If I could give a literally "0" star to this salon I would. They schedule you an appoinment then 30 min before your appt, they cancel it without any explanation. I have been to this new salon several times. Warning, the management gives free reign over what the colorist charges. My charge with Catalina for single process and highlights has been $450. When I went to the desk to pay I was told the fee was $750. I called out to Catalina about the price. If the front desk or Catalina gave me this quote prior to me sitting down in the chair I would have walked out. Completely unprofessional. Catalina has always been about 2 hours late while I waited for her. Showing her a photograph is a waste of time. She agrees to do the work like the photo and then ignores just about everything I request and what the photo looks like. She is dishonest, and absolutely not worth $750. Presently, she is actually hounding my husband to have me give her a "Like" on her Instagram. That will never happen and never will I return to this salon. I reached out to Vera the manager and learned how two-faced this manager can be. I do not recommend this salon even if they were offering the color service for free. read more

THE BEST experience with Artem for my haircut and Trevy for my color. It was my first time at Warren and it was an impulsive trip to the salon at that. Both of them worked with me to create a vision that prioritized dimension and the integrity of my hair. Artem is an artist with scissor hands. He's truly unbelievable at framing your cut to compliment your face, coloring, and structure. He understood that I liked my hair long but managed to rid me of all that needed to go and gave me such beautiful, face-framing layers. My balayage by Trevy is so sun kissed and natural. She's honest and realistic about color goals which I appreciate so, so much (especially after going to salons that always bleached the sh*t out of my hair and ultimately killed my texture). If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I went to Warren Tricomi Salon for a simple blowdry, and it turned into the WORST experience of my life. The stylist completely ruined my hair. The blowdry left my roots curly and frizzy--it looked like I hadn't even been to a salon. Then, she convinced me my hair was 'dead' and needed a trim, which I DIDN'T EVEN WANT. Without discussing the price beforehand, she freestyled the cut, CHOPPED OFF so much length, and charged me $150 MORE than what I initially expected. Now my hair is unrecognizably short, and the blowdry was a total disaster. I'm beyond furious. This place is a complete rip-off, and the lack of professionalism is shocking. They do great hair cuts and color. I haven't been in years, but they take all major credit cards, and there is free parking behind the salon. I went to the one in Greenwich, CT and someone did my highlights to my rather unruly hair. I think her name was Allison. I don't know if they still have some of the same staff. Fifty Shades of Brass and Ash... Not the Salon to go to if you want your hair colored blonde! My hair was colored by one of Edward Tricomi's Color Corrector Specialist! I started off platinum and wanted to have contrast added to my hair. I grew my roots out. The colorist broke my base color and gave me bright orange/ brass roots and ash/ white/ gray hair. Buying a box of hair color at CVS would be a better choice over going to this Salon. read more

Okay, I went for my second manicure from bloom spot and I don't think I will be using the third. It started out okay, the manicurist was very friendly, let me try a few polishes on before committing to the one I brought with me. The filing job was lousy, my nails were all different shapes. My cuticles were a mess and the manicure chipped by the end of the day! They also used that cheap quick dry nail spray which (in my experience) dulls the manicure and makes it chip faster. I also felt like I was rushed out. Not given any time to allow the manicure to dry (hence why she used the spray). I will not be coming back. read more

He is an expert with blondes - he gives me the most perfect, natural looking golden blonde color (most recently I went a little icier and I am obsessed). I have never had a cut or color with him that I didn't love. I have really fine, straight hair and he always takes the time to make sure my cut is blended. My hair texture is normally frizzy/curly and she turns it into pure silky smoothness. There is no breakage and I don't have to straighten my hair for another 6-8 months!
