Jackie was rude . She dismissed what I said as if i didn't know my ring. They re-sized it & re-set the Diamond. However, they replaced the head w/a much bigger/fatter type of prong. When I asked why they must've done so she mentioned "that's the way the ring was" yet i showed her a picture of how thin they were. She was dismissive & rude. Love that staff knows their jewelry. My engagement ring was completely cloudy from its first cleaning at the Cerritos location. My fiancé promised me to bring it to this location as staff is extremely helpful. I was a little skeptical however I give in and brought it here for cleaning. Omg ! Not only did this wonderful lady clean & really brought the clarity on this beautiful morganite but provided tons of helpful information regarding men wedding bands. This store is a fraud!! They stole our engagement ring and did not want to refund. This is a shady business where there were several incidents like this happened in the past. They try to steal your ring and replace a different one with way lower value claiming the ring is the same as before. Everyone beware of this store or others Kay stores. The guy in front of me was being inpatient & started being rude to the 2 workers that were working the registers. She communicates with her customers in a professional yet warm kind of way to make the customer feel confident and comfortable in making choices when buying gifts for their loved ones.
