Here's the best part. My hearing loss wasn't severe so the Doctor told me he would NOT recommend hearing aids at this time! Very straight forward and honest. You'd have thought I told her I was gonna stick needles in my eyes the way she reacted. She told me that "everyone" got their eyes dilated to which I repeated that I wasn't doing that today. She continued to push, saying it was "protocol". I reiterated that I wasn't doing that today and when she continued trying to get me to acquiesce, I told her that she was probably used to old people giving in after that much pressure, but that wasn't gonna happen with me, and I asked her nicely to just drop it. She said she, "Wasn't gonna get talked to like that" and stormed out. When Dr. Daniel came in he seemed a bit uptight... and began to explain why I should get dilated. I told him why I wasn't and that I was supposed to be just getting a new prescription. He seemed a bit chapped and then he walked out. I got the impression that they don't like being told "no". I know the reasons for the need to get dilated, but I just wasn't able to do that TODAY. They did send in a nice lady, Hailey, to examine my eyes and she was friendly and professional.. but I won't be going back there.

Even going to the counter to pick up my glasses there were 2 women there, no one even acknowledged my presence. I always wait when approaching because you don't want to assume they are available or they have another customer, so I waited a few moments to be sure. One started cleaning the counter. The other talking on the phone- a personal call- so I approached and they were not happy I pulled them to ask for my glasses that were ready. I did happen to have to go back to have my glasses adjusted and a cute young girl with glasses was welcoming people in. She assisted me and was able to adjust my glasses - as the person who should take the time to do when you receive/pick up your glasses but they didn't. I went back about 2 more times after that and only dealt with her due to all experiences. SHE is the reason this Eyemart Express gets the single star. However, they did not look up to greet me and another employee come over after six minutes of being there. This particular employee offered me to look around for frames. Yet, she began to assist someone who walked in after me. I find this to be completely unacceptable as well as inappropriate. I walked away without service not acknowledging that I was leaving the building. I will not patronize a company with poor customer service.

The office is clean, neat, and has a large selection of stylist glasses for shopping. After placing my glasses order, however the customer service dissipated. My glasses were late. The time required for production was predicted at a week and a half. It has been over two weeks and the order still reflects as "in process." When I call the office, I am either placed on an indefinite hold exceeding 15 minutes and no one returns to the call. Or, I am sent directly to voicemail and the call is not returned. If the only means to receive a status update is to physically visit the office, this is unacceptable.
