. They might as well erect new signs without that worthless phone number. Finally, the app had downloaded and I checked in ... and waited and waited and waited. A full 23 MINUTES after checking in on their app, and 31 minutes after arriving in parking spot 3, I received my one, singular item. Are you kidding me? How is this efficient? How does Walmart not have a better system? Why would anyone select pickup with Walmart ever again? Who has half an hour to waste on "shopping" for one item? I noticed all the other cars around me were waiting just as long. There is no question that I'll never do this again. I'll just go to Target where you'll receive your pickup items in about 60 seconds. read more

Normally Walmart's don't get over two star, but something about this Walmart just made things happen with that nudge up to three. This Walmart is located on Mallory Lane in Franklin and may be one of the nicest, well kept, well staffed and decently stocked Walmart's I have been to. While I was able to find most of what I was looking for, the produce and veggie section did seem a little sad. I ended up passing on those items. I had limited interactions with Associates, but was greeted and assisted by a Cashier at the self check. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. I do not frequent Walmart's too often, but I may just have to pop in a little bit more often now that I know this location is solid! read more

I love Walmart it's a good store I just wished they all was still opened 24/7. The staff is Always chipper no matter the time of day. Always keep the line's moving. The customer service guys have a hard time with some of the issues that the customer has. Sunday night before the kids go back to school and this store is very mismanaged. Probably over 20 people in line at the self checkout and maybe one or two other lines completely full of people. A lot of carts available but let's send staff out to collect carts and have another staff stocking Ritz crackers at the entrance and another staff shutting down all the self check outs at the other end of the store. This is the Walmart I frequent most often. They've improved on their cleanliness, but not the disorganization or stocking of shelves. I even asked an employee for assistance, and while they were super helpful, they had to look in 4 completely different places the item might be on the shelves. I find the employees here friendly in general, so that's a plus. I've never had to stand in line for the self checkout, even with a packed parking lot, which is nice. Unfortunately they started checking your receipt at the door which has upset a lot of customers; I hear all the remarks as we walk towards the doors. read more

I've been an avid Walmart shopper for YEARS! I was sooo disappointed the last several times I've been there! Poor customer service, poor management and I didn't get home with all of my groceries and I tried calling for 35 minutes and NOT ONE department would pick up the phone! This location has gone SO downhill. Half of the registers don't work and the associates don't know much. Very disappointing.

I've been to a few Wal-Marts in my Yelp career and so I can say that this one was A-OK. While I did find the exact product I wanted, the personal care aisle was a little picked over and in need of leveling. I brought my product to the registers, but there were only three open on a Sunday afternoon and all of them had a wait of three or four customers with full trolleys. Over at the self-checkout, half of the machines were "card only, no cash" and the associate was nowhere to be seen. But I was able to run my purchase, get my receipt and be out the door. read more

I used their online order for pick up in order to save myself some time. The product in my bag was the wrong product. So I ended up having to go in the store anyway. Then, it appears their service desk is closed. So the wrong product can't be exchanged for the right product, despite having three registers open. No indication was given on how long the service desk was to be closed for repairs. And no way to make an exchange in the meantime? So I now have a product that I can't use, and no indication of when I might actually be able to exchange it for the right product. How incredibly frustrating. read more

Called the store to complain to an associate and she said she'd call me back that day. Never happened. I've used the curbside pickup at (at least) 5 different Walmarts and this one is THW WORST! They are constantly cancelling my order last minute, and if I ever DO get my order everything is WRONG! Rotten produce, opened baby products (wipes and diapers), and they always switch our name brand for generic items even though it keeps the more expensive charge. With young kids and a pandemic the curbside pickup is a game changer - and for that reason I will have to stop using Walmart altogether even though I'm paying extra for Walmart+. read more

So first off I want to say if you could rate an employee I would give Trevor 5 . He really went above and beyond trying to help fix a Walmart.com order mess up. Way to go Trevor I really appreciate it! If I could rate Walmart.com/orders ship to store I would most likely give 2 as they seem to always mess something up that should be pretty simple. As far as the store goes I would say 4 average could be given. Some days are not the greatest where you want to give 2-3 and then there are the better days you want to give 4-5 rating. Parking: Always busy you will most likely need to park pretty far down. Stock: Hit or miss. Some things stay stock really well while others don't. Online inventory seems to never be accurate even some of the employees even say so. Employees: Most are nice but never enough. You would think as big of a store Walmart is there would be more staff to help you. Pricing: Pretty decent on most stuff. Check-out: Horrible! Be prepared to wait! Franklin's store for pickup orders is the worst place I've ever see. Let me wait for more than 40 minutes. I didn't take my order. The staff there work with disrespect. They leave you and go while you talk, and in the end, they cancel your order and wasted your time. I am waiting outside 40 minutes with no answer, and no one can ask them what they do. There is no one to help you. I called their customer services, and no one helped me. Please do something about the employee who you have collecting shopping carts on most weeknights. He obviously hates it. Every night I saw him swearing at and physically assaulting the carts. I wanted to call and tell someone maybe find another department for him because this is really getting under his skin. I don't want him to lose his job (that's why I haven't called) I just want y'all to move him to garden or auto or greeter or something. I also haven't said anything to him about it out of fear of him kicking and punching my car in the parking lot, so.... for all of our sakes, please do something with this man.
