I had never visited a brick-and-mortar version of Warby Parker until yesterday, and I'm honestly amazed by my experience. When the brand was first launched, I did order some frames and had a fine experience, but then defected to cheaper DTC options. I found myself in a bind this week, needing to renew my license, which requires an eye exam. My experience yesterday was better than any other eye exam and retail experience I've had at any of the longstanding competitors to Warby Parker. Dr. Cheema was incredible, kind, thorough, and thoughtful. I also adored working with Yasmin (sp?) who ran the floor while I was exploring frames. read more

I don't go on Yelp much nowadays...because I rarely go out nowadays, ha! But! I recently needed an overdue eye exam and some new frames, as I had recieved neither since the end of 2019. A few notes on this updated review: - Masks are required (at least as of the time of my writing this), and as an immunocomprised person AND a health care worker, I was genuinely grateful. - Dr. Oh gave me a thorough exam, and was even kind enough to give me a referral to an outside opthomologist for a follow-up glaucoma screening to make sure I had a complete well-visit. - Kim. Is. AMAZING! She is knowlegable about all of the frames, and she was even kind enough to go outside of the store with me so I could take my mask off and try a few frames on sans mask. I ended up leaving with three pairs of frames because I have long wanted to have a few options, and she made the process so excellent. I don't have much else to say, but Warby Parker has been consistant over the years, and I am still glad to give them my business for both glasses purchases and eye exams. Yes! read more

Had long received recommendations from friends about Warby Parker but had just gotten eyewear form another competitor. When my glasses were stolen, it was the perfect opportunity to check them out. Initially I went to the Cobble Hill location but had to move my appointment because they can't facilitate eye exams. They were kind enough to make an appointment for me with the Meat Packing District location. I went in, was warmly greeted and saw the dr right away. She was extremely thorough in explaining her intentions. The previous pair of glasses I had were progressives which she immediately said I didn't need. She suggested me getting my pupils dilated so she could have a better look to make sure. The entire eye exam was about 30 mins. I had time in between to check out the glasses and come back to her. Please note that if you get dilated your vision will be extremely blurry for hours so plan accordingly. I had checked out a couple pairs on their IG and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. However, I wasn't as informed as I thought. Some of the pairs I thought would be appropriate were too narrow for my face. That's where the expertise of Ginelle (not sure if I'm spelling it correctly) came in. She showed me a couple that were cool but I wasn't in love...and then another worker suggested a pair that were sunglasses and shared that they could give me that frame with my prescription and once I tried them I knew it would be a deep love. I purchased the Casper in a white Tortoise and black frame and Tilley in Rose'. Eyewear never looked this chic. This teacher ‍ swag just got seriously upgraded. What gives me greater joy is that for 1 yr if I happen to scratch or knick them in any way I can just have them taken care of at no extra cost. I will NEVER purchase glasses anywhere else. read more

My favorite place to get glasses. Naiya previously helped me to pick out a chic pair. I definitely got thumbs up from the customers knowing that the choice was excellent for me. Naiya was absolutely wonderful, bubbly, and able to multi-task helping all of the customers while still taking the time to assist me with my questions. That is a not an easy thing when an influx of customers come in at once. And Dr. Letafat was awesome as well with the eye examination. She was courteous, professional, and efficient with the exam. Ever since I had to begin wearing glasses in my 30's I trusted Warby Parker to be my eyeglass place. I appreciate their charitable spirit (they donate one pair of glasses for each one purchased) and they try to keep the manufacturing costs of the glasses down to a reasonable price. On top of that their customer service is always fantastic. As such I was extremely pleased to see that WB had opened up a branch in the Meatpacking district. I came by to browse their new selections at this branch and my expectations were met and then some. In general the stores try to have someone at the door greeting everyone who comes in. The staff was very helpful with questions about everything from their procedures to fashion styles. On top of all this their stores have a beautiful layout. Mixing classic decor with a modern touch, the store looks almost like an elaborate living room in a large house. It is absolutely gorgeous. While I did not make a purchase this day, I do plan on doing so soon and I would be happy to do it at this branch. If you're in the market for glasses, definitely give these guys a visit. read more

