I recently bought two large TVs from Walt's TV, and had them wall mounted. they also moved another TV for me. J.P. and Jalen did an excellent job mounting and setting up the new TVs. I later noticed an issue where my "gaming TV" was not interacting correctly with my PS5. J.P. came out and quickly sorted out the issue. My HDMI cable was not compatible with the console. To be fair, J.P. had asked to confirm that the TV worked with the PS5 on the original install. I said, no, that I would take care of it. Never, ever, ever order anything from this place. They use Ontrac. Need I say more? Well I will. If you haven't had the pleasure of being on the receiving end of Ontrac deliveries, let me tell you how it goes. Delivery date: 7/8. Delivery date: 7/7. Yes early. Since I live in a walkup, I hire a guy that carries stuff up. Cancelled him as 7/7 is new date, he can't come on that short notice. So I either have to catch the driver and try to tip him into carrying it upstairs for me or it sits downstairs in the lobby all night long. I sit outside waiting, not all day, but a lot of it. 5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm. No TV. At 8 pm, I get a notice through Amazon: We're sorry your package is late. With no info on redelivery, no information on if it will be delivered. 10:30 pm. Message on the Amazon tracking page: Delivered at 2:55 a.m. WHAT? I run down to see if it was in fact delivered, NO. No TV. Where is my new $1k+ TV? Nobody knows. Amazon won't know, it was 3rd Party. Walt's won't know, they send me to Ontrac. Ontrac won't know, it says delivered. One of you MFs is going to get me my money back. I don't even want a new television anymore and if I do, I will go to Best Buy. read more

On Thursday, 8/27/20, I went into Walts TV and discussed televisions that I was interested in with Richard. I found him to be very informative on the sets that I had interest in. He was very professional and listened attentively. There was no heavy sales tactics. One of the sets I was interested in was the LG Nanocell 99 series, he had in stock and gave me a good price.I went to several stores and no one had the set on display. Walts TV didn't even have it on display. I basically became interested in this TV by reading articles and viewing several YouTube videos. I felt comfortable and confident in Walts TV and LG that I purchased the TV the same day and so far I'm very happy with the TV. The TV was delivered the next day by Kyle and Rob. They both were professional and their services were exemplary. They were great at answering my questions while they unboxed and put the feet on the TV. After the TV set up Kyle turned it on and explained that he was now going to look at the TV to ensure the WebOS launched without incident and the screen was not damaged. He also was looking for any flawed horizontal or vertical lines and to check for broken/missing pixels. Rob had a camera and took a few pictures of the TV to show that it was not damaged. Long story short...bad delivery company. 85" TV set in Seattle for 3 days and probably would have been longer if I had not called Walts to see where TV was. Walts gives me the CEVA phone number to call to inquire. Uh, why is the customer required to call the delivery company employed by Walts? Is this considered good customer service. Called CEVA, arrange delivery, confirmed address, delivery time period and phone #. Ceva website now says attempted delivery, bad address and no one called me. That is absolutely THE WORST delivery service I have ever recd in my life. Walts should be ashamed for hiring this kind of delivery service AND shirking their responsibility to address a customer's delivery issue directly with their hired delivery company. read more

I was in the process of looking for a new soundbar. I was doing my research on all the different models and wanted some more information on a particular model Samsung HW-Q60R which also had a Q60T version, so I called Walts TV for information. I spoke with their technician Miles about the soundbar model and he was more than informational about it. He then asked me a question as to what I was trying to accomplish with a soundbar. I let him know that I was looking to achieve the Dolby Atmos experience, but on a budget. He was more than willing to help me out. He then went above and beyond and gave me a great deal on a soundbar. Knowing that I was on a budget, he asked if I was open to purchasing a fully functional, but slightly damaged (corner of the outer casing) top of the line Samsung HW-Q80 soundbar with Dolby Atmos capabilities. I had my own concerns about the device, being that it had been damaged. Miles was more than willing to answer all my concerning questions and even sent me pictures of the damage. He also guaranteed the product with a 30 day return if it had any issues. I went ahead and purchased the Samsung HW-Q80 soundbar with the slight damage at a really outstanding lower price and well within my budget. It has now been a week and so far the device is performing beyond expectations. I have been blown away by the sound. I will continue to run the soundbar through many scenarios as I like to watch all kind of movies and TV shows. I have even set up many of the other funtions of the device and they are nice to have. I will give an update if anything happens or changes with the device. I will finish by saying thank you to Miles at Walts TV for taking the time to help me out and then going above and beyond to help me accomplish my goal of getting a soundbar with the Dolby Atmos. I was willing to settle for a new decent Dolby Digital or DTS HD soundbar, due to my budget, but Walts TV helped me achieve so much more. If you get a chance, I would recommend checking out the store and ask for Miles. I will definitely be making another purchase there in the future. read more

