If I could give this a zero star I would. Today my husband and I went to pick up a grocery order we did on the app. When getting home we realized both chicken packets had a strong spoiled smell as if the chickens were left out to rot. We went back to the store to customer service and employee Debbie wouldn't refund or exchange the chicken because the price from the website and the label weren't matching, just because it was off by 2 cents! Then she told us that she couldn't scan it and to call customer service number while still being at the store. We ended up calling the number and were told that they would refund it but that we could keep the chicken! Like what are we supposed to do with rotten chicken?? Absolutely ridiculous! After this whole ordeal, we decided to just go and buy two new chicken breasts when we got back there the entire chicken rack smelt rotten and there was rotten juices all over pork and actively leaking. read more

Earlier today, the woman in charge of opening the locked doors for brake lights stared at me for a solid minute and made me very uncomfortable. I told her that I needed a certain light (because that's what I thought she was waiting for so she could grab it for me) and then had me grab it, so I'm also confused. Very uncomfortable experience. Also, the pick up order procedure is very fucked and took almost 30 minutes to get a hold of someone to pick up ONE CUP!! I made a purchase online from Walmart in the amount of $39.45 for three items. Walmart charged me before shipping any of the items. Walmart shipped one of three items, and never shipped the other two items because they are out of stock or discontinued (although their website stated they were in stock when I ordered them). I have contacted Walmart hundreds of times to get the money owed me - $23.26 - and they refused for whatever reason. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and Walmart stated unless I withdraw the complaint from the credit card company, they are not going to give me my money back. So I had to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. I am also going to file a complaint for elder discrimination. This company is despicable. read more

I'm doing my morning shopping when I nearly get run right into by some short bald employee who is more concerned with yelling at people on his walkie talkie than being respectful to shoppers. If that's how Walmart lets their managers talk to their employees in front of customers I can only imagine how ridiculous it is for the workers when shoppers aren't there. the aquafina water bottles that they sell at this location are really good deal. I buy this type of water bottle pretty much every single day. My family absolutely loves it! And I always buy the water bottles at this location because they have really good deals and really good specials and really good pricing when it comes to these water bottles so it makes it really easy for me and my family to purchase them in bulk I love the Doritos they have at this location as well. They have a lot of flavors I have not seen in other stores. The only thing that I really do not like about this location is the chili. They do have cans of chili but it seems like the selection is super super small. I wish they had a more flavorful and more bountiful collection of Chili's so me and my family were able to purchase those as well I bought this really cool backpack there so I'm super happy about that read more

I guess unlike most of my fellow Yelp'ers, I really don't have any qualms with this Walmart Supercenter. The store is always clean. They don't change up the location of everything I need on a regular basis. Their prices are typical Walmart. Now... IF you need to seek assistance from an employee at Walmart, I would guess this is where things aren't going to work out in your favor. Thankfully, I don't. That is, I tend not to seek out the assistance of Walmart employees. It's not going to end well. I either order what I want online from walmart.com and pick it up at the store (bypassing the need for any employee) or I go to the local store, purchase my regular items, check out and get out. I think if you stick to those two philosophies when you utilize Walmart during your everyday life, things will go much better for you. If you walk in there, looking for some obscure item, seek out assistance from an employee and then are terribly disappointed with the outcome - you can't possibly be blown away by that, are you? The pimple-faced high school sophomore who's clearly more worried about their biology homework isn't going to be concerned that you're looking for a particular flavor of Ocean Spray cranberry juice you remember drinking while on vacation in Tahiti. I think if you set your expectations fairly low (because after all, it is Walmart), then I don't think you'll have a miserable shopping experience. Run in, buy your toilet paper and get out. This is the Walmart that we go to often as it's the closest to our house. The hubs and I decided to come here for some pre Black Friday shopping. There was plenty of security in case anything got crazy and it was actually pretty organized in the fact that there were areas blocked off or directing traffic in a sense. We knew what we were looking for so we graded straight to the electronics in the back. We needed a tv stand that would fit our new tv and found there was really only one cute tv stand that fit up to 70in in stock. Thankfully they had the last 1 in stock and we said we will take it. They also had a Vizio sound bar for $99 that was the same price as Best Buy so we grabbed The box was huge one of them too. We had to wait for someone to help us load it and checkout. Despite being how crazy busy they were we had someone helping us load within minutes. We headed to checkout which was organized and quick and we were out. 2 guys helped my husband load the stand into the back of our truck and everyone was so nice! Again, this is the Walmart I usually go to because it's closest but I definitely appreciate them being staffed adequately and everyone being friendly. The only thing is I wish this location was open 24 hours. read more

