Espresso walnut brownie Think was $7

Saw them on a list (not high up there) but they're close to us so we said let's try. I've been to other spots in the area and did not notice them nor the bagel spot that was there before them. Inside is small. Service is decent but the goods were not it. At 10 on a Sunday selection was limited. I guess people are flocking in early but I am not sure for what. I think the hype is for the fun new combos they have. The spicy scallion cream cheese was a fun new twist and good. I understand the texture changes as they sit but these were not chewy bagels, these were crunchy, stab your gumbs. I had to take it home and microwave to try and soften. The brownie was also a brick. Plenty of nuts but not what a brownie should be. It got dipped in hot chocolate to soften.

    Harvey on a scallion bagel

There's more than enough bagel places in Montclair (and the surrounding area) but I love the innovative and fun offerings at this restaurant. They took over Harvey's bagels space and are doing wonderful things. I ordered the Harvey (Taylor ham, egg, cheese, and spicy scallion cream cheese) on a scallion bagel. Delicious!

Grand Daddy Purple (ube cream cheese on whatever bagel you want) on plain

Found out about this place on IG and decided to check them out. Elite bagel shop. I tried their Grand Daddy Purple, which is Ube cream cheese on whatever bagel you want, because it's something out of the ordinary and it didn't disappoint. The menu is very creative and I'm anxious to try some of the other items they have. It's a small space but the people are friendly and they get you out of there pretty quick. I'll definitely be back.

    The Harvey on everything bagel

One of my favorite breakfasts in Montclair. The bagels are crisp on the outside and chewy in the middle, with lots of seeds on top. Nice variety of sandwiches, The Harvey is my favorite. Tons of flavored cream cheeses to pick from as well. Sometimes a bit of a wait on the weekends but very worth it!

Had the Harvey and it was bomb. Knocked a star off because the bagel selection was slim pickings @ 10AM on a Saturday.

Okay - I went here because a coworker was insisting that this sandwich was something you had to…read morehave. AND OH MY GOODNESS. I think it's my top sandwich I've ever had. We brought it back home and the cutlet was still plenty warm and the romaine was cold and crunchy. My coworker and boyfriend suggest getting some extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping. The place was cutie pie - I liked that they were playing good music and had a silly book of animals I could browse at while I waited for the food to be ready. There was an altercation of two couples yelling at each-other and causing a fuss. Lowkey I wish the manager would have refused service to all 4 of them because why were they being absolutely terrible at 1pm on a Saturday. Not kicking them out promotes they can act like that and have no repercussions. But anywho guess the sandwiches are worth fighting over. I will be returning!

Went just passed noon on a Saturday and the wait wasn't too long but there were lot of people -…read morerain didn't stop anyone! The size is so much bigger in person vs. shown online, so come hungry or be prepared to pack leftovers. They're a bit hard to eat like a sandwich so we had to use a fork and knife to cut it up into smaller pieces. I can see why people get a side order of dressing as it could be a bit dry - would recommend doing so (some people get buffalo sauce).
