    Pretty standard with what you would expect of a Walmart as far as service/set up not bad also not stand out (not to generalize, but the Walmart vibe is kind of a distinct vibe IYKYK) - Unfortunately the pick up orders have been inconsistent hit or miss, sometimes wait times are very long (but it is a bigger store in their defense!) I have had missing items, damaged items, moldy fruit sadly, would really love to see some improvements in that department because with a toddler pick up orders can be a god send on harder/hectic days.

    Eggs are still overpriced. Paid $12 for a dozen of extra large eggs. Made two transactions, one at cosmetics and my payment method had no issues. When I went to checkout for my other items, card reader was having issues. I asked cashier if we can override chip to be able to swipe. Cashier said I had no other option and that my card was the issue. I made my first purchase minutes before. I repeated to him if we can override chip. He said no again. My receipt said "if error persist use MSR" which is magnet strip reader....

    The customer service at this location does not adhere to its company policy off their corporate website. Worst customer service by far.

    Customer service not so good. There are always like 2 out of 21 registers open. And it seems that the area is slowly going to poop!

    I just called Walmart Supercenter on 4/30/2019 and spoke to Vicki the operator she told me that Walmart isn't open on Christmas Day and that is the only day this store is closed.

Okay, I could maybe understand that, so I searched for something that I knew they had and it still said it wasn't available. I was hoping to find where things were so I could look for myself but that wasn't apparent. I did find one thing that said it was available in stock but it was not in the location it said. I couldn't even find a team member to ask so I just left. I'll go to the target where I live instead. I know I can find items there.

Their customer service is by far one of the worst I've ever experienced. I purchased a bridal set, which later I wanted to return. I unexpectedly experienced a medical emergency and went in 5 days after the 45 day return policy. I had documentation and all and I asked if I could speak to the owner or manager and the sales associate said no and that unfortunately they don't do returns past the return date. She didn't even try or make my case heard to anyone. I understand if it had been a week or more, but I had a legitimate medical issue and could not make it to return it. They showed no sympathy or compassion to the situation. Horrible experience.

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Ross…read more I purchased a top and a pair of sandals from this store and returned the very next day with my receipt. When I got home after my purchase, I immediately noticed that the stitching on the top was coming undone. Since I hadn't even tried it on, I decided to bring it back the next day. I really liked the sandals and wore them while walking my dog. After less than 10 minutes of use, I noticed the upper portion of the sandal was already separating from the sole because the glue was failing. This happened within a day of purchase and after only a few minutes of wear. It was clearly a product defect, not normal wear and tear. When I returned to the store the next day, the defective top was accepted for return without any issue. However, when it came to the sandals, I was referred to the manager, Chelsea. What upset me the most was not the decision itself, but the way I was treated by the manager. As I tried to explain that the sandals had fallen apart almost immediately due to a defect, Chelsea repeatedly told me, "I can't return it because you wore it." Her tone was rude, dismissive, and increasingly aggressive. Instead of listening to my concerns or considering the fact that the sandals had failed after less than 10 minutes of use, she continued repeating the same statement louder and louder. I felt talked down to rather than helped. The interaction became so uncomfortable that a security guard moved closer during the conversation. As a customer who was simply trying to return a defective item purchased the day before, I found the entire experience embarrassing and unnecessary. What makes this even more frustrating is that Chelsea acknowledged she understood the situation and agreed the sandals had been worn only briefly, yet still insisted there was nothing she could do. That simply did not feel like someone trying to help a customer or find a reasonable solution. A defective product purchased one day earlier should not become the customer's problem. I rarely return merchandise. In fact, I can't remember the last time I returned something. But when a pair of sandals starts falling apart almost immediately after purchase, I believe a retailer should stand behind the products it sells. Instead, I was met with poor customer service, an aggressive attitude, and no effort to resolve a legitimate quality issue. On top of that, this store is often disorganized, overcrowded with merchandise, and difficult to shop in. The shopping experience feels chaotic, and the quality of the merchandise clearly does not justify the lack of customer support. Ironically, this experience has turned me into a loyal shopper at Kohl's. I consistently find better deals, lower prices, higher quality products, and a much more pleasant shopping experience there. With Nordstrom Rack nearby and many other retailers offering better quality and customer service, there is simply no reason for me to continue shopping at Ross. Losing a customer over a defective $30 pair of sandals purchased the day before and treating them this way seems shortsighted. For the poor product quality, lack of customer service, and the rude and aggressive treatment I received from management, I give this store 1 out of 5 stars and will be taking my business elsewhere.
