Lots of sushi, sashimi, nigiri, salads, soups, variety of appetizers (not all fried stuff!) and hibachi (beef, chicken and shrimp). Tonight, the food arrived pretty quickly after we put in an order. There was an issue toward the end of the evening when the app stopped working at our table and the table next to ours. The Staff did what they could to fix things; it did take about 20 minutes, though. I'm assuming this isn't typical. Their sushi rolls with "spicy tuna" or "spicy salmon" were chock full of tempura/panko flakes mixed with the fish, resulting in barely any actual tuna or salmon in the roll. Any rolls with tempura shrimp were soggy and lukewarm. Don't trust any videos you see online of this place because the actual rolls you get are 70% rice. This is the worst sushi experience I've ever had, mainly because it caused terrible indigestion from unsafe food handling on Kabuto's part.
