Tanya let us know that if we lock in and watch the pricing, if a lower price is tagged we simply call her and she will give us the lower price. We did do this during the Labor Day sale and got several hundred dollars off our total. Our appliances were delivered without issue. We do have a panel of our oven that has a broken clip and it's in process of being replaced. We also were able to take advantage of the Dakota County energy saving rebate which I will see on my next bill. Good experience overall.

I found Jason, "The Fanman," through ChatGPT. I called and explained what was happening, and Jason immediately took the time to talk with me and explain a few things I could try myself. Since my fan is mounted high on the ceiling, I had to hire an electrician to take it down. Unfortunately, it wasn't a simple fix, so we shipped it from Oklahoma all the way to Jason in Minnesota. He repaired it, and they shipped it back surprisingly quickly. The total cost was actually less than I expected. This Casablanca fan is 34 years old and had never given us a single problem until now. We really didn't want to replace it, and thanks to Jason, we didn't have to. I probably called him two or three times during the process, and every time he was polite, helpful, and patient. His staff was great as well. If you have a Casablanca fan that needs repair, I honestly believe Jason is the guy to call anywhere in the United States. Heck, for all I know, he may even repair them from overseas--I didn't ask! Great service, fair pricing, excellent communication, and a successful repair on a 34-year-old fan. I have gotten rid of my past sewing machine now, but still have troubles with the embroider. They were always happy to charge me $150 for repairs. When i finally realized that I had defective sewing machines, I went to exchange the machine and they would not let me go with anything less than $2,500. I took the machine home and ordered a $600 machine on Amazon. It works perfectly. I would NOT recommend buying a machine from them.
