I told the lady I was talking to that if I had heard the word "CONTRACT" come out of that young girl's mouth, I would have told her to take her scam elsewhere! I sure as hell would not have signed up for no 5-year contract if she had told me there was a CONTRACT involved! And now I have 4 more years till I can tell this company to take a hike! Then I'll dismantle all their security equipment & trash it! Sure, they'll let you cancel service all right, but you still have to pay the monthly service fee! I wanted two Ubiquiti APs (one on each floor), several Ubiquiti PoE security cameras, and two CAT6 drops into bedrooms which the builder didn't add. Starlight Tech was able to take care of all of this and the best part was minimal holes in the drywall. There were some small holes that Mike told me about ahead of time, but they were small enough to be covered by standard wall plates. On the day of the install, Starlight Tech was here on time, worked together to make sure everything was done in a clean and neat manner, and made sure everything was fully up and running before leaving. They helped me install an entire Ubiquiti ecosystem, which included 5 POE Cameras, 1 POE Doorbell, 2 POE Doorbell Chimes, and 4 POE Access Points. It doesn't end there. They even helped me relocate my ethernet ports and power outlets to more convenient locations that are more hidden so I don't end up with dangling wires. It still doesn't end there. They completely rack-mounted everything and made everything beautiful.
