The staff were efficient and our sandwiches were ready pretty quickly, even with a small lunch rush line. When I say The Caputo was one of the best Italian sandwiches I've ever had, I mean it. The veggies were delightfully fresh, the meats were aplenty, and the olive oil + balsamic was perfect without making the bread soggy. My husband also raved about his sandwich might I add. The staff were friendly, and there is a small seating area should you wish to enjoy your sandwiches next door. We also browsed around the market area and picked up some truffles and pasta flour so I could try my hand at making homemade pasta.
