This place is perfect if you wish to restore an ole timepiece at a reasonable price. Came here yesterday on may 27 2015 after doing a yelp search for a close by watch repair place.I read the yelp reviews first like I always do..they were pretty positive. So..I decided to bring my michael kors watch in for a new battery...and was happy I did ,they are friendly,professional and treated me great..they didnt damage my watch...it took just minutes which was great (see Jack)...he is a,nice, honest man...great customer service he even took links out no charge..how cool is that? BEWARE!!! I took my very expensive Bulova watch in for a battery. I got the watch back the back fell off & parts fell out. Took back he had for almost a month, still broken, then I noticed not only was the wheel too change time a different piece, the inside now reads Posamo. Of course Jack denies this & it was a gift so no receipt. A simple battery he not only ruined my watch he replaced with fake parts from a completely differenty manufacturer. I've had two other watches ruined because of Jack, another for only a battery he replaced & didn't put the back on correctly, same as & other was a repair, the watch was crystal fell off my arm & broke. He tries blaming it on the watches being old. One, my Bulova was not old, two battery replacements should never cause damage to a watch, three they are his crappy parts & his poor performance. I took a MIchael Kors watch here to get resized, since Nordstrom says they can no longer resize it any further for my tiny wrists. After taking it to multiple jewelers all saying they specialize in "watch resizing", but cannot do anything about further resizing a watch after the maximum links have been removed, I must admit I was getting a little desperate and started thinking that I guess I would just have to live with my watch moving up and down my arm. After browsing for "watch repair/resizing" on Yelp near my surrounding cities, (I'm from Long Beach) I took my watch here, and guess what? OKAY. So i always thought mall kiosks were shady as heck... But i don't think my fellow yelpers would EVER steer me wrong (would you?? :P). I got lost on the way to this mall due to road construction and my freaking GPS kept turning me back towards construction. Needless to say, I arrived to the mall very late when the shops were starting to close (YESSSS i was that person). I was having a crummy day, so I figured I was already THERE and I might as well go and check. Getting my watch battery replaced has been on my to do list for the past year... lol.. yes i am a professional procrastinator Casey was closing up when I got there, yet he took the time to switch out my battery. While he was doing that, I asked him if superglue would be a suitable fix for my dial that had fallen off last year. He ended up fixing that for me too so that I wouldn't have to do it! Seriously made my day. I now know why this place has such impeccable reviews. OH! I also asked him if my band for my Baby-G could be switched out. It's perfectly functional, but looks NASTY now. And he was very honest and told me that the boss would be in tomorrow, and to ask the boss instead. He was SO patient even though I made him stay a few minutes past closing. I stopped by to get a watch resized at this kiosk in the Village Mall (in Orange) based on the great reviews it had on yelp. I was worried that the charge would be on the high side since I was in the mall and the watch is a Movado, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear that he'll size it for $8! Yay :) But cheap isn't worth it if the job is botched. While I waited, I had a chance to read their flyer, which eased my nerves: apparently, they also work on MUCH nicer watches like Patek Philippe and Rolex. Then, the moment of truth---nary a scratch on the watch! I even checked the links that he removed and no scratches there either. (The crazy test was passed with flying colors.) Double yay :D The person who helped me was really helpful, friendly, and fast (I was in and out in 5 mins flat). Another plus: pay 5 times for repairs or purchases and get a free battery/sizing. This guy is GREAT! He resized my watch as a walk-in within just 10 minutes, and when the resize was still too big he happily re-resized it on the spot. The prices are also great: for my watch resize it was only $6. I looked around the watches at his kiosk and they all look really reasonably priced too. Even better, my watch was cleaner than when I brought it in and it had been set to the right time and date. I was also given a punch card to return, which I certainly hope to do. Found this place via Yelp. AWESOME service and prices! What more could you ask for, in a watch service/repair place? Had 2 watch batteries changed and a leather watchband changed on another watch. I wanted to keep the original hardware from my broken patent leather watchband (rosegold bezel so I wanted things to still match), which they easily accommodated. Jack was done with all of it in 15 min, plus gave me a Yelp discount as well. They also have a frequent customer card for watch batteries. We were out of there for less than $25 for everything. I had a Kenneth Cole watch with a broken crystal that I have been trying to repair for years now. I called Kenneth Cole and they gave me the number of some repair place in New York. They wanted me to ship it out there to get it fixed, thus my reason for procrastinating. Fast forward about 7-8 years: I finally decided to get it repaired. I searched on Yelp for places around my house (none to be found in San Jacinto) and around the Orange County area. I had read some good reviews about Watchland so I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. They told me they could fix it but they would have to ship it out (probably to the same place KC told me) but they could get it back in about 2 weeks. They would only charge me 22 bucks (which was about the same as KC was charging but I didn't have to play shipping and handling) which would be paid at the time of receipt. They called me today (a bit less than 2 weeks) to tell me it was done. I picked it up and it looks great! I was satisfied with their pricing and their great customer service. So if you're in the city of Orange and need a pretty reasonable watch repair place with a smile, look no further. Thanks Watchland! read more

after finding out that this place is a kiosk, i certainly had my doubts. nothing good usually come from them.(go ahead and prove me wrong)... haha however i took my chances and went here to get my watch re sized. i have to say that the owner of this place is very friendly and professional. i brought two watches in to be fixed. one of them needed resizing and the other had a loose piece on the face of the watch. resizing took only 10 mins and was only 7-8 bucks!!! that's super cheap in my book. whereas, the other watch i took in, he said i could leave it over night and he would work on it over the weekend since it was going to take longer to fix and he has other watches to fix in his queue. after about 4 days, he called me personally like a BOSS and mentioned that my second watch was ready to get picked up. they also have a stamp card. if you get your watch serviced over here 5 times, the next one is free. not too shabby. his personality was great & friendly and not too intimidating. i'll recommend this place to friends!!! thanks! read more

(the face on my watch wasn't in stock so they had to order it in.) I was just passing by the station in the mall and noticed cheap watches. I usually like to wear cheap watches, because I tend to loose easily and I like a light weight on my wrist. I asked a guy (didn't get his name) to show me the one in the case. It was cute and it fit perfectly on my wrist. He said, he can adjust a length, which he did. He gave me a receipt and told me if any issue with the watch, bring it over. Wow!!!! Wow!! I only paid $10 and got the luxury service!