Do NOT purchase anything from this store online, even via Amazon. They will ship a defective item in a plain cardboard box with a Walt's sticker, and when you try and return it in a brand new cardboard box, they will claim since it was not returned in the original cardboard box that they can't refund you. I ordered a pair of $400 headphones. I tested them for 3 days, in total about 45 minutes. They would not stay connected to my computer, so I returned them and asked for an exchange. They not only refused to do an exchange, they charged me almost $150 for a restocking fee. This means they are reselling headphones that do not work! They will try to tell you that it is Amazon's policy, which is not true. I spoke with Amazon, and they said that Walt's does not use Amazon's return policy, they use the 3rd party loophole so that they may use their own policy. What this means is that they can say whatever they can claim whatever they want to keep your money. read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY They offer Black Friday deals through Walmart.com. I ordered a TV that was supposed to be delivered on 12/2. When it hadn't arrived by 12/6, I contacted Walmart who told me they would email Walt's TV and I would hear back within 48 hours. Walt's emailed within that time frame just to tell me they would look into the problem and get back to me within another 48 hours. It's now 12/16 and I still haven't heard anything back from Walt's despite trying to contact them directly and reaching out to Walmart 2 additional times, and Walmart told me the seller is no longer responding to them either. read more

He provided us such great service and was so pleasant and easy to deal with that we ended up purchasing a sub woofer and 85in TV. All pricing was great, even better than Costco & Best Buy on the TV. I purchased a 75" LG NanoCell TV from Sears.com (that I have now found was selling for Walt's). I opened the box on 10/11/2020 and found damage to the screen. The picture is horrible.... there are vertical and horizontal lines going through the entire screen. I contacted Sears on Monday, 10/12/2020, informing them of what happened. He placed me on a brief hold and conferenced the call to add a representative from Walts TV to the conversation. She was very nice and extremely apologetic as I again explained what happened. At the close of the call she informed me that she would be setting up a deliver appointment to have someone come and pick up the damaged TV and bring a replacement. Later on that evening I received an email from Walt's saying that they would NOT be replacing my TV so basically I'm out of $1700. read more

I bought a TV from newegg, walts TV is the actual seller. I was given a "tracking number" needless to say it's not the tracking number. The company they use is the real reason I will never ever ever buy from this store ever ever again. They use Ceva logistics to ship, you have to call ceva in order to schedule a delivery time and day, well an hour 45 on hold only to be told there is no one there to help me. My wife and I moved to the area a few months ago. We have 2 indoor TVs that we needed help hanging and we were in the market for an outdoor TV. After making several phone calls, emails and even visiting a big box store we weren't having any luck finding a company that could help us with all our needs. I stumbled across Walts and decided to email them. I heard back immediately from Matt Lowe and he offered to first have me go to their showroom in Tempe. I did and was blown-away. Great selection, very helpful and Matt listened to what we wanted and customized their service to best fit our needs. We were originally going to purchase a floor model, but decided it was too big so we purchased a smaller TV. When it was delivered I decided not to have the guys open it to ensure it was working...long story to short, when I opened the box and plugged it in, it didn't work. I called Walts and they informed me they couldn't refund the money, but could replace it at no cost...which was all I could ask for. We had 2 technicians Joey & Jesse at our house to deliver and set-up the outdoor TV and install the 2 TVs inside. They were both very pleasant to work with, informative and walked me through each step to ensure I was satisfied with the install of each TV. Additionally, when they were done with the installs, Joey informed me they didn't need to use all the parts & materials originally estimated and our final bill was going to be about $400 less...LESS, when does a company ever charge you less? From start to finish Walts exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone who has audio visual needs or needs home appliances. My daughter is quite the shopper when it comes to TVs. She purchased a 77 LG OLED from Walts about 6 months ago and has been raving about the quality of the TV and especially about Walt's in Tempe for their service and ease of doing business. I found myself in the market for a new TV as well. I was provided all the contact info and reached out to Miles Brouchard. Knowledgeable, professional-- fair. I ordered including Miles offered "white glove"shipping and install. ( one note-these LG OLED are generally very expensive- there is a reason-- they are the best TV for sale. The price I got was far less than any Best Buy type of establishment) It was explained the delivery guys would deliver put it on the stand, remove the packaging and be gone. All that happened including the TV was delivered days early and within the two estimated time. I nudged the delivery guys to help with the set up and they politely said "no"-- I had offered to sweeten the deal but not to be. I would have paid more but service wasn't offered. I don't blame Walt's -- just wish it was offered. These modern smart TVs still need set up and it isn't always intuitive. Oh, you want you cable control to be the controller not the TV? Takes many attempts to get it right including calling cable company service--(ugh usually but for me it went smoothly). I called Miles to explain the sound bar wasn't going to work- just too big for my space. He said no problem and I shipped back for CC credit - zero problem and no energy on the return. BTW-/ the TV- 65" is off the charts -Net Flix in 4k is crazy good. Love it read more

