She was sweet talked into thinking the jewelry she bought was $200/month for 20 months with no interest. Six months in and my mom gets the statement with the real interest and fees, stating it was only a 6 month promotion period of deferred interest. Maureen took advantage of the fact that my mom was Filipino. You would think someone of your kind would do right by you, but not Maureen. Disappointed and Heartbroken I went with my boyfriend to pick up my necklace after it was repaired. The woman who helped us was nice, but unfortunately, that's the only positive part of this experience. I was really excited about this chain because it was the perfect style for my pendant. But the quality and craftsmanship are just awful. The first time I wore it, I immediately noticed a broken link digging into my skin. After just one day, we had to bring it back for a repair, which took nearly two weeks instead of the one week they originally promised. When we finally got it back, the clasp looked dirty and worse than before, but we accepted it because we just wanted to be done with the whole situation. I wore it again today, and now the tiny links are falling off one by one. It's barely hanging on, and I can't even wear it anymore because I'm afraid it will break completely and I'll lose my pendant. I'm so sad and frustrated. I was really looking forward to wearing this necklace, but now we either have to spend even more money to get it fixed at another shop or give up on it entirely. Avoid this place--believe the bad reviews! I took a chance on this store despite the negative reviews because I found the perfect chain for my girlfriend's pendant. The style was exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately, that's the only good thing I can say about my experience. As soon as she put it on, she noticed one of the links was broken and digging into her skin--she didn't even get to wear it for a full day. I brought it back for repair, and since it had already been shortened to her desired length, I had to pay an extra $30 for the fix. That was fine, but they originally told me it would be ready in a week. I ended up having to call them because it wasn't done until nearly two weeks later. When we finally picked it up, the clasp looked dirty and worse than before. At that point, we were just tired of waiting, so we accepted it. But after wearing it again today, the small links started falling off one by one until the chain was barely hanging onto the clasp. Extremely rude lady at the door! My wife and I were genuinely interested to see Rolex watches. The lady curtly pointed us to the outside glass window area with Rolex displays. She did not even welcome us in any way or shape. No sense of courtesy or respect whatsoever. Despicable and insulting attitude. No class whatsoever. On behalf of my mother's experience here, I cannot recommend this business (see the other 1 star reviews for yourself). Long story short - my mom stopped by to check out some watches. She ended up calling me about a "really good deal" she was being offered on the spot for 2 watches and ultimately, she decided to pass on the offer (because why do they need to run your credit for someone who is just browsing? lol) Obviously, the sales lady did not like that she was losing a potential sale, so she thought it would be in her best interest to start making some out of pocket, incredibly condescending comments to my mother about how she lives her life. This place is a SCAM. Please avoid this place at all costs - especially if you're a Filipino. They will sweet talk you calling you "ate" and speak to you in broken Tagalog. I saved my mom from opening a line of credit with them. They told my mom she was signing up for a membership but when I got there I heard them asking about her annual income and SSN. That made me question since memberships only ask for your email and ph#. I demanded told them that my mom was not interested in applying anymore and to stop the application. They refused to give me back the application form my mom signed and the photocopy of her driver's license and credit card. They gave me a photocopy of the application form and on the upper right hand corner it says "credit card application" with Synchrony. They were so sweet when they were trying to sell me diamonds but turned rude and condescending the moment I told them stop processing my mom's application and that we're leaving. I agree with the previous commenter. Their jewelries are way OVERPRICED. Who would sell a thin 14kt ring with very small diamonds for $4000? My 18kt crucifix pendant that I bought at the Vietnamese Shopping Center weighed more and it only cost $500. Just like what the previous commenter said, they also tricked my mom into thinking she won a $1000 discount in a raffle which they said was the highest prize that day. They were probably lying and all the prizes were $1000. Thank God the Lord was watching over us and my mom put the wrong SSN. It saved her from opening a line of credit from a dubious store. I originally got my ring at the location in San Bruno, and it had a mistake on the hidden halo where it was curved as supposed to a straight line. Due to a demanding work schedule, I was unable to take it in right away to get it fixed. Since my engagement, it had passed about 6 months, and I stopped by this store and asked if we can add sizing beads because my ring always tends to rotate. When I asked the manager, Kathy (I believe is her name) said it was not necessary. Because it fits fine, well, it still continuously rotates. In addition, i was flabbergasted when I found out the ring was 14k white gold and not platinum like it was originally requested. We found this out because I asked her to look, and when she looked at the ring she told me only the prongs of the ring were platinum because it would hold better. Furthermore, we then found out that the actual band itself was 14k white gold because they know that white gold holds better than platinum. When I asked them to provide the copy of the receipt request, they sent me a blurry one. So you couldn't read what was actually requesting for the ring. In order to get the hidden halo corrected & straight and look flush, I had to pay 899$ for the warranty. When I handed them the ring I requested the ring to be platinum because that is what we paid for, initially. The manager seemed irritated, but since I had already paid for the warranty she said they would fix it. I handed the ring and I asked to have it back after a certain time (about 3-4 weeks) out. I called 4 weeks out, and they still did not have it. They notified me that it should arrive within the week. When I followed up again, I was told it was sent to the warehouse overseas and they did not have a contact number for me to reach out to. When they called me to pick up the ring after the 6 weeks, it turned out it was my fiancées band that was ready and not mines. They did not specify this in the message. I called throughout the week, and I was told without even asking my name that they would call me and they will reach out and tell me when it's ready - they hung up. They didn't ask my name nor my number. At this point, I did not want to deal with them anymore and was actually extremely disappointed in their customer service, their inability to accept their wrong doings without being charged, and their laziness. I think had they had great service, they could obviously look at the ring, and see the ring was crooked. But instead they told me that the beads were not necessary, and asked for payment for the change of platinum (which was originally paid for when designing the ring), and fixing the hidden halo. In addition to this whole fiasco, my niece was also with us and they were attempting to get her to open up a credit card. They chased her around the store and told her that it was necessary for her to get it so she can have a necklace that would look great on her. This is, an 18-year-old that has no business opening a credit card for a piece of jewelry. Personally, I would never return here again. If I could give zero stars I would. I am getting my beads done at another jewelry store and also getting it appraised at the same time. I'm excited to get a new band at a store that has better customer service- save your money and use it elsewhere. read more

I did spend a lot since it was my birthday but it was worth it cause it's an investment and only had to do monthly payments which was great for me since I had to build my credit anyways. This place is awesome, the people are so kind and helpful. Im only 18 and I was called in with a $850 raffle coupon. I was able to apply that to this 18k chain and diamond pendant I bought and the best part is i was able to finance it with no money down. The managers took their time explaining how credit and financing works as well as writing down everything about the monthly payments which was really helpful. I was really surprised to see the other reviews on this store because my experience was very different.
