This is strictly a TIRE CENTER review. I normally refuse to go to this store unless I have to. Which is exactly what happened. Sunday, I was driving around when I suddenly picked up a huge roofing nail with the washer still attached in my tire. It was so bad, that I could hear it hitting the pavement as I drove. It was very late in the day and I knew everywhere would be closing soon. I pulled into Sears (but have had bad experiences there in the past). I was due for tires and knew this going in. Sears was going to charge me $550! I used to pay $600 for my sportscar tires when I had it. Just ridicuous. They tried to tell me no one had cheaper prices than them and even pulled up some random tire on Walmart's web site to show me theirs weren't better priced. I knew something was fishy and left. I got to Walmart 30 minutes before the tire center closed. I was ready to beg them to help me. I had a very nice lady help me and understood that some places try to rip women off. They were all ready to go home, but helped me. I kept apologizing for keeping them late, but they all kept telling me they were there to help. In the end, I got 4 tires for $398. Just need to get it aligned now since they don't do that. read more

The worst Walmart I've ever been to. Employees lounging around they have over 20 cash registers and it's only 3 open. I wouldn't tell anyone to come here. Awful service just allows anyone to skip the line. Plus all of the cashiers look like their over the age of 70 and move like snails. Please hire more people at this ghetto Walmart. read more

This is my least favorite Walmart in the area and despite it being walking distance from my apartment I am happy to drive the distance for the other local Walmarts. The parking lot is a mess, the staff is grumpy, the store seems like they never give it a nice cleaning and there are always people begging in the parking lot for one thing or another. If you can, drive to another location for whatever you might think you need from here. read more

I wanted a Moderna booster since it was just FDA approved and I have been waiting. Walked in to Pharmacy at Kirkman Road Walmart Supercenter. I was told today is their first day giving them. I showed the pharmacy tech my vaccine card and all other information I needed. The pharmacist, named Shasly, said, " Don't worry, we're going to take good care of you". Most racist Walmart in Florida management always have a problem whenever someone white walks in. rude management. Had a coffee And it tasted weird and wanted to see if I can get another one management complained saying I always do this but I don't so I don't know what they're saying I guess every white person looks alike to them all she had to say was no not bring up this random story on how I always do this. I always pay for my drinks I will admit I asked one time after drinking a club soda granted it was only one sip and they said no and I was perfectly fine with it all she had to say was the same thing no. Rude rude rude!! An end cap was labeled with the wrong price so instead of taking care of the customer, the customer service Latonya spoke to me like I was an idiot for not realizing their mistake. I asked if she was going to honor the mistake and she gave me a hard time about it, after about 15 minutes a manager told her to take care of it because it wasn't my fault. There are 30 check outs and three are open. Why is that the case if there are tons of people in line and a bunch of associates walking around? I am in the ten items or less lane and it has taken 20 minutes for 4 people with less than ten items. .... won't be coming back any time soon. read more

This review is for the Walmart Supercenter on South Kirkman Road, Orlando, FL 32811....I'm in this store a lot and I am always met by polite, considerate and genuine staff. I was at the store this past Friday (7/20/18) and I lost my cell phone. I was frantic...my husband was going to kill me because of my ADHD I am always losing things. I walked up to a Staff Member and without hesitation, she pulled out her iPhone so I could use the "find my phone" solution. By this time another staff member came over, was told the situation and walked to lost & found. I was so upset, I couldn't remember my password for my Apple ID. The girl (I begged them to allow me to take a picture of them so that I could give a rave review and the stupid pic was all blurry. However, she was new and I think the name tag in the pic says Julie and I am praying I am right)....Julie was so kind, so considerate and knew all the right things to say to keep me calm. The other girl came walking over with my cell phone in hand. She actually took the time to look for my phone because it wasn't in lost and found. I had told them my entire life was in the phone because I have clients phone numbers in there....They accomplished all of this in about 5 mins tops. The other girls name begins with a D again because of my stupid blurry picture. Can you post pics on here? I want the management at Walmart to see who my superheroes were that day! The next time I go back I am going to look for them, edit this review to make sure their proper names are here. I always love going to Walmart. It is true that at times the lines may be a little excessive but, overrall lots of the prices are steals so it definitely makes up for any lost time now that they have self checkouts I rarely see lines. They have everything you needs mostly 24 hours a day. My go to place if I am not too sure that someone else might have it, or if I need something late night. Wal-Mart almost never fails me this one is by far my favorite. read more