I have long admired the affordable and stylish glasses available online at Warby Parker. While the selection is smaller than at traditional retailers, I liked the available styles, materials, and colors. After two free at-home trials (five frames each time), I stopped off at a Warby Parker location for an eye appointment and to finalize my selection. I was in for a happy surprise during this visit: 1. The store had a hip/urban aesthetic that was more in keeping with a fashion-forward brand than a clinical optical store. This location featured exposed brick walls and ductwork, tall shelves of frames flanked by long mirrors, and long wood tables, also with frames displayed. 2. There was a happy energy that vibrated from all the shoppers - they were enjoying their try-ons. 3. The staff was friendly and helpful in setting me up with an appointment and taking final measurements. These tablet-toting staff helped to process the order quickly. I selected a frame which was narrow and rectangular. The polycarbonate lenses included anti-scratch and anti-reflective coatings. My Warby Parker experience was notable in that it was vastly different from other optical store visits. So much so I had no qualms making this purchase despite the fact that there are no Warby Parkers where I live and, therefore, no offline support. The glasses took a bit longer to receive than I anticipated. They look good, fit well, and are actually a bit lighter (in weight) than my current frames. So happy with the entire process. read more

I like that the sales people weren't pushy. However, the sales person that helped me literally was falling asleep "while" he was speaking to me. His name is Larry I think. He was helpful but he either has narcolepsy or some sort of condition as this is not normal at all. during my 30 minutes there he literally would clock-out several times while he was standing there. When I would look at myself in the mirror, and turned back to ask him his opinion he would be dozed off while standing. it was the weirdest experience I have ever had with a salesperson. My partner visited this store to make updates to his order as the store made a mistake to the prescription. One of their store employees (male, chubby, wearing glasses) exhibited extremely inappropriate behavior towards my partner. He repeatedly used his arms and hands to point different spots in the store, using a loud and condescending tone, demanding my partner to move here and there: "Come here!!", "Wait here!". It almost felt like he was training a dog, in a very bad way. After the second time he behaved like this, my partner told him "This is so rude, I'm not a dog". He then said "Sorry, I didn't know you could hear me as you are wearing headphones", a response that is far from an apology but full of ignorance. My partner couldn't help but felt being discriminated as a racial minority. read more

After knowing of their online presence for a while I came across this location after coming down from the High Line. The shop is nice with all glasses out in the opening so you can freely try anything you like on. The prices for the frames are quite reasonable and there are many different styles to choose from. If you need help the staff is very helpful. All in all a great way to buy a new pair of specs I wish all eyeglass shops were this accessible and friendly. read more

I was walking on the high line the other day and saw Warby Parker down below. The store is so fun and well organized even though it was busy. They measured my pupillary distance so that I could finish my online order... On their website I got distracted and decided to do another "try on at home box" to see the winter collection. Any company or store that aspires to be known for great customer service has something to learn from Warby Parker. From the registration process online to the glasses/contacts exam, the whole experience was easy and seamless. I was initially worried about booking my eye appointment through the store and not a hospital, but Dr. Oh was the best eye doctor I've seen out of my 13 years of needing glasses. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The salesperson (don't remember his name, but he was medium height and Asian) was also super nice and helpful in helping me find glasses. They were the only eyeglass store I could find open on a Sunday when I accidentally sat on my glasses. I asked an employee and then the manager if they could help repair them, explaining that the store where I had purchased them went out of business during Covid lockdown. They were extremely unfriendly and said they could not help me since I didn't buy the frames from them and then they turned away and ignored me. I do not recommend going to this location and based on their attitude I would never buy anything from Warby Parker. read more

I just received my new glasses. I needed an eye check up which was done there by appointment. I was given the Covid q & a prior to being allowed in the store. The associate despite doing this all day made it sound like a conversation. The eye exam was both thorough and professional. I had a fairly good idea of which glasses I to wanted to buy thanks to the virtual try on app. However, I was happy to have a chance to actually try them on at the store. After you try on the glasses, you place them in a box where they are given a thorough cleaning prior to be placed back on the shelf. The store was impeccably clean and the associates courteous and responsive. The glasses arrived today. Each one fits perfectly and looks great. I am a total Warby Parker fan. read more

