However, I wanted to give 3 stars due to my coworker's experience. It felt like she was robbed to get an eye exam even though she didn't need it. She brought her current (new) eye glasses to have them obtaining the eye prescription for the safety goggles. Instead of getting the eye prescription, they sent her to a doctor to get the eye exam. Then they charged her for the eye exam. I wouldn't blame the doctor since he wouldn't be awared. The receptionist should know better. They don't want to refund her for the eye exam.

The tests were fun and took an hour. I thought my eyes were fine until I saw him. I can't believe my vision can be three times better. Wearing prism lenses is like magic. When he removed the prism lenses on top of my eyeglasses, I had a headache right away. I can't wait to get my prism glasses. If you have vision problems, this is the answer; your regular prescription eyeglasses are trash! You have to see this doctor. This is not your regular eye exam. The exam and eyeglasses are not cheap here. I believe they don't accept insurance so call and ask them first so you can decide if this is doable for you financially. My pair came up to $600 and that's not including the exam which is almost twice as expensive. Is it wort it for me? Goodness, I wish I knew him earlier. Of all the times that I lay on the couch because of my headache, because I watch tv, because I read too much, if I put all of those together including when I missed work because I feel like I wanna throw up,, and if I pay myself per hour, I probably lost more money. Time is precious. I have wasted hours of my life just because I don't feel good.

No one told me about the charge before my appointment. I asked to go through with the exam because I didn't have a car. I was in a car accident and I had to Uber to your office. I asked if I can provide my credit card number when I arrived home instead of having to spend money on Ubers to go back and retrieve my card. Instead of leaving a novel for your customers to read. Clearly showing that you're not really up-to-date with the actual complaint or your office staff is a liar. Why don't you tell them about the charges before their appointment or when you send text messages to confirm them. You do not have a very clear policy about what things are gonna cost and when. Furthermore, your office staff did not offer Apple Pay or any other type of cashless payment. She demanded a credit card. I'll be leaving this on Google as well. At around 2:48ish they called and left a message on my voice mail which said I was late but they could get me in at 3:00. I was parking at that moment in their lot and instead of calling back which would have slowed me down I walked into their waiting room only 3 or 4 minutes after they left the message on my phone saying they had a 3:00 for me well before that 3:00. The woman at the front desk said that they had given my 2:40 to another person. They had also given my 3:00 to another customer because the people at the front desk were not talking to one another so she did not know someone else had told me 3:00 was good. I said "not a problem, I will come another day". She said that since I had been late for an appointment in the past which they had forgiven I would need to pay them $40 to schedule another appointment. She said it in a way like it was to teach me a lesson? I spoke to her a few times about this and it was like she had turned off her listening. I said that I was there at least 5 minutes before the time they had switched me to. She said that internally they had bad communication about that (my fault?). I also said you gave both my times to other customers who paid you for both those times. So you are asking a long time customer that has paid you thousands of dollars to pay you for time you gave to someone else and were paid for so you could double bill the time? She wasn't listening. Better communication between providers, or simply being able to see the same doctor consistently, would have made a significant difference. My final appointment was especially disappointing. After explaining that the trial contact lenses were still not working for me, the doctor looked at me and said, "Well, there's nothing I can do about that." As a patient seeking help, that response was discouraging and unprofessional. I left feeling like my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. I chose this office because of its high ratings, but my experience did not reflect the level of customer service or patient care I expected.
