Then told that the person on second shift will take a look at it. So called the next day. Told it was being looked at. Called in the afternoon as it was looked at by a tech in the morning.....then told it was the wrong tech and it needed to be an electrical tech that looked at it, which was what I was told when dropping the unit off. Was also told a week....now it is 1.5 weeks. Let's see how this goes...just poor communication by the reception desk or something else like the other bad reviews. Unfortunately I have a $45 deposit. That should have been my sign. Next update will be my next interaction....just hoping it is better. 1 week gone by - When I dropped it off it was a week. Then it was 1.5 weeks. Today.....no one has looked at it, and it will be at least two weeks. It feels like a hostage situation. Can't even get a word in other than what they want to tell you. I am going to pick up the system and take it elsewhere. Wonder what nightmare awaits me at pick up. The next call is to Greenworks. After all Greenworks list this place as an Authorized Workshop.