This place sucks. The glasses are alright, but hit one of their other locations. When my wife and I came in, it was pretty empty, save for the ten or so employees in their jackets. No worries, we just wanted to see how the wife's masterpiece of a face looked in a few frames. We had the prescription handy, so it was just a matter of finding what we liked and ordering. We asked an employee (easy to ID because of their blue fake medical coats) who we talk to about ordering and he says "Anybody in a blue medical jacket." You mean, like the one that you're currently wearing? Long story short, she ordered the glasses online, and they look okay, but feel super cheap. Warby Parker really does it. Affordable frames and lenses, with all sunglasses polarized. We followed them since inception and brought into the hype: Good hype, because it is all real. We have several sunglasses from them, from their higher range and they all held beautifully. I have not gotten any prescription glasses yet since I was not able to find a style that I truly liked and felt comfortable looking like a geek with. The service is great once you seek them out. Otherwise, you are free to roam in the store and try the frames on at your own pace. This place can get a bit busy during the weekends but it is still bearable. I took my mother here for a pair of sunglasses. She doesn't speak much English but she had fun shopping here. The staff were all very polite and kind to her, specially the young man who did the adjustments. Their customer service is good both online and in person. P.S. They are kind of like Tom's shoes, giving a pair of glasses to the needed when you buy a pair. read more

Came in for an eye exam and it was splendid. Smooth process to sign in, plus there's a set of screens towards the back at the reference desk that displays the individuals that are queued up - very cool. I met with Dr. Anh Dinh and she is phenomenal. Each step she took came with clear and concise explanations. Additionally, she provided some feedback on the health of my eyes and suggestions to help them daily. No difficulties whatsoever, the exam experience was excellent. I love Warby Parker. It's one of my dreams to work in their corporate offices in NYC because I love it so much. I even consider myself a representative because I recommend them to everyone I know who needs eye wear. Their glasses are stylish and trendy, great quality, and for an unbeatable price. I'm now on my third pair of Warby Parker glasses and first pair of their sunglasses. The first two pairs I unfortunately misplaced and lost (one in Europe), so for the price, it was easy to replace. It's a very simple concept too. I love going into the stores because not only are their employees so fricken nice and friendly, but you get to try on all the glasses and really decide which one is most fitting. I've also done the free at home trials, which allows you to try on up to 5 glasses. Once you have picked out a pair you want, you take a picture of your prescription, upload a profile, and the glasses are shipped to you in a week. Best deal ever. Not only do I have amazing experiences every time I'm in store, but also out of the store. Their customer service is incredible. One of my glasses broke in half (like right down the middle). I freaked out because I need my glasses to see. I looked like such a dork having to tape it up in the middle, so I decided to call them. I told them my situation, how I've had these glasses for only a year and they broke, and amazingly enough, they shipped me a brand new free pair. Even better, it was with my newest prescription. While the Annex doesn't sell you any frames directly, their helpful, friendly staff is still all over you like salted caramel sauce atop three scoops of vanilla ice cream with candied pecans and a dab of fresh whipped cream. Meaning, they're amazing. They'll help you find the perfect frames while not being too pretentious or pushy, and guide you through an order through their website. And if you don't have your prescription handy, they also have a $50 onsite optometrist (if you care to wait). The store is laid out to be self-serving (LOVE!) with plenty of colors in each style so you're not just waiting for that pushy nobody who's just walking around the store with the pair you wanted to see in their hand. Ok, that was me. But I wanted to take a picture with them in the free photo booth. Yes, free. Oh, and I think they have free coffee in the back too. Go. Enjoy! read more

Bought a set of frames last week. Was super happy with them when they came in but the prescription was a little bit off from my previous glasses. Mike, one of the eye specialists here was super patient, kind and knowledgeable. He informed me that the prescription I was given by my eye doctor was different (actually not as strong) as the glasses I'd purchase a few years back which caused the difference. In the end, I was able to get the frames repaired without a hassle or inconvenience. Definitely my new favorite vision care center. read more

I got a pair of progressives here in 2014, and it was a very positive experience. Knowledgeable clerk, smooth order, glasses were ready within the week. That experience was 4-star. Last week I came in to get the same frames refilled with a more recent prescription. It would have taken 2 weeks to refill the glasses which is too long (longer than last time). The clerk explained that orders with new frames are faster because everything is processed together (I suppose in China?). The clerk asked didn't I have contacts? Yes, I do, but see, you're an eyeglass shop so maybe you shouldn't be pushing me to rely on contacts. Secondly, the clerk spent a lot of time trying to find my old order to refer to -- even though I had the paper copy with me. This part was the least confidence-building for me. Why can't you find it, and why can't you refer to the paper copy? Also it sounded like the refill would cost more than if I got a new pair (minus the cost of the frames). i.e. $325 to get a new pair of progressives with new frames, but $275 to refill with the old frames. Frames are ~$100. So basically a $50 penalty to refill. Now I say "it sounded like" because the communication was absolutely baffling. The young man kept mentioning my lenses would cost more because they are high-index, but the math didn't add up. Also he kept asking if I knew what lenses I got before. I say, "The old order is on paper in front of you." He still can't figure it out. So I did not order the refill because a) I was turned off by the markup (again, if I heard right and honestly, I'm still not sure), b) the long wait time, and c) the fact that they spent so much time to find the old order (why do you even need it?) and couldn't find the old order (makes me worry you will lose my new order). My takeaway is that WP is great if you want new frames with new lenses. I don't need to discard old frames with a new order. This experience was about 1.5 star. read more

