My BF and I came here in the middle of the night on a whim to grab some stuff we needed for my house move. We asked for help in the electronics area, and the employee was super nice. He went out of his way to look in the inventory to see if they had what we wanted since it was sold out on the shelf, then he walked us over to automotive where other options were available. Every single thing is locked behind a cabinet including $1 makeup remover wipes. You can't find anyone to help you get to anything locked. After spending a considerable amount of time getting everything we needed, we went to checkout. Self checkout only at this location with few employees to assist at self checkouts and not all lanes were even open. The line on both sides of the store were nearly to the back of the store. Probably gonna spend almost an hour just waiting to check out. Left our entire cart full and left and got everything at target in 1/2 the time. Never returning here. read more

This place is an absolute nightmare. I ordered a Waterpik water flosser For curbside pick up... Upon arrival to the Walmart, I was unable to find the curbside pick up for at least 45 minutes of circling around the parking lot. Any other store I've gone to, the curbside pick up spaces are in front of the store. These however or on the north side of the building... The app gives you know detail of where the spaces are. Finally, after finding an associate who was outside on their break, I asked them where I need to go. That gentleman was nice and he politely pointed me in the right direction. He mentioned that there are some doors that I can enter on that side of the building, which I could not find initially. As I was walking to the front of the store, my app suddenly told me that my item has already been picked up and to have a good day. Mind you. I had already tried calling three times to the curbside pick up location which is option three on the phone when calling. NOONE Picked up the fucking phone. By the time I got to customer service I was pretty well heated. The poor girl that was behind the customer service counter got an earful from me and I am one who swears a lot. I don't give a flying fuck if they care or not. Luckily, she was extremely professional and understood my frustration and took me into the right direction. Oh yeah mind you, I've already been at Walmart for an hour and a half before I was able to get my shit. Under no circumstances should you come to this store if you care about your health during the pandemic. Almost none of the employees at check out were wearing their masks properly. They were wearing them on their chins with their noses exposed. Countless customers didn't even have their masks on and had their full faces exposed. The woman checking us out even sneezed without her mask covering her face. I haven't been this scared in a store since March. Self check out was completely packed with customers not staying 6 feet apart or wearing their masks. I witnessed multiple customers putting their masks up when entering the store to get in and then immediately taking them off or pulling them down to their chins with mouth and nose uncovered. The store is not secure for customers. Workers are not helping people in store if the violence happens on premises. They just watch and laugh. It happened today and I was terribly disappointed how they handled the situation. One person under the drug or drank violently started to shout to another person right a front of the customer service desk and three men associates laughed and didn't respond to the situation that could finish really bad. The store is filthy the staff minus maybe two employees are rude and when you clearly purchase the items in the only check out they have which is self check out. They have people accusing you of stealing. My wife went and some reason the scanner stopped and asked for associate assistance, we waited a while until my wife finally got annoyed and asked the employee who was chatting around for help, she seemed bothered that we needed help. She said we did not scan something to which my wife said we scanned everything count the items and the items on the list she pulls up the camera shot and it said item may not have scanned but was clearly on the screen with the correct amount. My wife is a Manager at another large chain store so she is quick when scanning. The employee said "you cant steal from us your on camera" My wife said no one stole anything you need to apologize for accusing us. The employee refused and quickly walked away. My wife said no mam, your not getting away with that mistreatment and false claims of wrong doing, the lady came back and deleted the whole transaction making us have to rescan. We spoke to a store supervisor who was very nonchalant about the situation and shrugged it off, We called 800 Walmart and still have not been contacted back its been over a month. And to add insult to injury when we where leaving all items in a bag we where stopped at the front door by two employees who stood blocking our way demanding we give them a receipt. I said no my items are bagged and paid for you don't have a right to detain me. I also stated this is false imprisonment and I would call the police. The police didn't come fast so the employees moved out of the way and let us go. Tear this thing down and salt the earth. It's that bad. People tend to