Had I been told that they would not come as mirrors and I needed to add more money, let me decide but Vision Works didn't give me as a customer the opportunity to make an educated decision one that might benefit me. Instead they gave me what they wanted me to have. If suggestive selling is going to add more revenue to your business, why not suggestive sell. Let me say yes or no. When I mentioned about a missing screw on an old pair of glasses purchased elsewhere, the manager said to bring them in when I pick up my new reading glasses.
