It has now been exactly a month since I placed an order through a warranty claim which I was quoted a 1 to 2 week turn around. After multiple conversations with numerous employees no one has the slightest of ideas what the order entailed or where it may be. I have now made a dozen attempts to get in contact with the manager Daniela Garcia with no reply. Seriously save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere.

Additionally, I'm not sure how you're able to determine what was rude or not when you weren't the one making the phone calls or interacting with me directly. There were two girls present, and their behavior was extremely rude--something that's also reflected in multiple other reviews.

I asked if there was a written policy regarding their grace period and was told that when I received my confirmation phone call the day before that I was told to arrive at my appointment at 5:05p to complete paperwork that I watched my daughter do in 5 min and her pre testing taking about 10 minutes. I have never heard of a grace period that starts before the actual appointment time. Might need to take that policy back to my place of employment where we give our patients a 15 minute grace period after their actual appointment time. Looking at previous reviews, this seems to be the norm for this site. Looks like my family and I will be taking our business elsewhere.

Dr. Langle did an exam for multifocal contact lenses and took a complete history of my eye health. She patiently went over all of my options and took extra time with the exam to make sure I was comfortable with the lenses before I left. She also offered to order an additional contact lense in a different strength so I could try both and see which I was more comfortable wearing. The receptionist was very friendly and explained the cost of the lenses. She also informed me of a rebate that would save me $50. I was extremely satisfied with the doctor and the services. In addition, Dr. Langle is from the neighborhood and is investing in our community. I'd rather steer business to a local gal any day.

He put me on a medication that starting clearing up the problem right away! He then gave me his cell number and said if I experience any more issues that require immediate attention to give him a call (a courtesy he extends to every patient) regardless of time of day. His staff was very helpful and accommodating. His office is very clean and bright. I will definitely be using Dr. Clodfelter as my regular eye doctor from here on out.