Don't do Walmart pickup. It took 16 mins for employees to bring out the groceries. We literally checked in at 7:19pm and got our items at 7:36pm. I don't blame the people bringing out the groceries, they're very friendly, but something's not right in the management. We go in-store shopping too, so it's not like we are just depending on Walmart pickup, but I have never seen it this bad. And today was actually better than most times we go. It was never this bad in the past. Walmart, don't offer it if people are going to wait this long. We've complained in the past hoping things might improve, but it just hasn't. I stopped in this location today hoping to find an item my daughters been wanting for Christmas that I've not been able to find at other locations. It was pretty busy and the parking lot was nearly full. I was happy to find one of only two of the item I was looking for left. The store was pretty decent although had quite a few areas throughout the store with buckets just sitting in the middle of aisles. Kind of looked like maybe the ceiling was leaking from the rain, but couldn't even tell. There were no signs near them to tell you to watch out and someone almost tripped over one. I checked out at the garden center since I had only a few items and the cashier was ok. She did say hello, but that was about it. On another note, I do hope that their customers drive a car better than they push a shopping cart. This Walmart is very close to me so it's a very convenient location to travel to. It's very clean and well organized compared to other Walmart locations I've visited, which is great! Unfortunately many of their employees speak little or no English and are incapable of assisting customers. I looked throughout the store for an ash tray and was not able to find one, so I asked for help. One female employee was mostly unhelpful and incapable of communicating where exactly the ash trays were located, so I tried asking another. The next female employee thought I was asking for "x rays" when I very clearly said "ash trays". Very strange experience. So while the store is fairly well kept you'll have to find the products yourself without employee assistance. read more

Waiting to get an oil change and they said its going to be a couple of hours so I'm walking around the store and undercover keep following me . First of all I can buy anything I wanted to in this store with no problem . I didn't know that I had to set in the auto center the whole time I was in the store ! It wasn't even one undercover it was four paired in sets of two undercover that kept passing me . But aside from that, I personally always have great experiences, the greeters at the front are always very friendly and professional. And Alex from the auto center is super nice and definitely went above and beyond when assisting me to find new tires for my Chrysler. This store HAS GONE DOWNHILL. They give you only 10 minutes before your pickup time to accept the substituions. Then they charge you a higher price for the substutions. To make things worse the app changed the pickup location to different location. For a company being the biggest retailer, they do a sh*tty job of taking care of the customer read more

