I can not describe how uncomfortable I felt walking into the hair care isle to find ALL and ONLY the black hair care products in a locked case. I have never stolen before, yet I'm expected to wait for someone to get my products, meanwhile other customers can grab what they want. I do not care what the reasoning is, lock all hair care products up, or do not lock any. That was my last time in this store. Before this, I actually liked coming to this location. read more

The grocery section is huge, with some healthy/organic items amongst the GMO crap. It seems like they bought out Fresh N Easy's old inventory, as there are several organic items from there sprinkled in the dry goods aisles. What I dislike the most is that, when I arrive for their 6am opening time, all of the employees have already hogged up the spaces up front. It's not located in the safest neighborhood, so I'd appreciate it if they created safer conditions while it's still dark out. Also, many times they need to open more checkstands (7+ customers waiting per line), but they don't. read more

I like this store because they have a great selection but the dressing rooms were incredibly dirty. I was really surprised because the rest of the store looks pretty good. The dressing room floors were covered with dirt, hair and dust that had obviously been there a very long time. Pretty gross. I will wash these clothes the minute I get home for sure! read more

Beautiful new store. Produce and grocery prices were competitive. Cashiers and greeters were friendly. It was packed! And salesfloor employees were hard to find but they offer maps when you come in. Hopefully the management can keep this store nice read more

I went to the Perris, CA walmart today. I cringe when I have to go there but there is no other big stores within 10 miles of my home. But as I had to go to Perris anyway.. Horrible, horrible experience! NO ONE answers the call buttons! The liquor is all locked up but after waiting 15 MINUTES I gave up and went on with my shopping. Went to get some fish from the pet dept and call button DOES NOT WORK THERE EITHER. Another 10 minutes waiting for NO ONE to show up. Then walking around the department in a widening circle finally saw a clerk in Automotive that said he was too busy with a current customer to call someone for me. I sent my kid to hunt someone down for the fish and I went on shopping. She showed up 20 minutes later with the fish, saying she had to send A FRIEND to corner/trap a clerk to get the fish for her. I finished my shopping and went to checkout. Then found out THE FISH CLERK DID NOT PUT A QUANTITY OR CHARGE CODE ON THE FISH BAG creating many groans from the people behind me in the 20 or less line. Clerk called over the manager Enriquez and he said there were 40 fish in the bag. I said looked more like 30 to me, and definitely not 40. He insisted it was 40, I told him "take them back, I don't want them." FINAL STRAW: as I got to my car and was looking at my receipt I notice a $2.92 charge for a single can of GV AIR COTFR 007874203453. I did NOT BUY a single can of the air freshener, I bought a double package, and that double package was line item charged right on the next item. The register had SCANNED THE DOUBLE PACKAGE BAR CODE AND THE SINGLE PRICE BAR CODE ON THE SAME PACKAGE! Pretty good deal for WALMART, Eh? So, let's see.. All in the same trip.. I was IGNORED REPEATEDLY BY DEPARTMENT STAFF, INCOMPETENTLY SERVED, LIED TO AND CHEATED, by multiple staff, INCLUDING THE MANAGER. This is not even a unique experience to me at this store. I am so happy Perris finally opened up a Super WalMart. The new store is very nice, well organized and clean. The shelves are always stocked, unlike the old WalMart. However there are a few employees in the Customer Service Department that really need a personality check. Most of them are usually standing around looking lost. If it wasn't for those few employees, I would have given 5 stars. Overall, this WalMart is much better than the old one. I hope the Management can keep this store looking nice. read more

I have very bad experiences shopping at this Walmart. Very very bad customer service .these associate make Walmart look bad !!! I shop last night an associate by the name Desiree in cosmetics dept told me their are no key to get in the perfume cage cause one of the associate took it home. I didn't give up I ask another associate is it true a stores only have one key to get in the perfume cage . The associate name Eloise said yeah maybe is true and she walk off from me . I still didn't give up so I found associate Teresa at the fitting room she walk me to assistance magmt . I ask the manager she said I have the key , so she hand the key to Teresa and I finally got what I want . Lots of employees at this place are terrible , only a few that are very helpful. I appreciate Teresa very much for helping me . The stores upper management need to do more training on these associate. I am giving this location 4 stars because I shop here a few times a week. This location is clean, not too packed, but I do have a problem. Just another typical half ass run Walmart. Use to shop at the Hemet Super Center and got fed up with the piss poor service there, so we thought we would give the Perris store a try. The service was pretty good when they first opened that store, but now it has gone to Hell big time. Can't buy frozen food in this store because it unthaws before you get out of the store. Was shopping there today, 35 customers in line and only 2 registers open. I guess we will be going back to Winn Co where the service is better. read more

