    Maybe it's the location it is in, but this is one of the nicer Walmart Supercenters I have been to. It literally has touches and things in it I don't see in most other Walmart locations. For example, in the bedding and furniture section, they literally have a bed on display to display the bedding etc. Another display has chairs on display. (Please see my photos for examples of what I am referring to). I have also always been impressed by how orderly and well-stocked this location is. They also have a parking lot that you feel safe in and can park relatively close to the store. Overall, even though I am not a huge Walmart fan, this is a really nice store! Review #2089

    This Walmart is bougie lots of clothes! It has a Dunkin a first convenience bank of vision Place. It also has like a bunch of tablets and phone case store as well.

    I stopped in to check out toys for a child's birthday party, but of course, I walked the whole store. I was looking for a karaoke machine, baby doll, and a craft. This is a medium sized store that had a regular basic toy selection...nothing magnificent, just regular. I didn't find what I was looking for, so I went to find a store employee. Not much help there - whatever they have is out on the shelf and would be in the toy section. Apparently there is only one karaoke machine and it's from Frozen for a 3 year old. They had two types of baby dolls: the material soft ones, or the hard small ones. They had some fun-looking crafts of sand art, make your own plastic bead jewelry, or grow water rocks. They do have the line of Justice clothing for girls, which contains some sweat suits and fuzzy jackets. These are cute. The rest of the store has the standard Walmart products. I needed canning jars and asked a different store employee for assistance. This employee was WONDERFUL. I grabbed up the box of jars and some Ball tools. They have a nice selection of canning supplies. All-in-all, this is your regular Walmart. I definitely give kudos to the one store employee in the housewares area, and the checkout employee....and the canning section.

    Family is in town visiting me for my 50th birthday. We needed a few odds and ends from this particular location. Honestly, if you have been to one Walmart, then you have been to most of the others as well. (Figuratively speaking.) The visit was quick as we grabbed what we needed and checked out through the self-service line. The store appeared clean and well-stocked. I would most definitely visit here again if I'm ever in the area and need something.

    I love using the grocery pick up service.There is no charge and you can order and get within less than a day (so plan ahead) When your order time has arrived you receive a text and when you check in with the app it GOS tracks you and once you arrive the employee brings right out to your car! Occasionally there are items out and are substituted (at your approval) with an even higher cost version I usually place my order and pic my time the night before and have had excellent success! It's the only way to go

    I placed an order for 2 Tire Online on December 4. Fedex delivered them to the store on December 5. I went to the store and they couldn't locate them. I asked to speak with a manager so that they would authorize me to make an exchange for other tires and they wanted to charge me again for 2 tires and cancel the others... a refund takes 10 days to be reflected... They are irresponsible in the management of online packages received. 1 Start is to much.

    Pinker Blades.   I absolutely hate this store. These blades also suck.   They literally ripped my material instead of cutting.

    I think they could use a few more cashiers- but the prices are better and the staff is genuinely friendly.

    It is misnight, in a huge metro area, and walmart has one checkout lane open. Good planning.

They would not call our doctor for refills but would "without our request" fill prescriptions that had refills and include them in our bag although we specifically stated over the phone 3x I could not take a particular script because it was contraindicated with what I must take. The pharmacist promised to refund $110 rectifying what they did THEN he failed to do so. Additionally their creams clicked out over a month never have the same amount in them or the same consistency. This is the most expensive compounding pharmacy in northwest DFW with the lowest ratings from individual consumers. Go where you are treated honorably and the products are consistent.

The vet's office called in a compounded topical medication, but Chewy would take days, and the other area pharmacies that compound said it'd be a couple days as well. When I called here, the very nice pharmacist told me he could get it for me by the end of the day. He actually called early to tell me it was ready, and I could start medicating my sick kitty that same day. Wonderful! The whole place was so nice and caring. I 100% will come back!

    I visited CVS to purchase sunscreen and unfortunately had a very disappointing customer service…read moreexperience. During my visit, a group of employees spent nearly 10 minutes openly complaining about working conditions and job stress within earshot of customers. Once they realized customers could hear the conversation, they moved it to a back aisle, leaving the self-checkout area unattended. When I needed assistance because a coupon would not scan properly, I had to search the store for help. The employee who eventually assisted me, Taylor (Shift Supervisor), appeared frustrated at having to step away from the conversation to help a customer. Her interaction came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. While everyone can have stressful days, customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. What concerned me most was hearing repeated comments about being unable to handle the stress of the position due to her age and workload. Leadership roles in customer service require professionalism, patience, communication, and the ability to remain composed while assisting customers. Based on this interaction, I believe additional customer service training and leadership development would be beneficial before continuing in a supervisory role. I truly hope management focuses on reinforcing professional communication, customer engagement, and consistent service standards. Employees who are overwhelmed or visibly distressed should be supported appropriately to ensure both staff well-being and a positive customer experience.

Sadly my insurance company has a contract with this poorly run company. I feel like most of the issues are probably corporate but sometimes it is hard to tell. Most recently, I got an email from CVS saying they could not fill a 3 month prescription of my diabetes meds and they would text when it was received. They knew 90 days out I would be needing it filled. But I was patient. 10 days later with no updates, I stopped by the pharmacy they said they were still out. It was on back order, I asked if I could get the generic (BTW I get the name brand free and must pay for the generic), they said no CVS in our area had that either. They said they would let me know when it came in. Fast forward another week. I drop by the drive through this time to pick up something else. However, I also inquire about my diabetes medicine again. Same story everyone is out of everything, she checked a 30 mile radius. I told her I would take the generic I would take whatever even though I would be out of pocket. She then started doing more checking and wen radio silent for 5-10 min. Line of cars backed up behind me and I feel bad for the ones I am making wait for my issue. asuddenly the tech comes to the widow with the name brand bottle in her hand. They had it ALL ALONG! FFS! I am very thankfull that the tech followed up and actually checked the broken system. Most of the time when I have personal interactions with the pharmacist or pharm techs the interaction seems positive. However, the sheer number of issues I have had over the last 10 years with this and other locations is enormous. If I wasn't tied to them through my insurance I would leave. If CVS was an airline there would be a plane going down somewhere every week.
