I was glad to see that Tim arrived exactly when he stated he would, and came in with all the tools he needed, plus more. As well as took his time to full diagnose the issue. We came to the agreement that the water heater needed to be replaced due to multiple factors. He didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary things and I was the one that requested and recommended extra work that needed to be done such as valve replacement and vent inspection. Tim went above and beyond with installing new straps, the valve, water heater, reseated the ducting properly, as well as as put in a much needed gas pipe to reduce any dirt or debris from the gas line into the water heater burner. It took him a bit longer than expected, but he thoroughly tested the water heater, burner, and hot water. I was very impressed by his work and how clean the installation was. I think for the experience, expertise, and quality of Tim's work its was an excellent value. We even upgraded to a larger tank for not much more which the family was very happy about. Decided to give these guys a try so called them and was able to make a same day appointment. Robert texted ahead of time and arrived within the arrival window. He was very nice, answered all my questions, and fixed 1/4 problems we had. One other issue he says could not be fixed and another he could not find a problem to fix. For the last problem, he said he to see if he could get the part and that he would get back to me. If he made an effort to reach out I missed it and as far as I know he never followed up. Since I was surprised that a special part was needed, I went out to get my own part and will try to fix it myself later. He did fix the main issue we called him out for. Given the mixed experience, I will likely try one of the many other eager plumbers who contacted me on Yelp and give one of them a try in the future, but I will not be opposed to using WR again.
