everyone beware !!! ordered something online for an in store pick up, got my email saying it was ready for pick up, only to get an email 1 hour after saying i had picked up my online order in store when in fact i hadn't.. i call walmart and they say that someone picked up my item. all they asked was for an email not for an id!!!!! they're suppose to ask for id upon a pick up so buyer beware ! i was so upset tried getting someone to help me with this and all they would do is put me on hold 3 times for 20-30 minutes! until i finally got someone. bottom line someone out there has my information due to the negligence of these un professional, un trained, and uncaring staff workers... do not i repeat do not do business with these people... spread the word... i will never set foot on a walmart ever again...... trying to pursue legal action due to them not following their own store policy. good luck everyone.... read more

I ordered (2) iMac All-in-one computers to be supplied by Wombat Reserve. These were to be refurbished iMac computers with I5 processors and appropriate accessories. On Cyber Monday they were priced at $349 each. I received an order confirmation from the website. I received the two packages on 12/5 as promised. One was acceptable and the other did not have keyboard, mouse, or power cord. I noticed the devices seemed smaller than I expected and eventually measured the screens as 23". I had been sent the incorrect product and one was incomplete. Upon calling up my email, I located a link indicating to click on the name "Wombat Reserve" for assistance. That link took me to an unrelated Walmart web page selling toys - nothing to do at all with anything that involved me, the product, the order, or Wombat Reserve. I tried to find the Wombat Reserve phone number, unsuccessfully. By the way it's 844-637-1400. I got that from the Walmart support line (which is 800-925-6278), where I spent 50 minutes trying to resolve these issues. Walmart did attempt to contact Wombat Reserve, but unfortunately they do not work on Fridays. The Walmart reps I talked to in the Philippines seemed marginally interested that one of their sellers' quality was substantially insufficient. If I were you reading this post, I would not buy anything from this source until you see a post from me that they have provided a satisfactory resolution to the problems I have outlined. At this point, W.R. will have to earn 5 stars from me to receive 3 stars in my next post. I have my fingers crossed. In the meantime I am providing one star because their packing material was cool. I've been standing in line for over 20 minutes past 9 pm. There are tons of people in line and only three open registers, not including self check out. Lines are halfway through the store and I've seen workers just standing around doing nothing. Why not open more lines? Why am I watching these cashiers folding each article of clothing? This is one of the most poorly managed stores I've ever been into and is really making me not wanting to ever come back. As I'm waiting here, I keep thinking to myself, "I should've gone to Target and paid a few cents extra for my kid's formula..." If you must visit a WalFART, this is the location you want. The combination of newness, perhaps combined with its proximity to upscale communities, puts this store above other locations. Lines were long during my visit, but it was Saturday, so that's typical. Only noticeable negative is that this store is smaller than other locations, but at least affluent people in the south bay can now enjoy the WalFART experience! read more

I shopped at this Walmart this past Tuesday, and I bought 2 Aquafina water packages. I didn't bother checking the expiration date on the water bottles. I had stomach problems starting Wednesday, up to Friday. I couldn't figure out why. I realized by Friday that it happened right after I drank a bottle of water. So I checked the expiration date, of course it says Expired June 1, 2016. Walmart still selling them on June 14, 2016. I stopped drinking them, and I felt a little better now. For the health and safety of your customers, please check you products expiration dates. You're lucky I didn't go in to the hospital, or else I will be sending you the bill, and report you to the Health Department. Will never go there again. read more

