    Broken towel dispenser
    Frank P.

Walmart has turned into a dump. Several items are locked up, even the cheap items. They don't have tap to pay. The restrooms are disgusting. The towel dispensers are broken. Prices are good but I'd rather buy online. I'll stick with Target.

Typical department store, easy to find everything for agreeable prices. Lots of parking across the outside area. Not too busy during off peak hours.

    Idiot cashier.
    Chris R.

I'll be specific about this, going to this location sucks. Nobody knows anything about the store, everyone pretends they just got hired to work here. I went by to pick up a cable cord, found it by myself, total waste of time. Dropped by to pick up a lamp and television because I just moved to a new apartment, and the cashier was beyond stupid. Waited in line behind some customer who just bumped into me, like actually bumped against my shopping cart and didn't apologize or anything. Waited in line for 30 minutes and I'm not joking, the cashier is slow and rude. So she also told me that I was next in line to the cashier next to her, only problem, she only announced it secretly to the cashier and didn't tell the customer. I had to speak up and tell the customer behind her that I was next in line. I don't work here, the original cashier should have established that I was next in line, it's not some secret. So I yelled at her that she needed to tell the customer and the cashier instead of just telling me I had to wait for the other cashier. I was about to leave the store, this idiot just took the next customer and the other cashier took her next customer while I had to wait standing there telling the cashier that I was next in line. These morons play it off like it's normal behavior, so I took a picture of the cashier who originally screwed up, and she suddenly spoke English and got upset with me. She clearly wasn't going to get my phone, but she tried to. Either way, the cashier sucks, she takes forever to do a simple job designed for teenagers. Also, nobody assists you here, nobody cares about their jobs here. When you buy a lamp you have to go to another area to find the light bulbs for it. Plus the parking lot sucks, people hit your car with their doors. If you complain they don't review the cameras, they don't want to be liable for it. This place is garbage. Shop somewhere else.

Look how thin this aisle is.
    angie k.

This location is a nightmare. I am reviewing based on the clothing department. Everything has been moved into skinny aisles where only one person can go down at a time. All the brands are mixed together and nothing is easy to find. It's so uninviting and cold walking through the clothing and bag section now. Used to be one of my favorite stores and now I can't even consider driving here anymore to try to browse.

    Very festive!

Hadn't been to a Walmart in years but they had unique Grinch merchandise so went. The place is gigantic and in full swing for the holidays. I was astonished at how much holiday related stuff I came home with after paying a fraction of the price expected. Plenty of manpower to keep plenty of cashiers open and employees that happily assist you. This was a very positive experience.

    Artificial flavor- bad
    Kardena P.

They have some healthy food options, gluten free section. But still so much unhealthy food. I bought truffle oil, then got home and read the ingredients. Artificial flavor! Are you kidding me? Such junk! And so many strong cleaning chemicals and can barely breath. Get more natural cleaners. These chemicals cause cancer er. Stop selling them.

I hope this survey reaches tye general manager to enable these undertrained employees to get more training.

Ask the Community - Walmart Supercenter

    Can I park here overnight?

Why would you want to park you're car overnight in a random parking lot?

    Do they accept Apple Pay?

No they do not. There is a Walmart.com app that you can load your card and it works the same as Apple Pay.

Can i take my puppy inside walmart?

Probably not unless service dog but even then, I am sure they wouldn't allow it.

There is a bakery and food court located inside, and they also have an art box where you can find all the cute Korean stationary and knickknacks. They have so much inventory, and much like the other locations they're placed everywhere which can either make your shopping convenient or difficult lol I will say that they have a pretty good premade food section and towards the end of the night when things go on sale, they mark things down at 50% as opposed to other locations where they do the buy one get one free. They keep all of their hot food in a dedicated warming cabinet, and you can commonly find some great cooked, ready to eat fish there. It's also located right in between a Ross and a Marshalls so that might be a bonus if you're prone to browse those stores like I am lol Also, I want to mention that their customer service is always on point when it comes to their cashiers. During my recent visit, I purchased cookies that were deceivingly named Ktown bake shop, and they looked delicious, but once I got them home, I tried one and it was so stale that I had to bring them back, and even though I had opened them when I explained to them that they were near in edible they happily granted my refund. Pro tip: nowadays everything's titled as if it's made in Korea, but, always check. The cookies that I bought were in fact, not made in Korea or a product of Korea, which I believe is why they were so subpar.

As much as I want to buy more items at H Mart, the quality is not good. Most all the kimchi and frozen prepared foods have MSG, corn syrup, caramel color, preservatives, food dye's and more. I go to Trader Joe's or Mother's Market, While Foods or Sprouts and the dumplings, gyoza etc have none of these toxic chemicals. I'm hoping H Mart makes changes and removes the unhealthy ingredients then I will buy more.

I was a little bummed they didn't have Riesling or Moscato (I'm into sweet wines ), but they did have Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. There's also rosé and red, plus a pretty big beer selection on tap . I ordered sushi and a salmon bowl from the Japanese bar , and my girlfriend got the hummus plate . The staff brought my food over so we could still sit and eat together even though we ordered from different counters. Super convenient! The food was about 3.5/5 --not bad, but not amazing either. What really made the visit worth it was the service--five stars all the way . Friendly, fast, and super accommodating. Atmosphere was another win: clean, bright, and relaxing . It wasn't too crowded around 5 PM, and there's a TV if you want to catch a game . Not sure how it is during sports season, but it felt really chill during our visit. Pricing is affordable--most wines by the glass are around $12-$14, which is reasonable for the area. Parking is easy , and it's the perfect spot to catch up with friends. We especially loved that everyone could order separately and still hang out together--no awkward bill-splitting. Plus, you can grab groceries on your way out . Super convenient!

Having been to other Mitsuwa locations, especially the one in Torrance, I found this store to be very cramped and dark by comparison. I also had trouble finding many of the items I normally buy at Mitsuwa--they simply didn't seem to be stocked on the shelves. The prepared foods were another disappointment. The selection didn't seem nearly as appealing or extensive as what I've found at the Torrance location. I ended up picking up a few things, but was surprised to find that they were more expensive than similar items at another Japanese grocery store in the area, which I visited afterward. Overall, I'd choose the Torrance location over Irvine based on this visit. The Irvine store just didn't have the selection, atmosphere, or value I've come to expect from Mitsuwa.

It was confusing and didn't inspire much confidence that anyone knew where the order was or what was going on. I understand stores get busy, but this feels more like a General Management issue than a staffing issue. When operations are consistently backed up and disorganized, that responsibility falls on leadership. A good manager steps in, rolls up their sleeves, and helps get things back on track. If you're ordering delivery or planning a pickup, I'd strongly recommend choosing another Albertsons or a nearby Ralphs instead. This location seems to struggle with basic order management, and unfortunately it shows.