Sad but true that having lots of new stores in our city i rather drive a few miles down to a different city to do my shopping due to all those stupid locks on some of the products and a terrible service at the time that a customer needs help. I just walk out of this store very disappointed after i spend nearly 30 min at the bikes department pressing the red button for assistance and no one showed up two workers pass by and i ask for help they reply with an ill be right with you sr. And never comeback i grab my cell and call the store and the lady on the phone was super rude when i was explaining my concerns and she reply with an ok sr now that you tell me your situation what do you want me to do ?? I was like ok !! don't do nothing just get one of you workers and send him over to assist me and she hang the phone on my without a word like nothing happen i understand that if you press the red button there not going to be there at the moment you press it but at least 5 to 10 but not 30 or until i call the store read more

Worst lines ever I've been to this Walmart 3 different times now every time there are ridiculously long lines. They have more associates working returns but won't open more registers. Each time you practically wait an extra 30 min just to get your stuff. I've even come later expecting an emptier store nope just as crowded and just as long with the lines. Workers ignore you as well. Awful, needs better management obviously. read more

I wish I would've got her name but the cashier we got tonight was so awesome! My daughter was having her episode today and like always we were getting dirty looks and stares like no other. The cashier noticed I was overwhelmed and she tells me "it's ok mom just breathe". I began to tell her how my daughter has autism and doesn't deal well being around a lot of people at times and the stares don't help. She then tells me "You guys are doing an amazing job. Don't worry about what others have to say nor do they need to know why she is throwing a tantrum, she's a child." I usually have my guard up with cashiers when my daughter acts like that because they normally just want to hurry up and rush me out the store. She didn't though, she had awesome customer service and attitude! If you see this, thank you because your words really made us feel comfortable and welcomed. read more

I try to avoid going to WalMart unless absolutely necessary. I live directly between the Temecula and the Perris Walmart so I figure I would try out the new one in Perris. BIG MISTAKE. First off parking is a pain in the butt. I finally found a spot but there were carts in front of the spot. A nice gentleman who seemed to be a cart pusher offered to move them for me. I walked into the store and ther were only 4 dry carts. I had my daughter so i didnt want to sit her in a wet cart. I put her in 3 different carts until I gave up. None of them would move! They must have been broken. So i walked through the store holding my daughter until i could find a stranded cart. Once i found my cart i made my way through the store. I could not believe the employees here. I dont know how many times i was cut off and one almost ran me over with a cart. The only nice employee I encountered was the cashier who helped me at the cosmetics counter. ALL of the lines were backed up. I would suggest having more registers open durimg busy hours. New store same old problems. The bathrooms smelled like cigarette smoke and the employee's use the family restroom which are not designated for them. If I could give this store a ZERO I would! Worst customer service I've ever seen by the department lead. This was the first time in a long time I have shopped at Wal-Mart and first time in this store. I went in to pick up an order that was cancelled with no notice, then told to wait up to 2 weeks for my refund, that's ridiculous. I asked her what the policy was for cancellations and she said a phone call, then, without looking at my order states they called me twice, well how the hell does she know, she hadn't even asked me for my name. I begin to tell her that she's claiming I received two phone calls without even asking me my name and she started studdering and telling me that there was nothing she could do. Well why the hell are you in charge if you can't properly assist a customer? While this was going on, there was another couple picking up an order whete the box was missing an entire piece and all smashed up, the couple questioned the contents inside and they were told not to worry, everuthing inside was fine, it was just the box that was bad.....right! When the customer asked for a replacement, they told her no, she asked for a manager and was also given the same treatment I was given. Nobody there seemed to give a crap about anything. I then tried calling the store to inform the store manager and when I was asked the reason for my call, they refused to get the manager, told me to call 1800walmart. This store has no customer service. Nobody can help you for anything. Staff and associates are too unfriendly and approachable for help.