A tale about customer experience and expectation: Location: Meat Packing District Let me start my tale at the moment I had already chosen the frames and was ready to proceed to the purchase. The young lady who was assisting me. She asked me: "Do you know how you're going to get the prescription?". It sounded like: " Do you know what you're doing?". I was baffled by the attitude. How about giving your customer an idea of the options? The only option that came was to make an appointment in the store for a 75$ eye exam. Lacking any other option, I went for this and made an appointment for the next week. No other information was volunteered. She would enter the information about the chosen frames (one regular and one for sunglasses) in the system. Expectation created: next week I could just walk back in the store without having to look for the frames again. I thought this was it and left the store. Later I realized that 75$ was pretty expensive for an eye exam. I did some research and found I could get an eye exam in Chinatown for only 20$. At this point I opted to cancel the appointment and called the store to do so. Since I didn't get any previous information about the cost of the lenses I asked how much extra this would be. The answer: it's included in the price of the frame (95$) unless the prescription would be outside certain parameters and then it would be no more than 30$. I was totally fine with that. Expectation was created: this was still within my budget to purchase and again I felt assured I would not waste time again in the store searching of the right frames. Fast forward to today (one week later): I enter the store again with my prescription and expected to proceed quickly as I already had chosen the frames. The information however was deleted with the appointment, although I specifically mentioned on the phone during the cancellation that I was planning to come back for the frames. Expectation not met. The sales representative who was helping me now explained that I should have gotten an email with the information. So the tools for communications were at hand but the previous sales representative chose not to use this tool. It took me a while to make sure I found the right frames again. Everyone wearing glasses can tell you how important it is to feel totally comfortable with the choice of frames. Now the sales representative asks me if I need prescription lenses for the sunglasses too. It stands to reason that when someone wants to buy 2 frames that person would like to see the world as sharp as possible with both of them. Right? Now she tells me that, for the sunglasses, they don't make the lenses in blue. they are only available in a brownish grey. Expectation again not met. I chose these glasses because of the combination of frame and lens color. I really thought it looked awesome on me and I was looking forward to wear them and feeling good about it. At this point I was feeling I wanted to cancel the purchase of the sunglasses. I decided to proceed because, according to the information I previously received, this would cost me any more. So if I wanted another color I could always decide to change later somewhere else. Now comes the kicker: I'm getting told that Its going to be 150$ instead of 95$ for the sunglasses. What?! Are you trying to recoup on the lost eye exam? No deal. That's a near 60% increase in price! Very disappointed, I cancelled the purchase on the sunglasses. I proceeded with the purchase of the other glasses. However, it will depend if Warby Parker will meet my expectations regarding the follow up of this review whether I will keep these or just return it and ask my money back. Your play now Warby Parker, and in the mean time try explaining your employees they should do more for the customer than just stand in the store and look hip in order to close a sale. read more

An acquaintance mentioned this place to me just prior to our New York visit, and as luck would have it, I arrived armed with a brand-new optical prescription. We sought out this location, and I'm glad we did - now I'm a fan. I expected a pleasant boutique with lots of available assistance and a decent variety of frames - all true. What I didn't expect were prices starting under $100. Even with the special machinations required to accommodate my gawd-awful vision, I left spending less than $200 - something I can never accomplish on less fashionable options at my local optician. All this, in a place that completely appealed to my sense of quirk. And there's the added socially responsible bonus of their practice of donating a pair of glasses for every pair bought. Now that I've experienced the boutique in person, I know I'll be going the mail-order route so I can get more of their wares. read more

