Very pleased with the service i received from our plumber Edwin. I called about 10 places and found that warranted plumbing was a reasonable price. My mom had a back up in her kitchen sink. When i called they said someone would be out in about 30 min. 20 min later he was there. After fixing the sink fairly quickly i told him we also had an issue with one of our toilets. After deciding to buy a new one he left to go get one and was back quickly. I was in need of a repair to the main water line coming into my house. I had called another plumber that came out, dug a hole, did not identify where the leak was exactly, told me he needed to get tools and that he would need to break up the walkway the pipe was under. Our water heater stopped working the night before. The next morning I called for immediate service because it's winter time and my house is full with family from the holidays and we have no hot water. I called the next morning and I got immediate service. Initially they were gonna come between 2-4 then they called and was able to move it up immediately. Luis showed up and he was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining the pros and cons of either repairing our current water heater and replacing it. Our current water heater was 9 years old which is the same heater we had when we purchased the house new in 2012, so we came to the conclusion that it was time to replace it. We recently determined that we were paying for a lot more water than made sense. I was unable to identify the source of the leak and so decided to call for help. We first called Letts as we have used them before and were happy with them. Unfortunately they have become pretty popular and I got tired of playing phone tag with their answering service. So I called Warranted Plumbing. They answered right away and scheduled a visit for the next day. Some hours later they called to say a plumber was in my area and could come over right away. Gratefully, we accepted the offer. Luis Chavez was the lead of two technicians that responded. I was pretty sure that the leak had to be in the crawl space as I'd eliminated a yard leak and believed that the toilets were not leaking. He politely listened. He went into the crawl space briefly and said. I think your problem is with the nearest toilet. I was skeptical, Luis was right. He fixed it, tested it. Charged a fair amount and informed me that the work was guaranteed for 90 days. We have reduced our daily water usage by about 600 gallons since he came. I contacted them for a service this morning at 7AM and by 9:30AM they were at my house. They repaired a leaking drain pipe under the kitchen in the crawl space from outside the house, removed and capped a venting pipe, and snaked the main drain pipe to clear the exit.