Their McDonald's employees are very rude and its happen every time I go there. I eventually called corporate of McDonald's and they told me I can just stop going there. Nothing else I could about it. I'm part of the PTO at Sierra Vista Elementary we have been shopping at Walmart for over 7 years for supplies for the school. We went into Walmart 3 weeks ago to request folders, crayons, spiral notebooks college rule, lined paper. We spoke with Don the manager and he assured us he would pass it along to be ordered. We went to Walmart 8/1 to pick up and pay for out order. To our surprise/disappointment we were forgot about. We use these supplies for our students because we know not every child gets school supplies, and our teachers try to help out of their own pocket. When we talked to Don he threw his hands up and told us we could go dig through the school supply isles and get it. We spoke to another manager about a discount we are always given being that it's for the school, he then told us to go to office max, staples or somewhere else, then he said he couldn't sell us large quantities they are for the customers. I'm sorry but who are we??? So frustrated thinking about all the money we spend and trying to shop local to support our community. Shame on the management at this store. I am mad about my trip today at Walmart. I was strolling through the aisles and stopped at the pharmacy section, where all the vitamins are. I was looking at some vitamins when I noticed a worker came behind me. She was opening the glass compartments, but she lifted the door up and the glass door fell. It shattered all over the floors. The glass got caught in my hair and on my legs. She only looked at me and told me to "move out the way." No apology or even asked if any of the customers around were okay. read more

Let me start off by saying I'm not the type of person to leave a review, this actually might be my first one if I'm not mistaken but the customer service is so horrible I just had to! First off I made an online purchase order for some breast milk storage bags which walmart.com stated would be available for pickup today at my nearest location, within 30 minutes of that I get an email that there was a delay and it would now take 3-5 days for it to be ready for pickup. So I didn't want to wait and decided to just request a cancellation and go into the store and see what they had on the shelf. I GET TO THE STORE AND RIGHT THERE ON THEIR SHELF IS THE SAME PRODUCT THAT I HAD ORDERED THAT HAD BEEN "DELAYED" ( how pathetic obviously someones not doing their job ) but anyways I grab what I had came for also picked up a jug of apple juice and one orange. I head to the checkouts and proceed to wait in a line longer than the ones the animals had to wait to get onto Noahs ark but I stood patiently. When I finally arrive to the cashier I give her my stuff and it amounts to $7.90 something, I give her a 20 bill and she tells me to give her one second because she doesn't have any change in her register and she left. I stood there confused as to why a register would even be open if there was no money in it but whatever I wait for what seemed to be 5 minutes. She eventually comes back and asks me to step to the side and wait for someone else to come help me so that she can help the rest of the guest in her line. So i step to the side and patiently wait. After about 10 minutes of me waiting I begin to get a bit frustrated as if I don't have better things to do but wait for someone to bring me my $12 change and I ask if I can just get my money back because I'm tired of waiting. Finally some lady comes and takes me to her register and after clearing up some confusion gives me my $12 change. The absolute worst experience I've ever had at Walmart, I will not be returning ever, I'd rather take the drive to a Target. At least their orange was good and for that you guys get 1 star. read more

I try to avoid shopping at Walmart for obvious reasons but it is thanksgiving and target is closed. So I just needed some large Hanes undershirts and the shelf is completely empty except for a couple 2xl. I ask an employee if she can check inventory and she started making excuses that she couldn't leave the desk and her scanner is low on battery. Either way I bring her the 2xl just to have an idea if there's more inventory which happened to show 15 on hand but only had 2 on the shelf. I know it's not the size I needed but if there's 15 and only 2 on the shelf I can only assume there are some available in the back. I gave them a shelf scanner for the correct size and it wouldn't scan, they just gave me a lame excuse that it's probably discontinued or seasonal! It's a Hanes crew neck!!! I have lived in Perris for over 18 years and have been shopping here for all that time. The old store was trash and very dirty but it's the only thing here. I do not see the sense of pride from employees at this store that I see at other stores. Moving to new location and making a bigger store just moved the problem lack of motivation from employees and bad management lack of security to help with the theft. I get tired of going in store only to find shelves empty and lack of employees willing to check on items for you. It's not even worth going there when I have to drive to Moreno Valley to get items I need . Wasting my time stopping here. Think I'll just head to Menifee instead it's alot nicer store. read more