Sometimes I wonder how WP makes any kind of profit. The prices are low yet the styles are great; The company is socially responsible yet they still manage to over-staff their actual stores. I swear the staff to patron ratio was 3:1 on my visit!) Surprisingly, while most businesses with this lopsided ratio tend to be overbearing (on the customer end) with pushy hawk-like sales folks, the staff at WP have figured out how to blend into the background until you need them. I am horrible at remembering names - in this case, I couldn't figure out FOR THE LIFE OF ME what the frames I wanted to see were called. Fortunately, the staff came to the rescue. They were able to help me find what i want (and better!) by just a mere description of the frame shapes. Within 10 minutes, I was measured and my order was placed. Amazing. It saddens me that this location is purely an annex (with the main NYC HQ being in the Puck - aka Will and Grace - Building) and is due to close its doors at the end of March 2013. read more

I wear my glasses more often than I'll wear contacts. I am so over going to larger name eyewear chains (and don't even get me started on the cost of glasses for my particular brand of blindness). I knew that I was interested in getting a pair of glasses from Warby Parker but had no idea how easy the process could be in an actual storefront. This location was great. I easily found an eye exam time towards the end of the day, didn't have to wait long upon check-in, and had a thorough chat about the change in my rx with the doc. After my exam, I had an attentive salesperson all to myself who was more than willing to pull the 12 pairs that I wanted to try on. You do have to wait 7 to 10 days for your glasses to arrive in store, but hey, no home try ons! In store, you also have the benefit of getting the opinions of the salespeople. Once my glasses arrived, the adjusters were pretty helpful in making sure they fit correctly and that I was happy with them. When it gets crowded and backed up they seem a bit rushed. I did return to the store after a few days with the glasses. There seemed to be an imperfection in the frames that shouldn't be there. Since they keep the frames in stock, they were able to transfer my lenses to another set of the same frames on the spot with no problem. So far I've been pleased with my glasses and can see myself returning for a second pair. read more

Yesterday was my 4th visit at this location. Visit 1: I had never purchased WP frames before and was in need of new eyeglasses. I was interested in what I saw so I set up an appointment for an eye exam the next week. Friendly staff, easy to make an appointment, walked out feeling excited. Visit 2: Quick eye exam with Dr. Dinh. She was friendly, professional, but it felt rushed. I didn't complain because I figured it's just a busy location. I picked out the frames I liked. I chose the half blue, half clear Durand. They took my measurements and, being that my head is a bit wide, I expressed concern about proper fit. They assured me that they would be made to fit on my face properly. Again, walked out feeling excited. Third visit: I received an email notification after two days that my eyeglasses were ready. I was told 10-14 days so I was surprised. I stopped in and tried on the eyeglasses. Before I put them on, I remember thinking "wow, these look amazing!" When I finally tried them on, that is when things went wrong. I paid for the thinnest lenses (and therefore most expensive) which, having a higher prescription, I was sure would happen from the beginning. Totally okay with that. The problem was when I tried the eyeglasses on everything was off. The frames felt heavy, they were suction cupped to my face and extremely ill fitting, but worst of all my left eye could not focus. I kept trying to blink and give them a moment to adjust but my eye just kept straining. Being that my prescription had not changed much, it did not make sense that the prescription seemed as if my sight had changed drastically. I expressed my concerns and the gentleman assisting me took the frames and began altering them so that they would fit better. He heated the frames up with a machine in specific spots so that he could alter the way the frames fit. I noticed immediately that when he heated up the blue parts of the frame the color warped and became clear. He had me try them on again and I repeated multiple times that my left eye couldn't focus. The more he altered them, the worse it got. The frame color was warped now and didn't look anything like the frames I wanted. I told him they were not okay. He consulted with a colleague and, during which, it was clear he thought there was nothing wrong with them. Additionally, he was checking out my old frames (not Warby Parker frames) that I was still using and was popping the lenses in and out and bending the frames (without my consent) and I just felt like "what the hell is going on here? These are my glasses!" In the end, the two gentleman agreed to have the Durand frames remade. I was told they would be expedited and they apologized for any inconvenience. Fourth visit: The first pair were ready in 2 days with "normal" shipping. This second pair with "expedited" shipping were ready after almost 2 weeks. Already not feeling positive about this. I get called over and presented with the "new pair." I picked the eyeglasses up and was mortified to see that the blue color in the frames was discolored and absent in parts the exact same way the first pair were when they had been heated up by the prior gentleman when he was trying to alter the fit. I couldn't believe it. I looked at the guy and said, "is this the same pair?" He told me no. I then asked him why the color was distorted just like they had been after the previous frames were heated up and altered? He told me that it must be how they were manufactured at the location. This is where I need to stop for a moment. Let's say, for argument sake, these are in fact a new pair. He is telling me that he is willingly and openly presenting to me a product that I paid for that is inferior and does not look like the product advertised or even like the sample frames on the showroom floor. And that apparently I'm supposed to be okay with that? Couple that with the fact that when I put them on, the same exact fit issues were present and my left eye is still straining to focus. Am I wrong to think that this could very well be the same exact pair? The frames look just like the altered, discolored frames presented to me on my third visit, the fit is problematic in the same way, and the lenses are straining my left eye. I was very displeased and upset. I told him that these eyeglasses were not right, had the same issues as before, and that frankly I did not want to come back to the location a fifth time. Do you think there was any interest in trying to rectify or understand the problem? Well, you would be wrong. I was told I would be issued a refund (which I still haven't received) and was sent on my way. That's it. No apologies. Nothing. Complete disappointment. It became obvious to me that quantity of sales is heavily outweighed over quality service. I will not be recommending Warby Parker to anyone anytime soon. read more