This WalMart is horrible. I have been there twice and the employees are very rude. The first time I went to get paint the guy that mixed it for us was very helpful and polite but mixing paint takes a while and while it was mixing they called that the store would be closing. When we walked to the front we got dirty looks from all the employees on the front end. They were counting out the registers and at one there was still a customer in line. We asked where we should check out and the MANAGER said "were closed" very rudely. I held up the two cans of paint and said fine then... Should I just leave these with you? he then changed his mind and not wanting to deal with loss a register was magically available for checkout. I hate this store. The nice man who mixed the paint for us should work somewhere else. I'll never go back. All the walmarts in LA are gross messy and the workers are rude. I'd give it no stars if I could. I just went to use their 1hr. photo service. We lost our bird today and my 6-year has been a rollercoaster of emotion all day. me as well, as long as I'm being honest. We planned to make a picture frame of memories in his honor and hang it in our home as a keepsake. After going through the many photos on my phone on their dated machine that forced me to start over the scrolling process SEVERAL times, we were ready to print. The machine printed out a ticket that they would be ready at 7:58pm. I was informed that my pics just started printing at 8:16pm, that's when I demanded I speak to a manager. I had already witnessed another family at the kiosk being treated rudely by an employee named Gabriel, so I wasn't really sure what to expect, but the lack of humanity from the manager guaranteed that my distraught daughter and I walked out of there without our photos. Sorry, Wal-Mart, your cheap and affordable prices are not worth the disrespect my daughter and I witnessed today. Employees should read their manuals, they may not be pleased with their wages, but they agreed to the rate they are paid and in exchange, they agreed to do their job properly. I was not prepared to hear that online orders have priority over my photos, that the time slip was just an estimate and that because I ordered 4x4s, which you know, require less ink, i was moved to the back of the que and I was somehow suppposed to just KNOW this. If I could give this Walmart branch no star at all, I would just because of their "Customer Service Manager named "Chastiti"! Went in quickly for items i need and planned to use an e-card I got from their very own "Walmart Savings Catcher" but then first, cashier said they don't accept it who then reached out to the customer Service Mgr called "Chastiti" or Chasiti" who is way beyond RUDE for a customer service mgr!!! She wont even try at least to enter in the ecard number and pin to be able to use it! And she got an attitude that a customer service mgr should not have!!!!! Bad review because there were two people working in the electronics department and both sat there talking to each other until I interupted them, how rude of me. It got worse when I was in the Toy Department and a supervisor was walking up and down the aisle with an employee telling him all that was wrong, literally, this is out of place, that is out of place, opps there is a red bull can empty, this is out of place, pull that forward, etc etc, it went on and on, for three aisle I heard all that was wrong. Here is an idea, never do that in front of a customer, it was degrading to him and made me feel like I was shopping in a low class establishment. Best was when he got to me and looked up and said and how are you, without missing a beat or waiting for my reply, and this is out of place and that does not go there...he just went on and on. This place sucks. I have heard bad things about it already and boy were they right. I just attended a few graduations so I was interested in buying an airhorn. The most simple thing you can buy. I walk in and ask a lady where the air horns were and she said she did not know, and thinks they were in the electronics section, they were not there. Then I asked a gentleman where they were located and he did nothing but put his hands straight up in the air and said "who knows". How do u work at Wal-mart and don't know where the items are. I don't take pleasure in writing bad reviews but I felt the need to say something. Management must not be around or they themselves need training, but the customer service here needs help. Went to the electronics department to buy an ipad (there was a rollback sale on the older models). We looked online first to see which Walmart locations still had them in stock. This location came up so we went here. The cashier was helping another family who was also buying an Ipad. I noticed when that family tried to pay, their card was rejected. Cashier told them to do it again. Rejected. And again, rejected. At this point, the line was growing and I could see other Walmart employees make eye contact with us but not open up another register. Two burly guys (customers) come up and look at us in line and say to each other, "man, sheeyit, I ain't waiting in that line!" They walk up to one of the Walmart employees to have him ring them up. The employee tells them they'll have to wait in line (Bravo!) and heads over to us. The employee then asks us in line what we needed. We told him, we're here for an Ipad. He skips us (maybe 'cause our request is too hard) and asks the family behind us. They tell him they need to make a payment on something they owe. He skips them and then comes back to us! Haha! He asks us what color Ipad we want. Told him the white one. He opens the cabinet and says, "no more white ones. what other color do you want?" Haha! What other color is left?? The black one, silly! We'll take that! He hands it to the cashier who now tries to ring us up. Suddenly, our card is rejected just like the other family. Cashier tells us to do it again, rejected, again, reject. We did this about six times and even switched to 2 other cards. All rejected. The cashier tells us unsympathetically, "uhm you need to call your credit 'cause it ain't working." We told her can you ring us up on that other register, this machine might have something wrong with it? She rings us up on the other register and it goes through on another card (which I only bring for emergencies). I know this is Walmart, so my expectations were low, but if this were Macy's and my card was rejected, the cashier would call the credit card company in front of me and clear it up on the spot - not ring it up over and over again, blame us, and have us ring it up on multiple other cards until one worked - thus making it obviously look like fraud to the credit card company. In the end, we got our Ipad, but our whole experience and how the cashier's and the employees we saw (about 5 of them) seemed to think chit chatting with each other was more important than satisfying a customer's need. Customer Service here stinks. It's like they have no interest in working hard and clawing their way out of being forever low income earning employees. read more