Ordered 3 items for store pick up while visiting USA that I could not purchase in Canada. Only in town for week. Because of my Canadian address I was not able to complete the order on line. When I stopped at the store the shipping/ pick up rep and customer service rep solved my problem by suggesting I purchase a gift card, then use the card to complete the order and bypass the Canadian address issue ( since I was shipping to their store) They walked me thru the process, completed my order. Order arrived 3 days later as scheduled. Great extra effort, much appreciated! read more

It's great if your a college student because it's right down the street and it has lots of parking. This Walmart is always busy during the day the best time is to come late at night since it's open 24 hours. You can also get some produce mark downs at night. Wasn't able to try on clothes because the changing room was only open after 7 am. Went to customer service counter where I was told I could locate a manager to find no one at the counter. Waited a long time for someone To walk right bye me behind the desk in to the back room without so much as a word. Then waited several more minutes for no one to even ask if I needed anything when they walked by & for no one to come out to the guest service counter. Will not return. Hate this Walmart but it's so close to my house that I find myself there a lot. There's always crazy lines and like 3 or 4 registers open out of 25. Yesterday I went to buy white American cheese at the deli and I noticed the cheese cutting machine was disgustingly dirty with yellow cheese presumably. I was shocked when the guy helping me proceeded to use the same nasty machine and then showed me the dirty piece of cheese and asked if it was an okay size! I pointed out how it was dirty and so was the machine and he said not to worry that was just the cheese from before. Ha. Okay so he then used the other machine to finish slicing the cheese but the whole block was stained yellow on one side, just disgusting. read more

I would have to disagree with each and every single negative review on this being that I am a weekly regular to this Walmart. I live 0.4 miles from this Walmart and it is in a pristine location for MetroWest. Not only does it have every single item I could need, prices are unbeatable, staff always says hello and is nice. Some even know me from coming so often. I buy specific food as I eat no flour or sugar and maintain a strict diet and healthy lifestyle. They have every single thing I need including all the foods I used to only be able to buy at Whole Foods and, of course, with a lower more affordable price. They take each and every coupon I bring and I save a million pennies. Yes, lines are long but I deal with it cause this place is the BEST! read more

There is never more than two cashiers working at the same time. Very long lines, and the shopping carts suck! Always understaffed even during holidays. If you must shop here, I suggest waking up very early (4-5) because that's the only time you'll be in and out in a timely manner. read more

I have worked in customer service for over a decade, and am currently a project manager in the customer service industry. My career is made expecting quality service, and I do not tolerate rudeness or poor service from my own employees; and certainly not when I am the recipient of such bad service. Unfortunately, the latter was not my experience today. I rented a RugDoctor from the kiosk they have in customer service without issue. On bringing the machine back today, I lugged the heavy thing all the way to customer service only to see a blank kiosk. I politely asked Ashley, an employee, if the machine was down. She took one cursory glance at it, and said "Must be down", then walked away. I looked at her and asked "Well, what am I supposed to do with this machine?". After all, I know they are not RugDoctor, but as they have the kiosk in their stores, they obviously must be aware of the procedures to follow or know who to contact when it's down. She makes no attempt to advocate for me, instead telling me that either I can return it at another Wal-Mart (which is NOT true), or I can take it back to my car and call RugDoctor myself and explain the situation, and they'll "vouch for me". Knowing that RugDoctor isn't going to magically waive my late fees simply because I claim the machine is down, and knowing that they are the ones contacting RugDoctor, I protested, especially given that I have a bad back and the machine is heavy and difficult to transport. She tells me she'll be back. A Zone Supervisor (whose name I didn't get, luckily for her) comes back and tells me the same thing - I need to call RugDoctor and explain the situation, as that's the only thing they can do either. At this point, I'm frustrated, but I call them. After following the menus, it is very clear that it is the store that should be calling, as the menu for kiosk issues states that the store needs to contact the local district office at the number in their handbook. I leave a voicemail for RugDoctor as there's no option to talk to a rep. A couple walks up to rent one, and I explain that it's down. Moments later, the customer reaches inside the gaps in the machine and fiddles around, and discovers that it is UNPLUGGED, which the CS rep and Supervisor didn't even bother to check. We think problem solved; however, the machine gets stuck while loading. At this point, I've been waiting a half-hour, and have gotten nowhere. I can't find a manager anywhere, so I call the corporate office, who gives me the store manager's name, and promises to forward the information (she was polite). I could not find this store manager, but I did find a CS manager, Angie, and explained the situation to her. I told her we had plugged it in, and that it was stuck at the login screen, and asked if she had a key to get into it, or could contact RugDoctor. She was not listening, apparently assuming that we just needed to give it a moment to boot (it'd been stuck at the same screen for 15 minutes), and left. Another 15 minutes passed, and we realized she wasn't looking into the situation. The other customer finally finds Angie and tells her it is stuck at the main screen, like we had said the first time, and she comes back over, bringing other managers. None of these people know what to do, or who to call. They don't even know if they have a key to the machine or not. The Zone Supervisor comes back, and is rude to me, saying harshly "I told you I was gonna call, didn't you hear that?". This was of course, a lie - she told me to call. But even if she was telling the truth - why hadn't she called yet? It had been 45 minutes. She finally got on the horn to the local RugDoctor location, after I'd been waiting 45 minutes. Then, Angie actually asks the CUSTOMER if he can reach in, unplug the machine, and re-plug it in. Miraculously, this works after five minutes. So, here are the list of failures on behalf of Wal-Mart: *Despite Wal-Mart having the machine in their store and having a business relationship with RugDoctor, they put the onus on ME to fix the situation. Despite the fact that the phone system clearly indicates the store is the one who is supposed to report issues with the machine. *Neither the first employee or supervisor even bothered to check that the machine was plugged in prior to telling me it was down. I had no way of knowing this as the plug wasn't visible. *The Customer Service manager, Angie, actually asked a customer to do her employee's job, asking him to unplug and replug the machine. Not only is this lazy, it puts the company at a liability risk, if the customer was to get hurt (as the plug was buried in a tight space). *The Customer Service manager failed to listen attentively when we explained the situation, and left us without assistance for fifteen minutes. *Nobody showed me any empathy or offered to find a manager to help ensure my problem got resolved. All employees were rude. Terrible, terrible store. read more