Seamless experience here. I lost my glasses one day after owning them for about two years and decided I was overdue for a new pair. I resolved to make my way here as I've had countless friends recommending WB frames to me. Was able to book an appointment the same day at around 11am-12pm. I strolled in and was immediately greeted to Dr. Anh Dinh who was remarkably friendly and very attentive in her detail. After having my eyes checked out, I was greeted to a remarkable selection of frames and after taking a good 15-20 minutes to decide, I picked out my frames and chose to have them expedited. I received my glasses about three days later from the time I visited and while I did require an adjustment twice (not used to metal frames sitting heavy on my face), they are finally fitting well and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Very friendly staff here and they're all smiles. As I had to stop in here numerous times for frame adjustments and my initial visit, I was greeted immediately each time and taken care of on the spot. My frames now fit great and the prescription is dead on. Very happy with my experience here and my purchase! read more

I have a confession: I always hated wearing glasses. As a kid, I thought they looked incredibly dorky. I was convinced that I didn't need them, because I thought that I could see just fine without them. I ditched them fairly quickly and went through the majority of my childhood glasses-free. Now, a good 10 years and lots of headaches and eye strain later, I finally decided to bite the bullet, get my prescription updated, and pick out some frames that I wouldn't be embarrassed to wear. I booked my eye exam appointment online (the night before, I might add), and as they recommended, I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I got my eyes checked by Anh Dinh, who was awesome, by the way. She sanitized everything, explained each step in the exam process, and was very nice. If you go for a full exam, be sure to bring some sunglasses to wear afterwards, because you will get your pupils dilated! Once I was done with the exam, I picked out my frames. I can't say much about the customer service aspect of this part of the process, because I had already picked out my frames and went straight to checkout. Paying was a quick and simple process, it was done on an iPad with the receipt sent straight to my email. I was in and out within the hour. Overall, I would definitely come back to this location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a large variety of affordable, stylish frames to choose from. This place definitely changed my mind about the fashionability of glasses - I can't wait to receive them in the mail! read more

I love the concept of warby parker and probably wouldn't shop for glasses at another optical store now. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and the style that you're getting. And I think that's it, the price point is very attractive for stylish glasses, but that's also where Warby misses the mark a bit: the glasses are neither high quality (clearly a step below some of the designers) and not super cheap when you're done. So if you're looking for something right down the fairway for glasses, come here. But if you want something truly stylish: not warby. Looking for cheap glasses: also not Warby. Would love it if they introduced both a higher quality pair of glasses and also a lower price point pair of glasses. Also, this store is absolutely mobbed on weekends so they're definitely doing something right. read more

I NEVER KNEW THERE WAS AN ACTUAL WARBY PARKER STOREFRONT! My poor brother. We accidentally found this place (which is weird, because it is in a pretty tucked away location). And I dragged him in and then proceeded to try on every single pair of glasses in the store. Not serious, but I'm sure it felt that way to him. We definitely made our way around the perimeter of the store. Of course I couldn't impulse buy a pair of glasses but I took a few pictures in some and most definitely will to come back to purchase a pair (or four, including prescription sunglasses!)