What's not like about shopping at Walmart other than The two same people that stop me every time or almost every time I go there and check my receipt. I find it very offensive I find it very insulting almost to the point where I don't even want to go to the store anymore and they rush you out at closing time but they sit there and they want to stop you at the door and check your receipt I mean they check me about five or six or seven times they could figure out I'm not a thief by now so I'm not going to stop anymore I didn't stop tonight f them. So many things are horrible about this Walmart. Let's start with today. I went with my 60 year old mother and a young lady rammed her cart into my mom. Then began to scream at my mom that she needs to watch where she is going and that my mom bumped her cart. The woman had two children in the cart. Sitting there screaming in the middle of Walmart, sweating in front of her children while they sat there horrified. How about you get some common human decency and when you hit someone with your cart, apologize. Teach your kids go have manners and be respectful. Another event that happened. I did the Walmart pickup, waited for 45 minutes. Finally had to wave someone down and they lost my order and I would have to wait another hour. I would say worlds worst Walmart, but I would guess they are all just as bad. Waited in line at customer service to return a baby onesie for 20 minutes and then was told I could not return it yet because of covid-19. Which is fine but maybe post a sign in the line so I don't have to waste my time waiting. When asked she said the sign was posted on the front door, which again is fine but why not one in the line for anyone that missed it. Now we get to the best part of the trip. Found a game in electronics that was marked lower on their site and the woman with ZERO people skills with an attitude problem that works in that department and toys was trying to find any way to not sell it to me for that price. Then I asked the cashier ( a different woman) if I could check out the couple of non perishable food items I had. She said yes so I set them down on the counter. Then that the other woman that I dealt with on the price change came back over and said I couldn't check out my other items there because of covid-19 and they don't have the ability to clean their counters back in electronics. After I told her I already asked before I set anything down and was told it was ok she then proceeds to lecture me on their policies. When I asked why there was no sign at the register explaining this so this all could have been avoided she just turned and walked away. She is a horrible employee and this wasn't the first time I have had problems with her. I get things are weird in the world right now but it doesn't give anyone the right to treat anyone with such disrespect. This experience has insured I will no long shop at Walmart. read more

I also save a lot of time, because I don't have to drive to the store and do my own shopping. I make a list of things I need and stick to it. A great way to shop!! read more

So, Walmart is Walmart. But, I'll run through the pros and cons of this one. Pro's: relatively clean, average customers (haven't seen anyone that makes me grab my daughter and walk around with a can of green beans for protection Yay!) decent self checkout options, McD's and average or less wait times. Another big bonus is their butchers have some cuts that are hard to find in other places pre-packaged (small cut beef cubes for carne etc). Con's: a lot of basic stuff seems to continuously be out of stock on the grocery side, parking is always a nightmare, customer service outside of electronics or checkout is non existent. The worst, and I mean the worst, is that if you want semi fresh salsa (as in it doesn't come in a glass jar) they only offer the Walmart brand. 1 brand of salsa. That. Is. Insane. Not a bad option if you need a close-by Walmart but I do end up preferring to do grocery shopping elsewhere. read more

Customer Service couldn't be more lacking, and I dealt with several individuals all the way up to manager. And oh, by the way, don't EVER use their monygram service. They have no idea how it works or how to process transactions. Take my advice and stick with Western Union or ANY other service out there. Save yourself the aggravation. The most disappointing aspect of the whole Wal-Mart experience is that none of them care anything about the customer or the job they're doing. . . Because right behind you, as you storm out the door, is another one just like you. They seem to have no shortage of customers, so nothing will ever change. Walmart continues to have customer service issues. It is apparent that the majority of the employees hate their jobs. They don't have much enthusiasm or try to help struggling customers. No matter what time of day it is, there is never enough registers open. The wait time to check out is really long. Most department don't have employees there to help customers and you always have to scavenge to find them. The prices are great and you can always find what you want. Never seen a stock out of an item I was looking for. They have good store hours. Bring open until midnight is really helpful. Parking can be crazy sometimes. There are a lot of people walking to and from the parking lot as well as walking in the parking lot, between the cars and such. Be prepared to walk a fair distance because it's unlikely you will get a front row spot. They have good prices and stock but their customer service continues to be an issue. Only come here if there is something you can't get anywhere else. read more

The store itself is fine, but the tire center has some major issues. They are always super slow, understaffed, and not the nicest when it comes to cutsumer service. I was just in there because my battery died, after waiting 3 1/2 hours I was informed that they didn't have my battery or even a better battery for me. I had to then wait for the guy to call other stores to see if they had my battery in stock. After one was found he told finally told one of the guys to put my old battery back in my van. Why they took it out before having the new battery in hand I have no idea. They had to jump it so that I could make it to the other store which had about a 3 hour wait too. At least that store checked to see if my battery was in stock before taking my keys. read more
