My husband has our insurance plan all taken care of so I know I have insurance and he called to make an appointment for me and let the woman know our insurance policy number the name of the insurer and that we were covered also asked her to verify the insurance before I drove down there which she said she did. Turns out She did not verify my insurance so when I got there, she was extremely rude to me. Made me sit down to fill and in front of everybody not even privately told me I need your Social Security number. She wrote it on a piece of scratch paper so I immediately felt weird by writing down my whole number. I didn't understand why she needed it, especially when I handed her my medical card from Mutual of Omaha., she told me Mutual of Omaha does not do dental insurance. Yes they do. She just didn't want to check.. She then proceeds to call the insurer I used to have only to find out that I was not covered through them, which is what I told her that I now had Mutual of Omaha dental again she told me they don't have dental insurance again. I told her they do and handed her my card at this point. I was very upset because all of this should've been verified before I even arrived.. I did not end up getting seen by the doctor and I have chosen to move to another dental place in Rancho Cucamonga instead, the front desk woman is extremely unprofessional does not know how to do her job and should not be asking people to write their Social Security numbers on random sheets of paper that are not even official. I would never come here again. She also asked my husband to take her phone number and said she had a special job for him, I was so shocked by this , she is sketchy AF!!!

We are greatly blessed to have found Dr. Octoman. After filtering through years of top dentists, she is hands down the best dentist on the west coast. She figured out the issue and my mom is FINALLY pain free. Dr. Octoman is a true professional with a calming presence and great bedside manner. She checked on my mom every step of the way. My mom was legit crying tears of joy when we left the office because she was so happy and finally found comfort. Both Dr. Octoman and the staff are absolutely amazing. I was able to get a consultation and have my wisdom teeth removed the same day. Dr. Yeung did a great job explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. Huge shoutout to Juan, her assistant, he did an amazing job helping me stay calm, especially because I was very vocal about my anxiety. They were both very understanding when I needed a break during the procedure because I was feeling overwhelmed, and they talked me through it the whole time. My parents also switched to Dr. Peng and will never go anywhere else for dental work. Dr. Peng is a very well educated dentist and also knows a lot about pathology. She has a lot of state-of-the-art equipment and I love that I can see close-up pictures of my teeth and the inside of my mouth on the monitor so that I can see exactly where the work needs to be done! There is not one person in her office who isn't friendly, helpful and reassuring! My insurance covers 4 cleanings a year so I go as often as I can!

This was brought up the other day when I was having coffee with a girl friend who also came to Premier Esthetics and experienced very bad customer service from front desk ladies. She also stopped coming to this office due to the same reason. My experience with the dentists was very pleasant. The ladies in front desk are very condesending when asked about cost of services. I do not have dental insurance so it is very important for me to know the exact costs of services that will be provided. They are very vague in telling you what to expect and add services without letting you know there will be additional costs. I find this to be very shady. I am not sure if management knows that there are lack of customer service skills with their front desk but hopefully with this review management will address this with the ladies in front desk area. I have since found another facility where customer service is all around outstanding.
