Recently we have been taking out food from Wangs. I find their food is fresh and full of real Chinese veggies instead of fillers. Usually I get the Chicken with veggies. If you get the plate it comes with egg fried rice. Lots of rice. Tonight the twin got the order wrong. Instead of getting me chicken with Chinese veggies he got me shrimp fried rice. We also got their special wonton soup which was very tasty and filled with wontons, pork, shrimp, chicken and veggies. Dave got spicy Szechuan chicken which was very peppery and mediocre. He didn't care for the flavor of the soup either. The shrimp fried rice was pretty tasty. It seems like Wangs gives you value for their food which is usually very good. read more

We spent $40 for two people. We got 2 very small to go containers 1 w comb fried rice and 1 w lomein w 2 egg rolls. Not good at all for the price. No flavor in any of it and egg rolls were terrible. Will never order from there again. read more

Very pleased with our two takeout visits. Food is as close to NY/NJ food as you can get here in SW Florida. This is a strip center location, right next to the AMC theater. Pretty bare bones interior, it's really a take out restaurant. Menu has all the basics, Pints,quarts and combos available. Highly recommend the chicken and Beef with Broccoli dishes. Traditional egg rolls are very good too. Must upgrade ($4) combo basic fried rice (bland) to the pork fried rice (excellent). Only disappointment so far was the orange chicken, dry and limited orange flavor. Counter staff is very pleasant and food is always ready. It's our go to Asian restaurant now. read more

This was about our fifteenth time eating at Wangs and as usual the food was excellent, arrived nice and hot and made just the way we like it. Service is always top notch and the place is kept clean. The meat is tender and delicious and their egg fried rice is the best in SW Florida. The couple who own and run Wang's are very warm and friendly and do everything they can to make your dining experience one to remember. I recommend Wang's to everyone who enjoys great Asian foods. We ordered the bourbon chicken and the general Tsos chicken and they were good but the general Tsos tasted exactly like orange chicken just with a little more heat so wasn't really overly impressed with that, however the bourbon chicken had great flavor. The fried rice was pretty good, it was a little dry but nothing a little soy sauce can't fix. The egg rolls were your basic frozen egg roll, or that's how they tasted anyways. We also got some steamed dumplings and those were pretty good, again your average take out Chinese dumping but I enjoyed them. read more

This food was absolutely delicious. We got orange chicken & chicken lo Mein. We love the fried rice they have here and the noodles were sooooo soft and delicious!! Chicken was cooked perfectly and the servings were generous! Absolutely recommend coming here for a good hot fresh meal!! read more

In my 65 years of life ,I can honestly say this was the most disgusting Asian food that I ever had . The shrimp were as big as my pinky nail salty like it came straight out of can .Every vegetable tasted uncooked and the fried rice was cheap white rice with soy sauce not fried .The whole meal got thrown in the trash , unfit for consumption. We have been hoping there would be a new Asian restaurant opening up soon and we got a flyer for Wang's last week. We decided to try pick-up and we were not disappointed in the food. It was actually pretty busy, but my food was ready when I was told it would be. It looks like they are still getting everything together decorating wise, but I got the food to go anyway so I didn't really care. We will be going back. Wangs is not your typical Chinese place. It's more like a Panda Express/Pei Wei: Clean, welcoming customer service, and a beautiful interior. The food is the best Chinese food I have had in a very very long time. It's quite a drive for me, but I think it's much better than my local options, so I make the sacrifice. I love the fried rice, lo mein, Singapore mei fun, crab Rangoon... I could go on for a while. Every option I have tried is so good, so fresh, and large portions too. I just ordered a small Sweet & Sour chicken, when I got my order it was missing white rice, I told them I was missing white rice, they said "small order doesn't come with rice", that's some BS, so I had to buy it. I'm still in the restaurant as I write this review, knowing that the food may turn out to be good, but I won't be back. I've been eating very good Chinese food from nearby, this place is next to my gym, so I thought I would give it a try, but I won't be going back. I have been here twice now. So far the food is quite good. The staff is attentive and friendly and the dining area is clean. So many Chinese food establishments closed their dining areas down during Covid never to reopen, so this is nice to see. I do wish they would have better carry out containers as they use traditional clam shell styrofoam containers. But these changes take time. I will be a return customer for the food alone. read more

We pass by this shopping center frequently and noticed a new Chinese restaurant so we decided to give it a try after reading other online reviews. The atmosphere was clean, organized, and the guy who took our order was polite and welcoming. We ordered take out so our wait wasn't long. We ordered the honey chicken, Mongolian beef (both with fried rice), steamed dumplings and egg rolls. All of the food seemed hot and fresh but the honey chicken barely had any sauce on it. The dumplings were extremely doughy and sticky. The Mongolian beef had more peppers and onions rather than beef itself. The only saving grace was the fried rice, which was VERY GOOD. Not sure if it was just a bad night we chose to give this place a try or if the food will always be like this, but we've had much better Chinese food offered in chain restaurants in comparison... which shouldn't be the case. read more

I tried this new quick and reasonably priced, delicious restaurant after watching a movie at the AMC theater nearby. I got the 2 entree + 1 side combo with Orange Chicken, Coconut Shrimp, and Veggie Lo Mein Noodles. I also got the Chicken Egg Roll. It was fresh and delicious. The new owners were very welcoming and friendly. Since it was a new restaurant everything was clean and it had a pleasant ambiance for a fast food place. I will definitely be going back for more!