After ordering online, I was to work with Walt's TV regarding any questions I had related to delivery or the product itself. I called their customer service regarding tv measurements and they were able to promptly answer my question. During the same call, I discovered they ran out of the tv model I originally ordered and they upgraded me to a newer model at no cost. I thought it was a wonderful gift from them considering it was the day before Christmas when I received the TV. And delivered well before expected date. I ordered my tv on 01/01/21. Received an confirmation email and expected a call either Sunday or Monday. I ended up calling at 10am because I'm impatient. The representative couldn't find my order. I then started to get nervous maybe I was ripped off since I did buy online. She explained to me to send a screenshot of my email to their customer service which I did while I was still on the phone with her. I gave her 3 hours and then called back. Same lady answered and I asked if she had an update and she said "ummmm let me check the email" I was like whaaaaaaaaat? She never even checked the email that she had me send. I was then directed to someone at a store I guess that could cancel my order because of the lack of well everything. I got in my car and was headed to Best Buy which I was trying to avoid and give my business to a smaller local business. So long story Matt a manager called me back with no excuses but a few reasons why they couldn't find my order. Training opportunity and we felt the same in that. It's okay to screw up we all do just own it and try to do the right thing. I kept the order and as a token of good customer service Matt had the guys ensure my original mount would work in the new tv. They did just that without charging me which was appreciated. They would have actually placed it on the mount for me but I needed teo more lag bolts that I knew I was gonna need. I appreciate the fixing of the issue and the acknowledgment of the issue. I eventually made calls and now I know it's coming from CEVA but the issue I'm having is my order states it's supposed to be here tomorrow june 27th here in TX. I talked to a woman over the phone who states it was in florida and finally gave me the actual tracking number. i tracked it and was first in Kentucky, then to Cincinnati, then Chicago, and now Florida..... so why is it going upwards in the United States then back down to Florida and then to TX. sorry but it makes no sense.. Stay away! The customer service is horrendous. I ordered a TV for my husband for Christmas. After I ordered it, I asked if it was possible to change the ship to address to my neighbors because I didn't want him to see it before Christmas. Walt's cancelled my order!!!. I never asked them to cancel, just ship to a different address. Who does that? For 2 weeks I tried contacting them to say I wanted the TV, and I didn't ask for it to be cancelled. After 2 weeks of aggravating back and forth's with 6 different customer service people (none of whom were on the same page with information), I finally gave up and ordered it from another place whose customer service is excellent. The TV will not be here before Christmas because Walt's screwed me around for 2 weeks, but it will be delivered to the address I asked. I will NEVER deal with these people again. They are great at taking the order, but when you want to get in touch with them once the order is placed, they are impossible to speak to. Take my word, go to First Class Tv's.com. They are amazing. My wife ordered a TV for my birthday. It arrived damaged because the FedEx driver slammed it against the wall. We were told we must send it back ourselves, so we did at a cost of $311.71. They sent the replacement TV FedEx once more even after they were provided ring video of the driver slamming it against the wall. Once again the TV was slammed against the wall and once again damaged. To date, we are still out the return shipping cost and Walts could care less and wants to blame Amazon even though it was their product shipped by their carrier of choice. I ordered a LG 65" OLED 4K 3-D TV on Amazon from Walt's. They called promptly to confirm my order and explained the shipping process. With free shipping and no taxes I was concerned of the service. Chris at Walt's was patient and explained everything along with email confirmation and communication. My TV was shipped and I got an email from Chris with the tracking info and he continued to follow up until it arrived in 3 days! White glove delivery and everything went perfect! I had local installation and was up and running the very next day! I see bad reviews from some of the locals, but their on-line operation is superb! read more

May 2015. We got a fast service call. The tech showed up on time, had to make a call to some one to figure out what was wrong with our 55 inch plasma tv. They said it was the power supply, $500, if that didn't fix it, $500 for a mother board, whoa, stop, here's your $59 Svc call, thanks much. He said, come to our store, we have the best prices in town and "I" can get you a really good deal. Well he wasn't there at the time, so the only one that could help us ignored what we told him what we wanted to see and lead us over to a sharp tv that he said he would sell to his own mother it was so good!
