I went to get my $600 Prada glasses bought at Pearle Vision adjusted , and they broke my glasses. Staff first said they will replace it for me and upon talking to manager denied and Manager and staff said they can't do anything about it. I had bought this specific eyewear saving a lot everyday and working hard for it. I was heartbroken and was sitting in the store at a corner for few just to clear my head before I could drive. When I was all of a sudden called by a doctor at store who I had not seen all this while , who wasn't there when I spoke to manager or when my glasses were broken by staff . She threatened me and said I will get nothing from here and if I don't leave right away she will call cops on me. I was only customer at store , and they intimidated me saying they will call law enforcement sighting I was being rude to them, when all I was doing was sitting at a corner . When I left the store shaking and reached Pearle Vision Arlington heights store where I bought the glasses from, they said glasses were broken as person fixing it did not warm it up enough. Else such high end glasses are very resistant. They also were humble /educated and offered me some options. I really wish I went to them at first place. I have been Pearle vision customer for many years. As I loved my experience at store. This experience left me shaken. Never ever go to this location for your own safety .

Terrible experience. Initially told me needed two new lens bushings at $40 each but will have tech…read morelook at it. A week later called me and said replaced bushings but needs new bridge and will have to order the part that'll be $200. Another week or so goes buy and they say glasses are ready. I went in to pick them up and the problem wasn't solved. The arms/legs of the glasses were still loose and charged me $200 and did not document what they replaced or fixed. I indicated that they didn't solve the problem and was not happy. They said glasses were fine as they replaced the bridge. I asked them if they did a full assessment of the glasses, and they "said" they replaced the bridge. I said I cannot wear them because they are loose and still flimsy. How do you charge someone but don't fix the problem? I will be filing with the better business bureau especially since I'm a senior. Very Dissatisfied Customer.

After trying to work with manager of store and main headquarters, only was given a credit toward frames for next year; which I don't need. I wanted a credit on the lenses/frames I ordered this year. I don't need new frames next year. Not happy, as I spent over $500 and got no satisfaction. I reached out to fill out a complaint form twice; have heard nothing back from headquarters. Think twice before ordering from Pearl Vision. Not good customer service. Only want your money.