exaggerate when writing Yelp reviews. I want you to understand that this is not one of those reviews. This Walmart is AWFUL. And this is coming from someone who loves the simple pleasure of going to Walmart. Everything you love about Walmart is conspicuously absent from this location. The parking spots are small and hard to come by. The shelves aren't well-stocked. The aisles are small. The staff isn't helpful, and is sometimes downright hostile. One time my wife and I went to pick up a special order and the woman at the counter was so mad that we were bothering her that I thought she was going to take a swing at one of us. And everything is dirty. So dirty. The parking lot is sticky. Like someone is out there hosing it down with Pepsi after-hours. They expanded it a few years ago, and rather than helping, it just added more store to hate. They need to tear it down, and start fresh in a new location, with a new staff. Try the Auburn location. I called this store to see if they had an item in stock, I was connected with a representative fairly quickly and I asked about this particular item. They immediately put me on hold, which I thought was fine even though I'm sure any employee has the ability to look up what items are in stock. In any case, I waited for 15 minutes on hold only to hear the phone be picked up, employees murmuring to each other as I asked "Hello?" and then they hung up! I usually like this Walmart, it's decent, prices are rock bottom.. but ! On MLK day I went in to get my gallon water bottles refilled at their H2O refill station. I saw that they use 5 step filtering system, including UV light. The first thing that I saw was calcium deposits on the side of the machine, and this should have been a warning for me. Filtered water shouldn't have any white deposits anywhere. The machine filled my bottles at a ...g...l...a...c...i...e..r... pace (if only it tasted like one), probably 10 min total to refill them.. When I got home and tasted the water? It tasted just like tap water! Why did I pay for tap water and waste time in the process? Not sure.. but don't refill your water here. The employees are rude, lazy and will not help you. while shopping recently, a violent fight broke out in the store between a customer and a freaking employee! Punches were thrown and one threw a beer can and hit the other in the face. Security was called but only spent a few seconds to break up the fight. When they left, the fight proceeded to continue outside. I was mere feet away from what occurred. I reported incident to their corporate office and got a fake email response. This location is a hot mess and the most unsafe. If you value good customer service, pleasant employees or a safe place to shop STAY AWAY. I came to Yelp, extremely frustrated, wanting to add a scathing review. Then reading everything else here, I realized that I might not be adding much. But I am still pretty frustrated, so, here goes. A dashcam was listed as on-sale. I went there at about 7 am. There were quite a few stocking associates, and I figured that this should be quick. Turns out I was SO wrong. First associate sent me to electronics. Second one sent me to automotive. Third one said "one aisle down". All three of them had an attitude worse than the other. Eventually, almost an hour later, I took a deep sigh and left the store. This is the worst Walmart ever!! They treat all of their customers like shoplifters. Training is necessary for this location to be able to separate customers from shoplifters. The belittling, disrespect and humiliation is awful. Staff stay at the door with police standing by to check your bags as you leave. One of there staff guys searched my bags of groceries over and over again, stating he didn't see one of my items on my receipt, while people looking at me, wondering what I stole. I watched this same staff person harass people of color holding them up like thief's. I am waiting to see if there will be a class action law suit against Walmart for treating their customers like shoplifters. If enough people get together we can do a class action law suit against Wally World.! I have a hard time believing that they should allow their staff to harass you after done shopping, checking and looking through all your bags leaving you feeling frustrated and disrespected. This Walmart is the worst one that I've ever been to. I worked here for a few weeks in the management was disrespectful and had an attitude problem. The personality is sweet, but the front and manager is completely rude. Even when she was hanging out with her friend, she pretended like she was better than them, it's disgusting that she is capable of what she is and no one has a problem with it. On the first day of me working there I was warned about her but I didn't believe it because I don't see how someone can be like that but now I feel like a fool for trusting her. The reason why I quit was primarily because of her. I did not want to have her around me let alone as my boss. The place is completely gross in the system has so many problems at Walmart. I had lots of people not knowing about the bag policy. How do you have to pay $1.08 for one bag and they would want to talk to the manager. I know this is not up to this Walmart to proceed with that or not as it's a ruins, Washington state for Walmart's, but even just the way they were in customer service as a joke.
