Which is fine, however not only do they fail to inform you of these things but they're also incredible rude and inconsiderate when kicking people off. The lady who runs pickle-ball just yelled at a 11 year old boy when kicking him off, and the Staff did nothing to put her in check. That's not okay.

C) They intentionally make it IMPOSSIBLE to leave your membership. I provided proof that I had moved more than 50 miles away from a gym. They made me turn in a copy of a lease. Yet, they STILL wanted to charge me for the next month, PLUS cancellation fee. An extra $80 to leave a gym I don't even have access to. Not to mention, their sly "bi-weekly" language charged me 3 times in December. Gyms like this one are the reason FTC laws had to be put in place for fair and easy options to leave gyms. Please protect your mental sanity and avoid this gym!