Besides from the lack of open registers and questionable customers, this Walmart isn't as bad as it should be. I dare not go here on a Friday or Saturday night, but any other time during the day is okay. Try not making eye contact with the customers, sometimes they scare me. And the employees tend to flirt beyond an HR issue, like I'd be more than frightening if there were no cameras. Okay, on second thought, this place is pretty horrible. read more

Going to Walmart is always a hassle because it is so huge and the lines are lengthy. I went there for 3 items and got on the express lane; and what do I see? Another customer with 40+ items and a wad of coupons. I don't understand why Walmart puts policies in place if they will not enforce them. This one customer completely held up the 12 other people behind her who had 20 items or less. The customer obviously is an ass, but there should be a way to nicely tell these customers to go to another line. It is all about respecting each other and our time. They are doing nothing to dispel the reality that when you go to Walmart you spend more time than needed, and I like to not waste my time. read more

I tried to buy toilet paper and tooth paste when I first moved to orlando there at 11 pm thinking it wouldn't be busy, WRONG! I waited 45 mins to buy two things. Lines are always very long. They've been known to lose/cancel my "site-to-store" orders without telling me. The staff are generally about as useless as a fork served with a bowl of soup. At Christmas time, I had to cut and net my own Christmas tree. Since this is the closest Wal-Mart to me, Amazon.com ends up getting most of my business. I try to stay away from this place. 11/2016 Update: Went back a year later to pick up a couple items. Place was clean. Not a lot of junk in the aisles. I could have sworn I heard an employee say to a customer "Is there something I can help you with?" Could just be a fluke. Maybe I'll give them another chance in the future. read more

Like everyone else has said already, this store is grossly mismanaged and it shows. A new paint job won't cover up the trashy people and the trashy attitudes that work there. The nicest worker I ever met there was actually back in sewing. She actually asked how I was. I was almost shocked. Usually you go and you ask someone a question and the immediate answer is either No or I dont know or I can't do that. I tried to get a local price match one time and showed them the ad on my phone from the best buy in millennia to match a blu ray player. The lady was very rude and said she couldn't look at phones to match prices online. I told her it wasn't online. I go to customer service and they said they can't do it. So I look up their policies and they can so I asked to see a manager. She said yes right away. I go back to electronics to get the discount and the girl still giving me attitude saying she doesn't wanna be the one to get in trouble. Everyone at this store is just rude and too worried about everything but doing their job. It seems like they put the nicest people in the slower areas and the mean nasty people front and center. And they are so ghetto too. Someone needs to enforce a strict dress code at this Walmart. And they also need to patrol the parking lot and stop people from begging for money all the time. It's gotten so bad I've had to call the police now. In case you didn't know in the city of Orlando you have to have a permit to panhandle aka beg for money. Between the people that work there and the people that shop there and the people who slum around the area, this is the worst Walmart in all of central Florida by far. If you can, go to the Ocoee Walmart. Much much nicer. Or turkey lake Walmart. read more
