    The man that aggressively assaulted me

    I was assaulted by an employee at this location today December 8, 2024 as I'm trying to leave I was given my money back and some chump change for the " inconvenience " the worker threw my items as he counted them 1 by 1 and aggressively was rocking my cart up with my 2 year old child in the cart The managers handled it well from what I saw... The trauma behind this Will I be aggressively treated like this every time I shop at Walmart I feel like the money back and the extra 20 in a gift card Mind you I paid 30 cash and got it back on a gift card? I feel like this isn't enough for what that man put me, my 2 year old daughter and my 8 year old daughter through I'm not sure if I can proceed forward can anybody give me advice ?

    First time visiting this Walmart location and was absolutely appalled by the lack of attention and laziness portrayed by the employees! Wanted to get a screen protector and case for an iPhone and asked a woman if she could help. All she said was that she didn't have a key to open the locked shelf and went back to playing around on her phone! Lazy employee, ever! Why even get a job if you don't want to work!?! Worst customer service ever!!! Couldn't find anyone else near the Electronics to ask for help. I don't know what kind of management this place has, but simply the worst!!! Guess the McDonalds changed course inside since now there's a Charleys...

    The plain cake I received

    If I could leave a 0 I would. I'm immensely disappointed in my cake. Last Saturday, I spoke with a woman at the bakery in regards to a custom cake for my 21st birthday. I showed her an inspo pic, but I informed her the extra decorations (glitter cherries, ribbons) I would do at home myself. She took a picture on her own phone of my inspo, and told me we could get some similar pink colors and I was ecstatic! You can only imagine the sheer displeasure when I opened the box and it was a plain iced cake and THE NUMBERS AREN'T EVENT CENTERED. I left crying and this review isn't worded the best but I am so utterly upset I had to leave a review immediately.

    Customer service center closes at 7pm but really 630pm and they just don't tell you or state it online.

    No customer service. They really don't have a clue. I though I wrote enough to communicate the point but no. This Walmart should be avoided

    Do not understand why they have a number listed when they do not answer the phone. Called several time they will answer and hang up.

Plus, there has been once when I called in a prescription (two days in advance) and when I went in to pick it up, all I get is a blank look and the person telling me, "We never received a phone call to get that prescription refilled." Bullshit. I always call in my prescriptions at least 2 days in advance. Sometimes 3 when they need a doctor's authorization. I told the person that I need it right now. I'm not leaving without it. Today, I picked up 2 prescriptions. I complained, once again about the recorded messages. I've called in twice before complaining about this. But apparently, they don't listen. So, when I told the lady this, all I get as an answer is, "well, we don't have any control over that". Once again, I call bullshit. So, because of this, I plan on taking my business elsewhere. Then I won't have to deal with ineptness and the constant recorded message about picking up my prescriptions every day.

This was who I needed so I asked my question about a medication availability. She said they didn't have the liquid. I asked about tablets. She told me I needed to wait for her to give someone a vaccination. Ok, I get it, this live guy is waiting for his vaccine and I'm just a hospice nurse trying to find a med close by for a dying patient urgently. Could the other lady look for the tablets? Nope.

Ever since Dan and the young asian guy started working there the pharmacy has been horrible. First, they once gave me someone else's medication but thankfully I caught it in time. When I returned it, they treated me like I was bothering them. They didn't say thanks for driving out of my way to return it. Second, many times they will tell me a prescription is ready to pickup and when I go there it isn't ready at all. Third, they refuse to transfer prescriptions. All of the other pharmacies will transfer prescriptions, except this one because this branch decided to make up this new policy that no other Bartells follows. Dan told me to go to all of my doctors and get new prescriptions sent instead. I've called them multiple times for various reasons and every time they act like I'm disrupting them. Dan has a flat monotone voice and gives one word answers. He never tries to help me, he just pushes me off to another Bartells. The guys who answer the phone are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. When I brought up these issues to Dan about him being impolite and not doing his job, he instead called me rude. I've worked in customer service and I would never treat customers the way he does. I have to deal with this location because it's the closest one that my insurance takes but I would change immediately if Walgreens opened near me. I think this whole pharmacy needs an overhaul. Every single experience is bad and the employees don't want to do their job.

He asked for my insurance card thinking it wasn't in the system but then handed it back to me because he realized I wasn't in network, but didn't tell me so I paid more than I should. I figured this all out after I got a letter a week later from my insurance company informing me. Why wouldn't he ask if I knew that to make sure? I went into the Newcastle store since it's closer to my home hoping I could get it transferred if I went into the store. They indicated that they wouldn't transfer it to theirs just to transfer it out because the store gets dinged when a prescription is transferred out. This explains why they don't call you back. I decided I don't have the time to waste on this anymore and went the easy route which is unfortunate but Amazon makes it easy. I signed up on Amazon, they initiated the transfer with CVS. CVS did not respond. Called Amazon and got a LIVE HUMAN BEING in 1 minute. They recommended contacting my physician and asking them to send the Rx to Amazon directly. This is how it went: 1. I sent a message to my provider in MyChart, 2. 10 minutes later, I got an email from Amazon indicating they received my transfer. 3. Amazon pharmacist reviewed and it was ready to order in 5 minutes. 4. I ordered. 5. My prescriptions were on my front door four hours later. This is how customer service works and why the brick and mortar will sadly be out of business and many people without jobs. They need to up their game...

I placed my order through the Target app the night before and selected curbside pickup for today around noon. Before arriving, I properly used the app to notify the store that I was on my way, as instructed. I arrived within approximately 10 minutes and parked in the designated curbside pickup area. I then waited more than 15 minutes without any communication, update, or assistance from staff. During this time, I observed numerous other vehicles arrive after me, receive their orders, and leave, while my order was completely ignored. Concerned that there may have been an issue, I called the store for assistance. Unfortunately, the employee who answered the phone was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, checking the status of my order, or attempting to help, he responded with: "Why don't you just go inside and get your stuff?" That response completely defeats the purpose of offering curbside pickup and reflects extremely poor customer service. At no point did anyone acknowledge the delay, provide an explanation, or make any effort to correct the situation. I understand that stores become busy and delays can occur. However, customers should still be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect. What made this experience especially disappointing was not just the wait itself, but the lack of accountability and the rude attitude displayed when I attempted to seek assistance. This information is inaccurate. I did not receive my order, nor did I authorize any individual to collect it on my behalf. I left the store dissatisfied after waiting without assistance and after experiencing unprofessional treatment from the employee with whom I spoke by phone. Receiving an incorrect pickup confirmation raises significant concerns regarding order handling, verification procedures, and accountability at this location. ** Customers should be able to rely on Target's pickup system to accurately reflect whether an order has in fact been received by the intended customer.
