They took forever to complete a simple repair. I had to call and demand my car back. When I picked up my vehicle they acted like it was no bid deal and did not even explain the long wait. Then when I got my vehicle back every seat covering was taken off and I needed to put back on. The repair was a tire and no reason to touch my seat covering s. They left my spare tire out so I had to put back in place . I have a truck and my tire is heavy and it was difficult for me to do this. read more

TERRIBLE!!! I got an accident in MAY 2023 where I rear ended someone so the whole front of my car needed to be fixed. This place was the only place my insurance could get to work on my car. I live in BG which is 45 minutes from Gresham. (Keep this is mind as you read how many times I have come back here). They had my car for almost 2 months and when I came back my car had scratches on the side of the car and I didn't have the emblem on the front of my car. When I left my car drove weird, everytime I accelerated it sound like a muscle car very loud but I couldn't figure out why. I came back to have the scratches buffed and the emblem put back on and the scratches were still there. They said they couldn't get them off and gave me a free car wash voucher. I went to Idaho and realized my headlights were not working. The manager (I can't remember his name but he's terrible and a gaslighter), tried claiming they ran the tests and the lights were working when I picked it up before my trip. I have no idea how long they were not working. My brights were working and fog lights but not the main ones. They had my car for another 2 weeks trying to figure out what the problem was. Turns out the headlight compartment was not compatable with my car.If they tested it the first time they would've known that. When I picked my car up for the 3rd time for the headlights I noticed a gap in between my hood and the driver side panel. I lifted the hood and the left panel was cracked. The manager said "Oh I saw it was like that before and it should be a problem." I told him it was a full frontal repair it should not be cracked. Then I noticed a hose was missing. He tried claiming it might not be a necessity. So again I had to take my car home and then come back another day because they were trying to get my insurance to cover their many mistakes. They didn't call me for a week thinking I would forget. I called myself and they had me bring it back in to be fixed. I got there at 4:40. Enterprise closed at 5. They knew I was coming and failed to have enterprise bring the car over and they claimed because I didn't call ahead of time to say I was going to be 10 minutes late there was nothing they could do to get my car and that I needed to reschedule and then come back again and to call and let them know I was on my way so they could get the car there and ready for me. I rescheduled, called as I was on my way there to drop off my car. They didn't have the rental car there ready, in fact I waited 40 minutes. I finally picked my car up again for hoepfully the final time after another 2 weeks of waiting. They put on a new hose for that missing piece, new side panel, and repainted the door with all the scratches. My car is now driving normal for now. The dome light doesn't work but at this point I am so tired of dealing with them that I'm just letting it go. DON'T GO HERE TO HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED! The quality of work is terrible and then they try to gaslight you into not having them fix it. They didn't reimburse me or offer any services for free to compensate for my gas for the many trips I had to take. read more

DO NOT GO HERE.......... RUDE SERVICE.... Had are truck for 4 months.. didn't fix it correctly. It looked like they just threw things back on the truck. Didnt care about it. Yes its a older truck. If I could give them 10 starts I would! The whole team was amazing, from both the receptionist to their service team. I dropped my car off on feb 28th with two passenger side doors smashed in. I figured the repairs would take months, with them already being booked out months ahead. I received my car 03/23/23 not even a FULL month later! I appreciated the tip on asking my insurance to lower my deductible being the accident wasn't my fault. I also received constant updates on my vehicle weekly with ETA's of service. I've had a really difficult time with this repair shop. They initially refused to provide even a guess of repair time, even with an estimate provided by my insurance company. They do get points for at least trying to provide email updates 2x per week, but they don't do a good job of explaining what their updates actually mean in terms of completion. The repair completion timeline has been unclear and ever-changing. When I called to ask for clarification, the representative was extremely rude on the phone. At this point, I just feel defeated. The repair shop has not provided any sort of cost/time estimate and I'm scared to find out what they come up with after all of these delays. If you are a planner and looking for repairs for your only vehicle, I recommend going elsewhere. When it started taking longer than originally communicated and I asked about cancelling, they said that the car was disassembled and I was basically stuck in the sort of tone that suggested I was stupid for asking. Not customer-friendly if you're not very knowledgeable about cars or body work. As soon as I get my vehicle back from them (assuming I do eventually get my car back since we're going on 3 weeks and counting for what I understand is a basic bumper repair & paint job), I won't be returning. read more

Total scam , horrific customer service, went for repairs and got scheduled for work. Estimated by Rena. Have been waiting for month and a half for our appointment. This is an insurance job so..... Called today to confirm and was told they have no record of estimate. No appointment and she no longer works here. Now have to start all over. Thanks for nothing. Oh by the way while trying to figure out what went sideways they hung up on us. Only use this body shop if you don't need your vehicle back. You want to get jerked around. This is the only place that I trust with my car now. Hands down, this is the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am a firm believer that connections make the difference in service. I chatted with not one, not two, but three outstanding guys that work at classic collision today. Justin, Joe, and Noah were fantastic and took care of everything I needed and more. I had previously gone to them when my window got stuck while rolled down on a rainy day. They were the only place from Gresham to Portland that would fit me in to raise my window back up so my car wouldn't get wet. Not only did Joe get my window back up, but they figured out what was wrong and told me the parts I needed to purchase so they could fix it permanently. I came back in today with the parts in hand. They had me in and out in under a half hour. During that time Justin and I talked for a while about work since he and I worked in the same industry. They made me a cup of coffee and sat around and chatted. Noah was the one to fix my car and pulled it around. I will be a customer for life. read more

My experience was poor. The service was completely unreliable. Every ETA I was given kept getting extended with excuse after excuse. First the technician was out sick for days and then a technician suddenly quits. Regardless the manager didnt seem to make any attempt to rectify the situation and kept making his problems my problem. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I am not unsympathetic to unforeseen issues when running a business, however, you still need to do what you can to help your customers instead of just throwing your hands in the air and i never got anything other than excuses why things weren't done read more