Of all WalMarts I have shopped, this has been the best. Because it is a smaller WalMart, they do not offer as big of a selection as most other locations. When they first opened this location, EVERY employee I encountered was VERY nice and genuine. If I am in the area and need something quick, I come to this location. Most WalMart checkout lines tend to be HUGE. At this location I have never had more than 1 or 2 customers ahead of me. I give this location 4 stars due to pallets on the floor and a couple other issues. I understand sometimes stock rooms are small and stores are forced to park pallets on the sales floor. This location tends to sometimes have TONS of pallets on the sales floor- and they're all in a row creating a wall blocking an entire aisle of product. Last Christmas season when my husband and I stopped in, we witnessed a manager/supervisor barking at an associate in the front of the store in front of everybody for not wrapping an empty box with wrapping paper for a display fast enough. The boxes were HUGE. It was so uncalled for. I am a store manager and would NEVER bark at an employee, let alone do it on the sales floor. As a manager, he should have coached the employee OFF the sales floor. One other unpleasant experience I had was at checkout. I approached the last lane to the far right where I saw an older female associate with very long hair, walk out from behind the register and to some shopping carts to sort items. I approached and she looked up at me, then back down at her cart. I hesitantly asked "Are you open?" She got upset, dropped her items in the cart, and stormed to the register sighing. I was so disgusted by her actions, I turned around and started walking to another register. She then called out "Mam- i'll help you" and I said back "No, that is okay- I don't need your attitude. I would rather wait in line for someone else to help me". I do like this location and will continue to shop here. read more

I would give a zero rating if I could. This is in regards to Walmart's online website as there is no place for me to write a review for them there I am posting this here This Christmas, I thought I would try ordering an XboxOne from Walmart online to give it to try. What a mistake that was. We had nothing but trouble in relation to this order. First UPS said they delivered the order but we never received the package. Then after reporting it not being delivered, we have not had any help with getting a replacement for the missing package. I have done everything Walmart requested I do including filing a police report and contacting UPS. UPS has agree that the package is missing and that we never received it and I have FAXED Walmart a copy of my police report. Also they said part of the problem was the fact that we had stopped payment for this item and that our credit card company needed to contact them. So we had our credit card company talk with someone in accounting and assured Walmart that they would be paid once the package was shipped out. Now Walmart is saying that it is still because of the charge back which is ridiculous. Non of the customer service reps ever told us that they could not authorize a replacement for the XBoxOne. This was another issue. One of the customer service representatives also told us that he had talked to a supervisor and got an ok to put our request through. I'm very frustrated and upset by the lack of communication between the customer services reps and the ones who are able to approve our request for a replacement. The last person we talked with was someone who claimed she was the administrative assistant to the Vice President of Walmart and once again we were given the run around because she said it was because of the charge back. Now I am just sick and tired of all the red tape and hoops we have to do to try and get our son the replacement that we deserve and I think its because Walmart wants us to give up and not ask for one. If this is how you do business, then you will never get any more from me or my family. I will also tell my friends and other family members not to shop at Walmart, especially not online. I was looking for a specific product (laminator) so I called the store to have them look for it. The last two times I saw that Walmart sold a product I found out this store did not carry the item... So I decided to call first this time. The first attempt left me on hold for OVER 12 minutes. I gave up and dialed again. I nicely let the girl know I had been left on hold for over 12 minutes thinking the person forgot about me. She said she would check for the item and then I ended up giving up when I was again holding OVER 12 MINUTES! An older white lady employee denied my right of service of buying an item for my personal use demanding everyone's ID that was with me even though we were all buying our own items separately. I am 25 years old and buying a item with MY OWN money I don't think it should matter who else I am with and what age they are. Today I had a associate in the automotive department make a snide remark to me to me about having 10 items or less. I understood and advised her it's my daughter and I. She then said in Spanish and under her breath that i should have seen the sign. When i responded for her to habla Mas alto. She looked as if she saw a ghost. I complained to two supervisors. As i was waiting for one i watched her ring up a lady with 15 or more items. The customer service here is horrible. My perception of their customer service comes from my worst interaction and of course this rude disrespectful chick gives Walmart the confirmation of all the horrible reviews generated on here. I gave my first complaint to Vincent and my second to Rebecca. Rebecca responded with damage control responses about this is not the behavior that walmart tries to exhibit and that she will immediately work on this incident. Although the price is right, their fishes are poorly cared for. Whenever I see them, they're always appear sickly as if they have icc. I feel sorry for them. They need to clean the tanks more often. The only good thing is that they sell the fresh water puffer fish, which i haven't found in any other fish store. Be careful though! I have bought some of these fish and they almost died on me a couple days later due to icc. read more
