Unfortunately, this year…read moremy husband's lenses arrived incorrectly TWICE and now have to be sent out to make sure the lenses are finally done correctly. Now a month past our original appointment and his glasses still aren't ready and won't be ready for, at a minimum, 15 more business days. When I told the office staff how frustrating it was to have to continue to wait after already having the wrong lenses sent twice, she told me that this happens a lot to many customers. After hearing that this is an ongoing problem for Teagle I said I was going to write a Yelp review and she stated that I was threatening her with writing a review. The doctors here are wonderful and very knowledgeable, but the office staff who called was rude, angry when I mentioned a review, and kept assuring me that the lenses were only "a little too small for the frames. " She then said that's why we recommend having frames sent out if we want wanted them done correctly. If we had known they couldn't be done at all without sending them out we would have. It was definitely not stated that there was only one correct way to get new lenses into the frames. She also said we could just take the frames with the old lenses and not get the new lenses that they have already taken payment for. After this interaction we will be finding a new eye doctor and do not recommend going here.

At around 2:48ish they called and left a message on my voice mail which said I was late but they could get me in at 3:00. I was parking at that moment in their lot and instead of calling back which would have slowed me down I walked into their waiting room only 3 or 4 minutes after they left the message on my phone saying they had a 3:00 for me well before that 3:00. The woman at the front desk said that they had given my 2:40 to another person. They had also given my 3:00 to another customer because the people at the front desk were not talking to one another so she did not know someone else had told me 3:00 was good. I said "not a problem, I will come another day". She said that since I had been late for an appointment in the past which they had forgiven I would need to pay them $40 to schedule another appointment. She said it in a way like it was to teach me a lesson? I spoke to her a few times about this and it was like she had turned off her listening. I said that I was there at least 5 minutes before the time they had switched me to. She said that internally they had bad communication about that (my fault?). I also said you gave both my times to other customers who paid you for both those times. So you are asking a long time customer that has paid you thousands of dollars to pay you for time you gave to someone else and were paid for so you could double bill the time? She wasn't listening. I gave them 2 stars instead of one because they are only going to charge me the $40 if I book another time. If I never go back to them they are letting it go.

You can tell she has a passion for optometry and truly cares to help. Hats off to Amber! She is the GOAT! Worked with her several times and she's always so positive and funny. She helped me find a pair I loved so easily but let me try on a handful of their wide selection of frames. I also got to work with Sona who assisted with Amber. Jackie was incredibly sweet, efficient, and informative while completing all of the tests before my exam. While I was waiting, Amber and Miracle were fantastic and helped me narrow down some frame options. They were also so helpful in putting together different pricing quotes for both my boyfriend and I. Sona did an amazing job adjusting my boyfriend's glasses seamlessly, and he was so happy with how they turned out! And of course, I can't forget Philip! I can always count on him to follow up with my contact lens trials and make sure my contacts get ordered. Thirty minutes is a long time, especially when no estimate can be given for how much longer the wait will be. That lack of communication is both unprofessional and frustrating. It is also clear that my being ten minutes late was not the real issue, as the patients ahead of me had already been waiting for quite some time. On top of that, my husband was seen here just a few weeks ago. He arrived early for his scheduled appointment and still waited over an hour to be seen. The real problem is obvious. They are overbooking patients despite having only one doctor on staff. The customer service here is rude, and they clearly do not value their patients' time.
