My experience with the Diamond ring was an amazing experience. I was really nervous at first but I was greeted by Isaq. He showed me great compassion and was very patient with my indecisiveness. I showed him a ring for inspiration and we were able to help me create a beautifully custom ring below. This wouldn't have been able to be done with him. His follow up during the process was amazing. They have CAD designs of the ring before they have their jewelers start designing the ring, so you have full control of how the ring looks. I made a couple of changes during this process and they were patient with me and showed me the changes on new CAD designs. After 6 weeks (they will be able to make the ring earlier but I wasn't in a rush), Isaq let me know the ring was ready for pick up. They showed me the certificate and was able to get me this beautiful box with a light in it (nice touch). I can't wait for my girlfriend to see this ring. One of the worst customer experiences we've ever had. We purchased a watch from this jewelry store, and it had issues from the very beginning. On the day of purchase, the manager clearly stated that if there were any problems, it would be handled without any issue, which is why we felt confident moving forward with the sale. When the problem actually arose, the situation completely changed. The manager was never available, and suddenly everything became a "final sale", using a seal that was poorly placed and clearly used to take advantage of the customer. No repair, replacement, or solution was ever offered, which is all we were requesting. Instead, we were told to contact another place to repair the watch, completely avoiding responsibility for a defective product they sold. The watch was physically left at the store, with two employees present, and we have video evidence proving this. Despite that, when my husband later followed up, the manager stated that "there is no watch there," denying that the item was ever under their custody. To avoid damaging his credit, my husband was forced to pay the balance, while the watch simply disappeared. The case is currently in an active dispute with the bank due to defective merchandise and the store's mishandling of the situation. The final response from management was essentially: "do whatever you want." This experience shows a complete lack of ethics, accountability, and professionalism. Do not buy your ring or any jewelry from here. The people who work here are super dishonest. Jewelry is meant for happy occasions and this place basically ruined my entire engagement. I bought my fiancés engagement ring from here. We picked something from the display. I was charged for it and they said they'll order in his size. The sales person at the time was nice and said they'll Let me hold onto the display ring in the meantime calling it a loaner. just in case the ring doesn't get here in time for the party. Everything seemed fine. When the ring came in, I was obviously excited . It was a completely different ring. The color was black we ordered a grey one .My fiancé didn't want a black engagement ring and that wasn't what I ordered. I had the loaner in hand to compare the two . See the photo. The manager of the store apologized and said that the grey ring may have been discontinued and the supplier just sends the next option since she's simply entering in a skew to order . I was sad as the engagement was nearing, she said let me try to order again. If it's discontinued we'll give you a REFUND. As she should. Several weeks passed and I didn't get the ring. I went into the store and said at this point I've purchased a new ring from another establishment . I gave back the loaner, and they refused to give me a refund . How can a store refuse a refund when they never provided me with the thing I purchased in the first place . I ordered a ring. You didn't give me the ring. I need my refund. Do NOT SHOP HERE. It will ruin your whole experience for your engagement birthday or whatever occasion. They're dishonest. The rings are just being ordered from some wear-house , they have no clue about their inventory. There's nothing personal here. Do not shop here. They are also lying to my credit card company and said I have the loaner when I handed it to them! I bought a diamond Cartier bracelet from Diamond Ring Co., expecting luxury quality and reliable service. After only a few wears, a metal piece fell off. When I brought it back to the store, I was told by Mohib that their warranty only covers diamonds--which makes absolutely no sense for a high-end piece. He claimed it was "wear and tear," even though I've only worn it 3-4 times a year, strictly for special occasions. He also mentioned that they've sold many of these Cartier diamond bracelets and has "never seen anything like this" before. So what does that mean--did I get sold a faulty one? This isn't the first issue I've had with this place. I've purchased rings and earrings here too, and every time I bring them in for cleaning, a diamond somehow gets "blasted off" and needs replacing. And when they do replace it, it's always with a slightly smaller one. For a store that claims to sell luxury items, the quality is POOR and the customer service is even WORSE. I do not recommend shopping here. Don't waste your money. read more
