Came here to purchase a watch after the Christmas rush - and ended up choosing a Marc by Marc Jacobs watch that I liked at the time. Workers were friendly and helpful as they helped me compare several models of watches before I finally chose the one I wanted. However, Watch Station adjusts the watch to your size and fit if you want to get it fitted before leaving the store. I decided to wait in line and get my watch fitted - bad choice. They took a ton of time taking out the links to get the band to fit my wrist. And the links that they returned to me were broken and no longer could be used. Clearly the worker who had adjusted the watch did not know what he was doing, so sadly the links I have no longer can be used. At the time, I hadn't bothered to check on the links - but now that I am back at home, I can clearly see the amount of force that was used to remove the links from the watch. tl;dr - Buying a watch here is no problem, but I don't recommend getting it sized and fitted. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews when I had the total opposite experience. My bf and I came into the store on Friday evening to look at Burberry watches. It was towards closing time and the employees did not make me feel rushed. They allowed me to take my time and try on as many watches as I like. I was contemplating on getting a rose gold or stainless steel watch and couldn't make up my mind so I narrowed down to 3 watches that I liked and asked for their opinion. One of the female associates asked me if I prefer an everyday watch or something a little more flashy; I wanted an everyday watch. The associate showed me the Burberry watch that she had on and I fell in love; the watch wasn't out on display. She told me that they do not have the exact model like hers (which I loved) but they had the mid size version. I opted for the mid size version and love it just as much! The Burberry BU9144 is a gorgeous piece and the price was excellent. They resized the watch for me for free which is a plus. Once I took the watch home I realized that there was a scruff mark on the link near the face of the watch. I took the watch back in and they swapped it out for me no questions asked. This place is amazing, you have wonderful staff, providing thorough customer service through sales of heavily discounted designer brand watches. So what else can one ask for ? If you are just a normal person, you'd go in, see something you like, buy it and leave, or don't buy it. It's as simple as that. I bought many watches here as gifts and for personal use. It's funny how just now, I was there for a warranty that took Joanna a minute ( an excellent employee there) and while doing that, the manager was reading the shop policy that is on the backside of a receipt to what it seems to be a foreign shopper from the Far East that bought multiple watches of the same kind, explaining to her about basic policies that are naturally unbreathable. Received a Marc Jacobs watch for Christmas & was told there was a 90 day warranty. Lo & behold, battery dies 45 days after the purchase! Went to inquire about battery replacement & was told to bring the original receipt showing the 90 day warranty. Brought back the watch accompanied w/ the receipt only to be told that it's been more than 30 days after purchase & there would be a fee for battery replacement. Umm, you're telling me the watch that was purchased just 45 days ago dies & the consumer is responsible for that? Total bull. I took my business elsewhere & paid less than what Watch Station would've charged me & the wait time was almost nonexistent. If you're in the market for a watch, avoid this place unless you're only needing a watch w/ a battery span of a month & a half. Several other places offer great deals that include warranties they can actually guarantee & will protect against defects like this. read more

If any employee does NOT like her job than quit or change your career, Do not just go in and pretend its just a job, its NOT. The employees were so friendly and had no problem with me trying on a dozen different watches which made me feel really comfortable because I am very indecisive . I work in retail myself and it is very hard to find such great service. Just bought a new Marc by Marc Jacobs watch here yesterday. I absolutely loved the watch, and the workers are super knowledgeable about all the products and they are really nice as well. However.. After I got my watch fitted and all, my battery went out after about an hour. They no longer had the new ones for the design I chose, so I had to take the one on the display. But I was totally okay with that since the watch itself was in a great condition. I guess they didn't think of replacing the battery with the new ones though. LOL. I had to come back today and replace my battery with the new ones. Then guess what happened?? A pin on the wrist part of the watch fell apart. Now I am planning to return this watch somewhere else to get a new one OR I will just go to a store with more professional people so they don't break my watch anymore LMAO Really disappointed to whoever is behind the doors that "fixes" people's watches. read more

I had such a spectacular experience at this retail store that I just had to make a yelp account to praise the customer service. My husband and I visited Watch Station on Saturday and we were thrilled to see the vast selection of watches. All the employees were helpful but the one that stood out the most to my husband and I was Jorge. Jorge was going out of his way to help us choose the perfect his and her watches for my husband and I. He showed us many options and was never frustrated with any of our questions. Jorge is the perfect example of what customer service should be like. Super polite, helpful and knows how to sell the watches! Their service is ok. Not excellent but not horrible either. However, DO NOT BUY BURBERRY WATCHES. I'm not talking about just at this location but anywhere else, even the burberry store itself. Burberry stopped manufacturing watches so whatever watches are being sold at any location are discontinued products. If you want a $200~$600 watch for a year or two and just throw it away, go ahead. But if you want it for a long time, since burberry doesnt manufacture it anymore, they don't have local service systems and everything is sent to A watch repair factory in Texas. The customer service there is terrible. No updates and doesn't answer to calls or emails. I sent my watch out via watch station and haven't heard anything back in 2 months. When I ask watch station on updates, they are unable to give me any info because they only "ship it out". Although I understand it isn't their fault, they should have better communication with the factory in texas or just not be the middleman at all. Every watch here is cheap and their service is ok. Came in here to change a battery from a watch i bought at the beginning of the year. After having the watch less than 6 months the battery dies. I bring it in to get the battery replaced and it takes over 20 minutes. Not one person came to notify me it will take this long. I had to ask multiple people. Worst customer service ever! I returned a watch and I have to wait for my refund via corporate check. They did not tell me that it's gonna be a check because I paid half in cash and card so I expect them to refund me with what I paid with. Without the knowledge of getting a check, the lady asked for my DL and she started to input my information. I waited and the fact that they put my old address. I asked if they can still change it because I'm still standing there. They said that is out of their service and I have to do it myself. At that point I asked for the manager, apparently anything over 300+ dollars results a corporate's check. How would I know? Because the receipt that says "In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment." This is what it says on their return policy on their website. So this is pretty bogus.
