While in the store purchasing two pendants, I asked for help. The salesperson couldn't locate the remote and said he would follow up later that day. Crickets. I called, was told Monday, and again--crickets. Today, I called again and had an amazing experience because Adrian Brunen picked up the phone. He asked me to send him a photo of the fan and model number. Within 30 minutes, he called me back and we ordered the replacement remote over the phone. Adrian is a stockroom supervisor, but he is so much more than that. He is customer-service oriented, a doer, a fixer, solution-oriented, a critical thinker, and genuinely committed to helping people. He handled everything with grace and professionalism. What impressed me most was that he never once made excuses or mentioned the challenges with the new system, even though I had heard about them during my store visit. My experience with the process may not be something I would give five stars, but Adrian absolutely deserves five stars and recognition. People like Adrian are valuable.
